i feel like you are taking care of someone? children? or are just doing too much. you could also be feeling like you are holding a lot in, trying to keep it all together and it's cauzing health problems for you. you can't do it all on your own. be realistic about how much you can take on. if there is an issue that needs to be resolved talk about it.

my question: i sent my ex a message but it seems like his current parter saw it first...will she try to hide it from him, will my ex see the message, or will i have to get other ppl involved in order to make sure he sees it.

so for you I started to shuffle and I saw 3 of Swords multiple times while shuffling. It looks like healing needs to take place first from a previous disappointment, could be even a pattern of feeling disappointed by ex partners. Which tells me you need to seek a different type of partners or do something different.
