Does anyone else have a T-Square?
What are the placements and what is the missing leg?
Mine is Cancer opposite Capricorn square Libra.
The opposite of Libra is Aries.

Aries in my chart is in the 5th house, but the planet is Venus so commitment in relationships is the key to stability.

I tend to think some Aries people are all heart and teach me lessons on commitment. I attract Libras who teach me about peace and harmony and how to make people happy. Cancers and Caps teach me about expressing my emotions, and enjoying life.

I have a T-Square.
I feel that it's the worst that anybody can possibily have.
Mine is Jupiter-Neptune in Sagittarius in 3rd opposite retrograde Saturn in Gemini in 9th square Moon in Pisces in 6th.
The missing leg is Virgo in 12th. I actually have my Saturn/Neptune midpoint in Virgo in 12th,and my Moon happens to oppose that midpoint with only 17 minutes of arc. That adds to the potency of my t-square.

My Virgo in 12th has to do with service in a selfless service. If I don't do that, I can undo myself with my self criticism.

I have a Virgo Ascendant which also gives me a way to release myself through service.

I have done that by being in the United States Navy for 7 years. I also do that by helping others through Astrology. I also do that by helping my fellow Dyslexics,Dyspraxics including being member of organizations to support them. I am also certified in massage therapy, and so I am preparing myself to be a healer.

From Jupiter in Pisces in the 2nd, to Venus in Gemini in the 5th, and Uranus in Sagittarius in the 11th. Virgo on the cusp of the 8th is my missing leg. I never could piece together its meaning.

missing leg is referring to the point opposite the focal planet of the t-square like Virgo in 12th is my missing leg because my Moon in Pisces is the focal planet of the t-square with Saturn in Gemini in 9th and Jupiter-Neptune in Sagittarius in 3rd

this is what Solar Fire says for Virgo on 12th house:

You may have a tendency for obsessive-compulsive thoughts, and fear letting yourself go in case your imperfections are revealed.

from a site:

Virgo
The Virgo influence in your twelfth house suggests a strong critical nature present in your subconscious. It not likely you show this outwardly. Repressed anxieties can sap psychic energies. Even when being outwardly friendly, a critical tendency may be in play just under the surface. Virgo is associated with matters of health, and you may have strong interests in health matters and harbor secret concerns about health issues. Although you are spontaneous in what you express to other, you have probably spent a good deal of time thinking the matter through and rehearsing while you were alone before making your views public.

yep...I always think things carefully first before I say them to compensate for my Dyslexic speech difficulties...that goes for writing and typing too. My hidden critical nature is connected to my learning disabilities. I also have a diagnosed Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I do worry about what others think when I am being friendly. I am definitely self critical that way.

Virgo on 8th seems like it would be good for accounting. Analyzing, calculation involving other's finances. Also...can be discriminating when it comes to sex. That can be a good thing. Virgon on 8th can be medical stuff. Virgo is the health sign and 8th house is associated with regeneration. It's all connected to medical/healing. Virgo in 8th could be psychonalysis too.

This is what Solar Fire says for Virgo on 8th house cusp:

You like to have clarity when it comes to shared resources, knowing the exact details of any contracts. You are also very conscious of the need for cleanliness in sexual relationships.

Here is what Solar Fire says for Aries on 5th house cusp:

You love spontaneity and new games. You also enjoy new and creative projects, often initiating them yourself.

Glaucus,

I'm hesitant about it, but I think healing is my niche. Humanitarian work appeals to me. Aquarius is intercepted in my 1st house, and lots of my midpoint configurations are in the sign.

Virgo
With Virgo influencing affairs of the eighth house, you may become more concerned and critical in the conduct of joint financial affairs. Your impulsive nature is considerably restrained when it comes to family expenditures and handling money that belongs to someone else. You believe in being adequately insured and protected. You can succeed in occupations requiring close attention to detail and investigative skills, such as chemist, psychologist, or detective. This sign suggests a restrained or constrained sex life.

Aries
The influence of Aries in the fifth house suggests that you aggressively seek romance, entertainment and recreation pleasures. You never mind spending your money for leisure time activities, whatever they may be. You love the outdoors and a need to stay on the move. You have a sporting attitude that makes you fun to be around. With Mars ruling this sector of your chart, physical activity is necessary for your well-being and happiness.
You are well equipped to work with young people, but you may be a bit impatient dealing with very young children.

I’ve got a Mutable set, Nat…..
I’m not sure how to interpret the missing leg in Sag-5th, but it’s Jupiter Gem-10th, Mars Virgo-1st and Moon Pisces-8th.

Sagittarius
The influence of Sagittarius on the cusp of the fifth house shows how important you think it is to provide the best for your children, even spoiling them. Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter, the planet of expansion and good fortune. You have a constant need to show off, and you enjoy the thrill of any adventure. You are a natural gambler who will speculate on just about anything. You have a good understanding of young people, and you can get along with them so well because you treat them with true respect as individuals. Your self-expression is marked with optimism and high expectations. Even if there are forces out there that impede your progress, it is hard to dampen your spirit.

Thanks, Glaucus

"T Square: Another configuration based on the square aspect. But this time only three of the four possible sensitive spots are filled with planets. It is similar to a four legged chair with one missing leg. There would be a sense of instability. The native would feel the need to fill the empty spot. Occasionally the transitive planets would pass through this spot. Then the T Square would become a Grand Square, if just for a few minutes, hours or days."

"T-Square: an opposition with a third planet square to both ends. Although similar in energy to the Grand Cross, this structure is said to lack its balance, and therefore to focus one’s attention on the "missing leg." A heavy transiting planet filling in the open end often initiates a crisis."

Hmmmm, that heavy transiting planet filling in the missing leg?? -- guess what's been hovering around the neighborhood of 26 Sag for the past year or two.....

I have 1 T-square too.
It consists of:
Saturn 14*Leo 11' in the 2nd (3rd house starts 14 Leo 14') Exactly Opposite Moon 14*Aqua 5' 8th house (so of course my 9th house starts 14 Aqua 14') Both squared my Venus/Uranus conjunction in Scorpio in the 5th. My 'missing leg' is therefore in Taurus in my 11th house (although my 11th house cusp is Aries) I have the Asteroid Lilith 'filling in the blank' of this 'missing leg'.

I think my T-square has to do with my creativity, uniqueness, sex-drive, and relationships always getting altered either positivly or negatively by my emotions being either disiplined or repressed.

Yes, the missing leg releases the energy, that's a good way of putting it because releasing energy is positive.

"With Mars ruling this sector of your chart, physical activity is necessary for your well-being and happiness"

This is so true, I need to be physical constantly.

Its' a challenge for me to do everything in a Venusian/aggressive way! Venus and Aries really don't mix well at all, unless maybe you work in a nightclub or casino.

I feel better venting.

Thank you for your interpretations Glaucus.

It's clear to me how my "missing leg" in Libra/11th house works for me.
Never have a problem attracting new relationships, lots of friends from that. Trying to organize groups.

I have a T-square involving:

Mars in Taurus in the 12th house opposite

Uranus in Scorpio in the 6th house

both are squared by Saturn in Leo in the 4th house

which makes Aquarius in the 10th house my "missing leg." Not quite sure what that means, though I know the 10th house has to do with career.

My T-square is doubled over b/c I have both sun and merc in virgo in 6th opposing my pisces ascendent. All three square uranus in Saggy 9th.

I just discovered that I have another t-square. My sun and asc square my MC in Saggy.

So basically I have 3 t-squares...

How does this all play out in my chart, and how could I use gemini (w/ no planets except chiron, which opposes uranus) and my IC in cancer (no planets) to balance it out?

Here's mine:

*Neptune in Sagittarius (7th hs, conjunct Venus)

square

*Saturn in Virgo (5th hs, conjunct NN)

opposite

*Moon in Pisces (11th hs, conjunct SN)

Neptune is the Focal Point

Gemini, 1st house is where the empty leg falls.

On a side note Ive got Mecury on my MC, and a Gemini Asc - And I guess that spells that have to be a communicator. Problem is I actually dont enjoy talking or writing. I just wanna be a hermit.
