That was a partial quote, Jwhop- this is how it was finished...."....and stole them away from me with your charisma."

See? It was a nice thing to say...
This is a fantasy creation anyway, right?
I retired the chaps, no sheriffing to be done 'round these here parts anywayz. Still have the cattle whip though.
I like to call him "Mr.Crowd Control" sometimes "Mr. Crowd Pleaser"
You can outshine me if you'd like, I can share.

A fantasy creation? Are you sure? Too bad, I was really enjoying the image of that sheriff with the chaps and silver star. Kind of added a new dimension to law enforcement ! Well, at least you kept the cattle whip but for close in work you would probably prefer a quirt.

Nah, no need for a competition Pixel. I'm the quiet Leo type---with Scorp rising. Just let me know when you need that spotlight turned on, your sound adjusted---heck, I'll even sweep the stage for you.

Neat... no wonder our banter....
Me, Scorp Sun, Leo rising,
You Leo Sun, Scorp rising.
We're like two peas in a pod.

(A very loud, opinionated, oddly shaped pod)

*Where's your moon at?????* Etc.. Let's share.

OK, you up for filling in some of the blanks?

Sun, Leo 28.11*
Moon, Leo 14.14*
Mercury, Virgo 0.54*
Venus, Libra
Mars, Aries
Jupiter, Gemini
Saturn, Taurus
Uranus, Gemini
Neptune, Virgo
Pluto, Leo 4.38*
Asc, Scorpio 0.27*

Well hey, we were talking about something else but everyone else went on coffee break

Never paid any attention to stelliums but I imagine from what I've read that I have one in Leo. What does it mean? Mine would be on the Midheaven, if it exists.

Hi sthenri

I confess to having great affection for animals. Most of my life, I've had dogs and cats, usually at the same time. I like them and they seem to like me too.

Sees that they (meager as they are) are still there....
Well.... um, yep, I'm a woman.. with a name like pixelpixie I'd have to be a real flamer.. (not that there's anything wrong with that)
Why did you think I'd indicated I was a man?
Did I say something aggressive? (I do that)
Go check me out.....

OH!!! The sheriff thing-y? How sexist of you!!!! Ha ha ha.....

So, Jwhop... filling in the blanks? Do you mean like the degrees? And what's with the asterisks?
I am lost, sorry.. but I'll play anyway.
Sun Scorpio 4'53
Moon Cappy 13'8
Mercury Libra 28'18
Venus Sagittarius 9'5
Mars Scorpio 13'15
Jupiter Taurus 28'51
Saturn Leo 16'1
Uranus Scorpio 7'19
Neptune Sagittarius 12'20
Pluto Libra 12'27
Node Scorpio 3'37
Ascendant Leo 7'35
My Midheaven is at Aries 23'33

*********************************************
(Those were my asterisks, as I don't know what they mean, but thought I'd include them anyway) Did you mean retrograde????? Hmm. Nope, Sun can't be retro.. I dunno. Just to dress it up and make it shiny? ARRGGHHH! The asterisks have to mean something, inquiring minds want to know!!!!

Yep MCP here, oink

Almost spit my olive out when purplezen questioned your gender

Some people use asterisks to indicate degrees. I do too Naughty, you didn't tell me your Jupiter in Taurus is retrograde

Yeah... how does one figure that out? Based upon the degrees?
ACK! I have to go to bed. Never can sleep though.
Yep, Jupiter is Taurus Retro. Not an expert on retro though, ( other than being a product of the seventies? .)
Doesn't that mean that the planet and what it represents will be more of an inward manifestation? Whatchu tink?

MCP???
You use these terms I just am not familiar with.

In hindsight though, the asterisks meaning degrees make sense. But what's with the no degrees on the other signs in your chart??? Huh?

How does one figure your Jupiter in Taurus is retrograde in your natal chart? By pinning down your birthdate. It was a very good year and I bought a Jag XKE.

I usually don't look behind the meaning of retrograde planets, just take note of them. People believe different things about retros.

MCP=Male Chauvinist Pig--Oink

So sorry, here's the rest.

Sun, Leo 28.11*
Moon, Leo 14.14*
Mercury, Virgo 0.54*
Venus, Libra 0.47*
Mars, Aries 21.56*
Jupiter, Gemini 17.40*
Saturn, Taurus 28.12*
Uranus, Gemini 0.15*
Neptune, Virgo 26.21*
Pluto, Leo 4.38*
Asc, Scorpio 0.27*

Are you making fun of the fact that I am a kitten? I think it is a good age, and Iam starting to feel old. But in a good way, mostly. I am still patient enough to tolerate others, I can still glimpse the magic inherent in childhood, but I can be am adult too.
To speak in language that will work for you,~
I have been able to vote for ten years now!!!

Whatever gave you the idea I was making fun of your youth Pixel?: Of course you were just joking when you said you were starting to feel old. Hmmm, you Canadians must vote at a younger age than down here.

I've always thought that whatever age one is, is the best age to be. Practical too because there isn't anything you can do about it till next year

True that....
Well, I will be twenty eight this year.
I started when I was eighteen. Since elections are held in November mostly, well, then by November, I will have been voting for ten years!!!
There's an Election coming up though....

So, you found my birth info?
Are you a good astrologer, and could fill in my blanks? Perspective is a good thing.

Hehe Well, when you said you had been voting for 10 years, I thought no way, unless Canadians vote when they're 17 So this year will be your 10th year to vote---after your birthday.

Hmmm, I don't consider myself to be an astrologer but sometimes I get curious and take the time to run down answers to questions that interest me. I didn't get your chart exactly as you laid out the planets in the signs by degree and I think that's because I couldn't find a city in Ontario that matched everything exactly to the minute and second but it's close enough for government work I suspect you were perhaps not born in Ontario at all. Either that or you rounded up some of your minutes and seconds you listed. Could be wrong about that because my program doesn't have all cities listed in the database.

Venus in Libra is more the romantic lover type---can't we just hold hands and take a walk on the beach ---even when in opposition to Mars. I always look at the signs the planets are in and in my opinion, it matters. For instance, a Scorpio Mars opposite a Taurus Venus would be much more sensual---in my opinion.

jwhop, my leo moon brother adores cats, and has three. He plays vet with them and you ought to hear those cats purr when he is near. They put their paws around his neck and leap into his arms when he's coming around the corner.

He is a sucker for charm, and has tons to spare.

With your Scorpio ascendant, you must be a little sparky, no wonder you like to disagree. You don't seem like a people pleaser but I am glad you are an animal lover. I've found cats really are smart about people, if you are mean, they dont' like you.

Luckily my cats like the Gemini, and he likes cats. His last cat was eaten by a wild animal, so I think that's why he is dating me, he really wanted a pet.

Now that I know you have a Scorpio ascendant I have more respect.

I have Scorpio/12th house ascendant but it's conjunct Neptune which makes me a pushover.

BTW I'm not sure Gloria, that I want to find the one. Every one has Venus in the 5th that I have been romantically involved with, or the 4th. And all have been ones that eventually I fell out of respect or love with. My moods are so hard to understand even for me, that I have a tough time living with a man. Plus I need to respect that person and men are hard to respect sometimes.

Honestly, once a man starts to view me as sex and food, I get less interested, even though that's the general idea right? So I keep looking for more male friends all the time and like to stay friends if possible. The ones I respect the most are the ones I keep, and have kept forever.

They don't understand me either but at least they care longer. I believe I was meant to find men who truly care about me. It's been a challenge.

I saw Troy recently and he says something very common (Achilles). In a thousand years, you and your children will be dust, but everyone will know my name. I will be immortal.

Some fight for respect, and some fight for gold, and some fight to save their lives.
But you got to root for someone who rights for respect and lives so that everyone knows his name. Achilles cared about family and honor. In a lot of ways, I believe women are looking for that archetype and so we are ready to commit to a person bigger than ourselves.

The problem with that is the only person bigger than us is God, if you want a man who is a God, become a nun and you will be much happier. Men are weak and helpless sometimes, they are not Brad Pitt playing Achilles.

I have found I prefer to be the man I want but it's so hard to be him that it could take forever. Instead of stressing about it, I gave in to the pressure inside of me to start over again, and again, and if it takes 100 men to make me happy, I will have to keep looking.

At the same time I can be alone for the next five years too. I have to practice acceptance and patience in this lifetime since I am a Taurus. I can't help others if I am conflicted so I have to be calm. For a Taurus that's hard to do.

There is a lot of external pressure in this society to get a man. And that pressure doesn't make you happy even if you give in. It will always be for someone else. Don't you want someone who really loves you for you? Don't you want to love someone the same way?

It's a fight, I am sure does not end in this lifetime. Maybe you and I were meant to find our soulmate on another plane of existence.

Actually that kind of makes me happy!
