Here something . . . annoying about royal Leos . . . that you can use to drive them nuts . . . and get your ground back . . . b/c they are so conscious about looking good.Be tacky, really tacky. Dress embarassingly Kmart style in front of their friends to get back at them if they've ticked you off. Don't comb your hair and wear some tye dye t-shirt and birkenstocks sandals. Speak in grungy communicae and snap your gum. Take them out to a cheap hole in the wall restaurant and say you're saving money for a better occasion than this (that'll get tick them off! Every moment should be a grandeur occasion with them! How dare you! LOL). They may not cry "Uncle!" but you'll get your point across. Aphrodite IP: Logged |

Hi Tommy,Go for the Scorpio chick! She knows you like her anyway She probably likes you back and is testing your jealousy factor to shame. Hehehe, a source of pain-pleasure infliction, are you game? How much of a sexy, passionate, jealous lover can you be? If she didn't like you, she'd ignore you. Scorpios don't waste time. Believe me on that Aphrodite IP: Logged |

Very true Aphrodite! That would definently pi*ss me off! When it's my significant other I don't allow myself to speak ANY opinion on what she wears... lol, if it's a female friend I'll be brutally honest either positively or negatively... But with my OWN significant other I can't make comments on how something looks or what she should wear (positive or negative), eventually one time a "negative" will come around, & an honest opinion will just cause problems So I lie and say you're beautiful however you look... I'd rather be No-Help then Bad-Help IP: Logged |

I learned that stuff from my Leo brother He'd give a disgruntled grimace, but not say a word out of preserving his own dignity and sparing someone else's feelings. Or if he knew someone really tried and was having a bad day, he'd can it because he appreciates the sentiment and effort someone went through. That's the only saving grace I know at this point of Leonine vanity. IP: Logged |

Aphrodite: That was a great reply! I was meaning to respond to Tommy about that and that was the same thing I was thinking! You're so right with "if we're not interested we'll just ignore". I sort of hope it will go away (???) Leo: The being over dramatic. Sometimes I feel like I'm doing that. Although, "if" I am, it is completely unintentional. This is going to sound silly as I know scorpios are suppose to be the "quiet" type. Do we seem over dramatic to you guys?? I do know what you're saying. I've become quite angry at a Leo friend of mine for doing that before. Sort of took a slight and blew it into a drama show in front of everyone!! Well, he didn't hear from me for a while afterwards. I stayed pretty ticked over that one. He apologized of course, but just couldn't see what the "big deal" was. I forgave him but I didn't forget. Oh trust me, he received a little back-lash over it. Over-dramatic? Scorps? Hmmm. I wouldn't call it that. Its' more like "touchie" and somewhat "hyper", if not physically, then for sure at least mentally & emotionally. I think that's the common bond you guys have with Gemini. My girl scorp bud likes them as well. (never ends pretty though). She's had her share of sh*t & abuse from male Gems. About Leos blowing little things out of proportion, I know what you're saying. I don't think I do this but I have known other Leos who DO. I think they just like to cause a scene sometimes. Those are the less developed Leos. I guess if that's the negative end of our scope, then we're not so bad overall.

Nope it never does end pretty with a Gemini. Once one has an upper hand on the other than it switches! That is one of the reasons I have decided that I'm going to start asking B-days from now on! I've been involved with far to many Gems to know that it doesn't work romantically for me. However, I seem to always get mixed up with one. Is it just me, or are there quite a few good looking geminis out there ?? IP: Logged |

hi 1scorp,gemini placements are there is rarely a dull moment with these pixies! there is one gemini i know who is like as you describe, magnified by 1,000x. (you're probably thinking, oou . . . who is this guy?) he has mars and pluto tightly conjunct in virgo, methinks in the 8th house. sexy. aphrodite IP: Logged |

Ohhh. Aphrodite you sparked my attention. I know it never works out for me romantically with one but ! So you like them as well? After the newness of it fades it becomes a horror story "for me"! and him. They just seem hard to resist for some reason ?? IP: Logged |

Hey, Scorp1 you know, I'm a Libra with my moon in Scorpio. I can relate to just what you are saying about not being able to concentrate until you get back and people saying that reactions are a little extreme for the "transgression". I just feel like I have to get back in SOME way at someone who I feel has wronged me. It could be years, for God's sake. And If I don't, I feel icky as though I am betraying myself and I feel like I've lost a bit of myself. AND if I don't get a chance to, I become near-obbsessed with the situation in which the transgression occured. It's soooo frustrating it messes with my libra equilibriam I think. It's a real problem Is it a near-obssesion with you Scorp, or anyone else? ------------------ Get some love in your groove, just get hip to forgive...-Michael Franks IP: Logged |

lioneye: a true monarch knows his strengths & weaknesses1Scorp: I just read the Gemini/Scorpio thing in Love Signs yesterday. It says that you're drawn to each other to investigate & figure each other out... which is cool But it is this investigation that ends up pushing each of you away from each other, Gemini never can be and doesn't like being understood he eternally plays "guess who", and Scorp once they realize they're mystery's being removed and they've been revealed they feel uncomfortable. But I wouldn't let that stop you, as long as you realize this & can handle him tryin to figure you out... You can't tell me you're afraid of this guy, right? IP: Logged |

hi 1scorp, i laughed when you said, "you like them as well?" because there are two of them in one body i have this "thing" where i get used to them behaving a certain way, and then *poof* they morph into something completely different and i react to it in confusion---which i have associated to discomfort. i don't know if it's something i would ever get used to, (i've done it again! "used to") because there isn't anything to hold onto necessarily for stability. they live in wonderment in the face of uncertainty, and i envy that at times because that is power right there---you know? this facet is both a negative and a positive that geminis use for and against people. this annihilist content in vast empty space. aphrodite IP: Logged |

Afraid?! Who me?! HA! There's just something about them. It's not an obsession. I mean, I can move on. I've had my share of the gems. I believe that figuring out thing works like this: I'll figure him out and once they realize it... they change !! I mean, if they want to have an attitude, that's fine! But please, still have it 10 minutes later Silver: I'm Scorpio sun with Libra moon and Asc. My feelings seem to intensify "if" they're sparked on anything. If I don't care about a situation or person, than as Aphrodite said... I'll ignore it. It's like whatever it is just doesn't exist. The more I think about the episode, the madder I get. I rehash every little detail in my mind Yes. I do feel if I don't do something in return that I'm losing a piece of myself. NOTE: Please read all other posts regarding this issue as I'm really not some wild vindictive person. Aphrodite: Have you noticed that you can be discussing something of importance with them and they'll have a smirk on their face?! No offense to the Gems. I do like you guys... but why O' why?!!! I always get this from them "you're too quiet... you're too serious". Well someone has to be!

"lioneye: a true monarch knows his strengths & weaknesses"I know I've got weaknesses & flaws...BELIEVE ME, I have several. I was just too busy to comtemplate on it yesterday (crazy day), but I have thought of some that cause me some grief... IMPATIENCE...I'm terribly impatient and I get angry when things don't go as quickly as I'd like them too. Especially when I'm driving...I'm a speed demon, and it costs me $$$. I'm working on that. ALOOFNESS...I'm not one to engage in small talk alot. I'll do it when I've got nothing else on my mind, but that's not typical. I just don't like to waste time & energy on something that yeilds no results. Gosh that sounds so "type A" doesn't it? (However, I'm always into talking about Astrology and mystical type stuff - must be my 8th house Mercury) I guess I seem "judgy" and "arrogant" sometimes. I don't do this on purpose, but I guess I tend to stare at people with a "dead pan" look when I'm digesting what they just said, or when I'm forming my own thoughts. I guess it can be a little unnerving to the recipiant. DETAILS I'm not good with. I'm a big picture person, and I prefer to just hear the bottem line, rather than how it was arrived at. I really admire people who have the patience for details. I guess this flaw falls into the IMPATIENT catagory as well. Well, now that I'm on this train of thought, I could go on for hours, but I think I'll stop now and go eat my lunch. Sheesh, is there no end to my flaws?? AAk! I just thought of another one!! I ask too many rhetorical questions. People get annoyed sometimes because they think I'm actually expecting them to answer, and of course there IS no answer to a rhetorical question...or is there?? I just "had" to respond Lion Your impatience with details!! I can't "get" the whole of the situation without them. I can't handle skimming the surface of any topic. Also, your asking rhetoric questions... ALL of my Leo friends do this... and yes. I think they want an answer! Well, when I give them one, they just look at me like "huh"?? I think you guys are just too cute. Seriously! I shat you not. IP: Logged |

I say go for it, Tommy! Sometimes it is the differences that make for something exciting! And I can assure you that any thing you have with a Scorp will be nothing but...at best, you'll find someone to keep you intrigued and mesmerized. At worst, you'll come out of it having learned a lot.I'm in Baton Rouge myself! Didn't think 'ole Red Stick had many Linda fans!! A very pleasant surprise. IP: Logged |

1scorp you said..."The more I think about the episode, the madder I get. I rehash every little detail in my mind Yes. I do feel if I don't do something in return that I'm losing a piece of myself" I had to laugh when I read this because you nailed it!! My Scorpio freind does this to herself all the time. She stews over things that, at first didn't seem to phase her, or she may have even laughed at the time. Then she slowly starts to see it as a personal attack, and replays it over and over in her head, and then LOOK OUT - she's on the war path about it. She can't be at peace with herself (or that person) until she's cleared the air. That usually means reeming them out until they feel about the size of a peanut. I love it when she does that to someone I'M mad at too...I sit in the background clapping and doing the happy dance in my head. I'm not really a vengefull person, but I know there's no stopping her so I just sit back and watch the sparks fly. IP: Logged |

I have seen the vindictiveness in an an ex-lover Scorp of mine, but my friends that are Scorps, I just don't see the "warpath" stuff you guys speak of...Actually, I'm realizing that when I'm out with a Scorp homie I spend a lot of time keeping their comments flowing positively throughtout the group conversation. They tend to blurt out rude or confrontation statements to mutual friends and I'm always softening and mopping up these subtle attacks... and if I didn't no one would and people get pi*ssed off at each other so easily and make a big deal about it IP: Logged |

DUDE, My Scorp bestfriend and I...If we have a mutual enemy, may God have mercy on their soul And hopefully they don't have the misfortune of being in both of our presences at the same time, for they will not only "feel" the anger without words, but all we need is the tinyest trigger, and BAM! We overwhlemingly, methodically, & completely tear them apart like we're pealing an orange... by the time we're done they've either ran off to their car to leave or are just a quivering silent puddle of mess. And for some reason we get a perverse joy from this... probably cause we exercised the power we know we have yet try never to use But hey, at least we don't result to violence, I could just pummel their ass but who wants to be that uncivilized? Plus, it makes it very difficult to rekindle a friendship after beating them down IP: Logged |

Well today my Leo g/f informed me that she has set me up with some guy who is a Sag. I'm sitting there looking at her like "WHAT"?! I haven't even met this guy before! She says "Oh, he'll love you". I ask her "How do you know"? She says "You're so laid back"! Don't know... Her response to me being "laid back" doesn't really mesh with what some of you guys say about Scorps. Any pointers on that? Also, I have a Sag. friend, and well, that's as close as I've came really. Don't know what to expect. He's a blonde. So now my thoughts are "I've never had a blonde before. Hell why not"! Hmm. You need to know his birthdate, 1scorp. Sure, his Sag sun meshes well with your Libra moon & ascendant, but I don't know about the Sag/Scorp combo. Mind you, the two are right next to each other on the zodiac, so there may be a "special tolerance" and innate understanding of each other, kind of like me and Virgo's & Cancers. Like Linda said, signs right next to one another, although inconjunct, have a certain patience with the shortcomings of one another, because the soul a) either remembers that stage of development and is sympathetic, or b)recognizes that there is much to learn from the individual who is already at the next vibration they are striving toward. (Or something like that) ...Either way, whatever comes of it, it's bound to be fun with a Sag, hey? Even if it's short but sweet, (like you!) P.S. I hate being set up. You're a better sport than me! You ARE a pretty laid back Scorpio arent you?IP: Logged |

Well girl let us know what you think of the date. I must warn you, it may take some time to decide if he is keeper material.
