Donna...SOMEHOW I DIDN'T SEE THE LAST PART OF ONE OF YOUR POSTS... I strongly believe that you have a connection to Mary Magdalene...why do you think you found this thread anyway ...I'm not saying that you are she ...yet, you and she might have been friends... why not ? You are going in the right track and your track took me to this site ! "Le Serpent Rouge " http://www.connectotel.com/rennes/serpnote/serpf.htm Please...take a look at this site...You noticed that Sauniere -the priest - died in 1917 (appearance of Our Lady of Fatima in France ). A statue of the demon Asmodeus guards near the door... 6+ 8 + 1 =15 that it's the # of the Devil in the Tarot... The church was dedicated to Magdalene in 1059 - also we have the # 15... Aselzion, I know what you mean, work gets in the way of life, 'Specially when there is so much reading to do!!Jakie, I love that link!!! It is better than the one I have on Le Serpent Rouge! I hadn't noticed the numerology, thanks for pointing that out. I am so into stars. I have loved them since I was very small. In fact, they are the first thing I learned to write or draw. Now, here is a link that has a church in Scotland with a stained glass of Jesus and Mary Magdalene, it is just beautiful. http://www.sacredconnection.ndo.co.uk/holyland/holylandbk.htm Well, take a look at it-- Notice her full, round, "fecund" belly!!! Hi Donna,I am the person who started this thread. Guess where I am headed next week?...to Scotland! I wonder if my initial thread question was to lead me to this very website. I have a hunch that this will lead me to what I am searching for in Scotland. Thank you! ALA IP: Logged |

Here is a site that has a lot of Knights Templar and Cathar information.I can't put the URL because he asks not to, but if you put the www. in front of this, and place .html at the end, it will take you to the site. dreamwater.org/walknmud1/sitemap Donna IP: Logged |

A Learning Angel, wow, going to Scotland!! That is so neat, I would love to go there.I am thankful you started this string, as it has caused me to search and of course, what I found was that church in Scotland. I wish you a happy journey and if you get to see that stained glass window, well all I can say is, wow! I hope your visit leads you to what you are seeking. Donna

Greetings...Jakie: The INVERSION is all that makes black magic different from white magic. Where white magic seeks spiritual unfoldment, black magic seeks material benefit, without regard for "the other". Where white magic seeks to heal, black magic seeks to harm. Where white magic is about the ALL, black magick is about the ONE, meaning Lower Self or individual Ego. Granted, black magic may achieve its ends faster, its practitioners don't necessarily, "play by the rules". For example... a spell for LOVE in a general sense, meaning to draw Love (in general) to you may be considered white magic. However, a spell to bring a particular PERSON to you, without regard to their free will would be black magic. So, to the point, it's all a matter of shifting polarities that makes a symbol such as the Swastika or the Pentagram " good or bad". When the Swastika is correctly drawn, it is a symbol of Life. When it is inverted or perverted, it becomes a symbol of death. When the Pentacle that represents the domination of Spirit over the physical elements is inverted or perverted, it becomes a dark symbol of bondage or worship of the Material or small self over the Higher Self or God aspect of the individual. Hope this helps some. Blessings ... A IP: Logged |

I have read all the posts on this subject and would like to say, After reading Holy Blood Holy Grail (Think I got that right) I became fascinated by the whole knights templar and Jesus line. I have links on my website.. but after seeing all your input there was something missing from the books I read and you have it, its intuition. Also are you aware that the catholic church,Im not sure which pope, made a proclomation that you do not have to believe that Christ DIED on the cross. That it's not that thats important. I guess they had to change their tune as knowledge was being spread via the internet etc.------------------ ************** Go Gently: the universe never hurries IP: Logged |

Hi Donna,I am back from Scotland and had the most remarkable time partly because of you posting your Scottish link. I did go to one of the places mentioned, Fortingall. Trust me, I would have never found it otherwise. Yes, I did find what I was searching for which probably would not have occurred without your help! So THANK YOU, Donna. I hope all is well on your end. ALA P.S. I did buy the book from the link. An interesting read... IP: Logged |

Just going to intro to this thread a bit, I "stumbled" onto this thread poking around here, and (no great surprise) this ties in wonderfully with all the reading and brain-spirialing I have been doing with my wonderful new mate. The Cathars is something I'd read about many moons ago, but we've been talking about Levi and the Tarot (and I have some documentation that the translations of his works done into English are very likely tainted and biased, something I'd like to look into further, but I will supply info to anyone who asks) and the Druids and so much more of this conversation are all on my "learn more about" list (if I can ever make the time....)So, It's wonderful to meet you all, reading your posts I can almost "re-member" you all already, and I'm looking forward to doing so more in the future. (Oh, and for anyone wondering, my brain does not have an on-board spell checker, so my appologies if I mis-spell now and again. Perhaps a typo will spirial you into new thoughts, but please bear with me, I really do go with the flow of thought.) Pax, Lady Isarma IP: Logged |

I have always been "led" to the whole Cathars, Mason, Tarot mysteries. I don't even know how I got here!!!!Maby I need to do some past life investigating!!! Levi highly respected the Tarot, from what I read, he said if you studied NOTHING but the Tarot, you would be able to talk on any subject in the world.

Here is a link to download a free ebook. It is all about "the esoteric doctrines of the Knights Templar, Freemason and Kabbalah in unusual and insightful ways," to quote the author. I just started reading it, so I can't tell much about it, so far. http://www.ormus.ws/~alchemykey/ And here is a link to read an excerpt about the Kabbalah Alkabel Excelsior's Hidden Wisdom and The Most Dangerous Secrets of the Kabbalah http://www.monmouth.com/~equinoxbook/kabb.html The second link refers to Arthur Edward Waite and Paul Foster Case, two prominent Freemasons who were involved with the Tarot. It is very interesting and of course, PFC was the founder of BOTA. Donna IP: Logged |

Hi Frater A!!!I studied BOTA for almost three years, and have read most of Dr.Case's books, Some of them over and over. I had taken a small break from it when I had my children,I wanted to give it the time and respect it deserves.I have recently gotten back into re-reading Highlights, and The Tarot, to re-introduce myself before signing up for classes again. I was freaked when I saw your post on here , I have never known anyone else who has studied with BOTA before. I would love to chat about it sometime. We will have to find a time to do that. E-mail me at amaa1kuzma@aol.com I started this wild ride of mine with Sun Signs, many moons ago........

Greetings...Donna... as ever, you are a muse of enlightenment! Annie... Yes, I am a student of BOTA. I had myself taken off years to go back to school and become a nurse, but as it goes, I am led back to the teachings in search of greater wisdom... I was once planning to go back to school to get my Master's Degree and become a Nurse Practitioner, but at this point, I cannot say that is my true calling. Peace and L.V.X. eternal... I could never be a nurse because the sight of blood grosses me out!! Thank God for Nurses!! I have 3 in my family!!Are you signed up for lessons right now? I have to figure out where I want to go with this and doing alot of praying for guidance. I have always felt close to the whole Dark Ages time period. Also, my great gramdmother and her mother were Tarot readers, long time ago. Said they were born with a veil over their faces. Anyone ever heard of that? IP: Logged |
