I LOVE CHEESE! All diffrent kinds. Not processed though - i mean the REAL cheese. My family is from WI so they have always been big on cheese. Guess thats where i get it from. Although, some in my family cant eat it cause they get constipated .... however i never do. I can eat cheese all day long. My favorite is cheese curds or good ol fashioned String cheese ... the real stuff of course.

Lol, AG.

As far as cheese goes, I'm a big fan of gouda. And cheetos, of course, but only the crunchy kind.

I like cheese and all, but gorging on it doesn't sound appealing.

Mmmh, I like to toast thick slices of cinnamon raisin bread and schmear on Brie . . . for breakfast.

I like cheese too, but only in small amounts or specifically on something...

like swiss cheese on a turkey sandwich on a sourdough roll with lettuce, tomatoes, mustard and mayo...

or on pizza with fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, sausage, sliced black olives and onions

or a nice gooey lasagne

or warm brie on crackers...ummmmm

or fresh grated romano on pasta tossed with shrimp sauteed in onions and garlic and broccoli

or a grilled cheese sandwich

yummmmm....I'm making myself hungry

Lol at Acoustic,

Sometimes I REALLY feel that whole Cancer/Cap opposition thing with you. Not that I don't dig your posts a lot of the time or anything...

Anyway, who said anything about gorging!? I don't know what it is but if I eat nothing but cheese as a meal my face starts to get hot like eating a jalapeno.

Jack cheese is my favorite, and mozzerella on sourdough makes a most intriguing and yummy grilled cheese.

It’s like that old episode in the Simpsons, when Homer eats 100 slices of cheese and ends up blind temporary of course!

“Sometimes I eat cheese until...my face turns hot. Like now.”
I assumed you were eating grilled cheese or something…and that’s what was making your face hot. What kind of cheese were you eating?

The only cheese I can eat by itself are cheese strings mmmmmm so nice if there’s mozzarella in the fridge, I’ll take some and just eat it…but I have a limit.

No it was just a cheese and cracker dinner that involved orange cheddar. The jack doesn't really do it to me.

beebuddy, I eat cheese, breads and fruits as meals too. Like an apple or cluster of grapes with mild swiss cheese and a cup of tea, a fresh loaf of french bread with slices of prosciutto rolled around mozzarella cheese and basil with strawberries on the side. Mmmh!!!

Love the cheezy family! That's why I do a cleanse twice a year. OMMMMMMM Cheeeeeeese!
Believe it or not, one time I found MOLD on some cheese in the fridge. How did I miss that? Cheese is an awful thing to waste! Some times I get a little upset when I have swiss, I feel somehow feel cheated because there are holes where there should be cheese!

The standard practice here is to just cut off the mold and continue chomping.

Aphrodite,

That sounds like a typical European lunch. It sounds wonderful! Lately there hasn't been any basil around though.

Mmmmm.... Cheese. Love it!

I am particularly into extra mature farmhouse cheddar and good old blue stilton - divine on a Hovis biscuit!
