m i becoming the ultimate dreamer here?this is also a recurring dream. i discussed about babies, running and violence, today was loosing teeth day and wait for snakes and alligators one i usually see loosing teeth in dream, that one or two of my teeth have come out, just like that i don't even know how, no one punches me even. and there is no pain, just a shock this dream was like i was suddenly aware that my tooth, one of the canines, was coming off, i try to put it back, try to work a way where it will be fixed, because i know if you once lose a teeth you can't grow a replacement (this i was thinking in dream) but it didn't. i run to the bathroom, spit in the sink and 6-7 of my tooth come out with lot of blood. the twist is that, when i touch my teeth with my tongue to make sure what has happened, all my teeth are there and i realize loosing them was a dream.a sudden relief but i wasn't awake after that. dream over, next dream started after this. so what does loosing teeth mean? Pride lol------------------ Enlightenment doesn't result from sitting around visualizing images of light, but from integrating the darker aspects of the self into the conscious personality Jung You must lose your life for My sake in order to find it . Well losing teeth is fear of not being good enough. It is fear of not being Ok enough to withstand the world. So,you must try to make sure you appear Ok . Hard to describe what I mean------------------ Enlightenment doesn't result from sitting around visualizing images of light, but from integrating the darker aspects of the self into the conscious personality Jung You must lose your life for My sake in order to find it . Jesus He who controls his Spirit is greater than he who controls a city Proverbs IP: Logged |

but in my dream the teeth fell out but my teeth were still in my mouth, when i checkedso may be it means that i have to throw out what i don't need, because in past i thought i would not let those things go,because they are so essential for my existence, but my dream is telling me that even if i let them go, i will still be complete and its just my fear of incompleteness holding me back from throwing them out of my life *relief* makes perfect sense to me now IP: Logged |

I used to have these dreams a lot, it started last summer (could say I was going through a ton of stuff, a lot of it due to not knowing my purpose, or having goals or plans or whatever and a lot of misery/depression and running from it) and the first dreams were extremely graphic. Like...someone would pin me down, and shove rocks or broken glass in my mouth and force me to chew it, and my teeth would come loose and my mouth would fill with blood. Over time they weren't as graphic (also spent several months learning about myself, and working on my problems) and the last few ones (haven't had any more) where that one of my canines or front teeth simply came loose or snapped out (as opposed to a mouth full of blood and ripped out teeth). I asked a professional about the dreams (a therapist, hah..) because he knew about dream interpretations. He said it represents a feeling of a loss of control, pride, things that are falling apart, or regret over past decisions, and actions (like stuff I said). Sometimes, it can also be a wakeup call (like, telling you you need to change or lose certain habits, problems).IP: Logged |
