You know how good Gemini is at verbal gymnastics. Just think of how powerful it can be when it's put into action focused on something it wants. If it's done without the spirit of sharing with others, listening closely to others and allowing their wits to merge into the conversation, then it may seem like you are just showing off.

Be sure include others and understand that you hold the power of words, or IN words, for the 8th hs. signifies the power in shared resources, sex and money.

Well, I'll put my two cents in in response to the initial question: I'm a female with Mars in Aries (first house) (venus in Aries too). For me sex is a strange blend of mental and physical energy...I'd be lying if I said that there isn't a conquering aspect to it but that has more to do with bringing the other person to the same level of engagement physically and mentally as me, or maybe even a little more than me .

Too much intensity can be scary but there needs to be some tangible passion...spontaneity is also key! A little bit of danger never hurts either...my fantasy has been to do it in an airplane bathroom since I was just an adolescent! Haha- I guess it's the Aries risk taker in me ;P. Also, I think mars in Aries leads to a lot of stamina...or maybe that's just my Aries sun?

Like Pid, I'm very firey (Sun Merc and Venus all in Aries, Leo rising), with a Mars in Pisces. And, I have to add, I do NOT have a low sex drive.

I've always enjoyed this definition of Mars in Pisces, from Debbie Kempton-Smith:

I have Mars in Virgo in the 10th. I’m not sure what that by itself means, but I know sex is important to me. I think when looking at ones sexual style/drive looking at where venus and the moon is important too. Would you agree? I have both venus and moon in scorpio (rising too) and have been told that venus in scorpio makes sex important.

Style wise, I like nothing more than pleasing who I’m with. That makes me so hot. And I like to do it for a long, long time. Add a few kinks here and there and I’m in heaven… whoo hoo!!

Mars in Gemini talks a great game, but the staying power would have to come from somewhere else. (fixed ascendant for example)

Mars in Cancer...when he wants it, he's not very direct about it, but yet he manages to get what he wants every time. He tends to let it build up and up, then wants a sex marathon. Feast or famine with this Mars. And the setting/mood/time/conditions in general can make or break it for them. The magic moments seems rather precarious with this one. Was it really there? How did we create it? Can we create it again? Maybe we only imagined it. Oh no! How heartbreaking! Oh, why bother?! Precarious. These ones need careful handling, as their insecurities lurk around every corner, and the moment can very quickly slip away if you tweek their insecurities accidentally. It's almost like seeing a falling star, it seems beyond anyone's control. They (and their lover, for that matter)are at the mercy of their delicate emotional balance. A rather defensive Mars placement, as opposed to 'offensive'. I don't think this is one of the best placements for Mars. It's not a go-out-and-get-em placement, but rather a hide-from-those-who-are-trying-to-get-me placement. Then, when their pursuant has begun to retreat and least expects it, Mars in Cancer will close their pincers around them and keep them near. But, still not attack with aplomb...just drop their defenses a little, with the message "try again". For some reason, they're not capeable of straight forward sexual pursuit. They walk toward their pray in a sideways, sort of zig zag pattern, almost seeming to walk away from it at times. Very very slow and fearful of revealing their desires, unable to bear the possibility of even the slightest rejection, so they pursue by inticing pursuit out of others, but pretending not to want it themselves. They need to almost feel forcefully "taken" by another, that way they're not open to rejection of any kind from their lover.

This is a complicated Mars placement. I think it's in it's detriment in Cancer. Which would explain why Mars in Cancer is terrible at direct pursuit.

Now, Mars in Scorpio....mmm mmm good!

Just my onion.

That explaination of Mars in Cancer is right on. A close "friend" of mine has that and if it wasn't for his Venus in Aries, we would be no where.

I think he's been jolted by me because I pretend I don't know what he's doing for a sustained length of time, and thinks he's got me totally fooled and that I've lost his scent. Then he'll make a move JUST to test my trustworthiness, and I flip over all the cards in exact order.

Hey... just like Pixelpixie... not for the faint of heart. With him, I'm in it for the longrun.

I have venus (conjunct ascendant) and moon (neptune too) in the 1st house, scorpio; mars and mercury in the 10th, virgo; and sun in the 11th in good ol Libra….
