I Asked is the person i have in mind, which i don't really know, but wondering if i will bump into again is in the same country as i am atm, one with a lot of foreigners hence why i wondered if he is still here, or here to begin with and this was the chart.
i know asteroids not important for now but i feel better about them being there in the chart :P

Am reading this chart as saying no or he is about to leave, and it is me who is 'hidden' out of sight (Neptune in the 12th house)...but will wait for your take on it, in case i'm missing something. Ascendat and moon seem fine, so i think this one is valid.

but why not about Neptune, because Lily did'nt use it as it wasn't discovered yet at his time?

Then i'd have to be Jupiter to, and it gets tricky finding out what may signify him (the 7th house does have a very weak sun, such it's in Libra, but that'll change within less than two weeks) but that is about it,

what do you think should represent him, if the asker (me) becomes signified with Jupiter?

The first thing I noticed about your chart was your ruler, Jupiter, opposing your other significator and I thought it was odd your ruler was also in your significator's house. For some reason I thought "You're in your own way," concerning this. Hang on and I'll check more, I didn't even look at the 7H yet!

ETA: His ruler is Mercury, which ends up trining your ASC ruler, Jupiter. I'm not sure which is the faster moving planet BUT I think I saw another Mercury/Jupiter contact in another thread and they said Mercury was faster. In which case, also because it's a trine I would say yes you will meet him, and he will perhaps be the one to organize it. However, I'm curious about Mercury being in Scorpio. That's a "bad" placement I think (Scorpio doesn't seem to be very well liked in Horary unless Venus is there)

I think we don't use Pluto/Neptune/Uranus because the influence of the traditional rulers are stronger than theirs, since the traditional ones are closer to Earth. You're Jupiter and he's Mercury, because Jupiter is the traditional ruler of Pisces and the Ascendant angle feel on this sign. He's Mercury because Mercury is the ruler of Virgo, and the cusp of 7th house falls on it. http://www.serenapowers.com/horary.html#houses

This is what I was asking someone before about Horary! Again, we see they have Venus square Mars. I've seen Venus square Mars in my horary questions for awhile now therefore it's reasonable to assume everyone who asks a question at this moment will have Venus square Mars. What is individual about this?! Is it where we cast our charts that makes a difference in it's definition?

I'm still up in arms about when to use the 11H or when to use the 7H. What if they meant we use the 11H when we're asking FOR a friend? Also, Cancer ASC means we're liked? I cast a chart and my ASC was Cancer so I'm curious... -_p

Interesting. I questioned his relationship status too, but because I saw Venus squaring Mars and Moon quintile Mercury (although I suppose Moon would technically be Rain, but like I said I'm winging it!)

Depends on the significators thought doesn't it? and what type of question it is. Mercury and Jupiter could have little to do with it, if the asendant is elsewhere.

yes that is what i thought, he's an expat where i am to...but people usually leave for good after 3-4 years, as despite the money all the paperwork is quite unwelcoming.

Depends on the question and the time it was made. I read one the other day that, unlike ours, was done out of hair-pulling anxiety and, sure enough, there was no Scorpio relevance in there.

I think it's me, then... My dominant planets are Pluto and Mars, and Venus is the last dispositor... each one is in a strong sign (Scorpio, Aries and Leo, respectively)...
