This is a truly Beautiful string, wonderful!

I think we must not try to measure OurSelves, by others actions, Be True to YourSelf, and God within, ALL is recorded in the Akashic records...what Matters is what we do. ...

not what others are doing, all we can do is plant seeds, and wait and see, patiently... .

LOving uncondtionally. . .

Mind Over Matter

if you don't Mind, it won't Matter,
it's all in how we want to see and accept our Lessons, knowing that everything happens for a reason, and a season to know....

I deleted the song, not wanting to
tarnish the Beauty of this thread,

but aren't Real Feelings, True and intense as they are being felt in the Moment Beautiful?
What could be more Beautiful?

Now I've hurt a true friend here.

Fayte, your post was Real and Free Feeling from all the Caring from your Heart for me. I shouldn't have asked you to delete it. It was a Beautiful Gift from your heart.

Why?
my pride; not wanting to be pitied. I've strove so long being strong, lest not shatter all that strength in one vulnerable moment.

Fear of being misunderstood again as something that I am not (I have forgiven~~I care deeply, Stephen knows I do), or exploited, fear of the spotlight again....it's safer in here, Mute.

I don't want to open it.

Please forgive me, Fayte.

I can handle anything, any challenge in this world but that I might have hurt you.

Everything I touch anymore is cursed/I curse.

My friend is going crazy, she hears voices
and they tell her things.
Her dad boozed and drugged her up as an innocent child so he could *uck her.

Her Mother has told her repeatedly that she is stupid and worthless; beat her with bedposts....she was the only girl in a family of boys....the family Slave.

All I know and have learned from experience ....all this talk of the Tao, cycles, peaks and valleys, do you think it matters to her? Do you think it could reach her?

I'm supposed to save her.
I feel helpless...all my wisdom worthless...
all I can do is Love her, listen to her and tell her she is worthy and beautiful and deserving of Cherish.

She has never received that, although she gives so generously always from her big Leo Heart.

Do you think she believes me?

I cannot make sense anymore...
I am weary of trying...

I picked the name Lia because is means "weary" ~ my entrance here.

I believe, whether foolish or naive or not, wholeheartedly in Beautiful things of Unseen Proof and Divine Innocence....Deep Soul Love that transcends all logic or reason.
I determinedly saught out those who understood the imperitavness of Cherish~~
the rare Awe of it in this Profane World.

Silver, Fayte, finding you was a miracle, for you both understand Cherish and it's worth.
I thank you from the depths of my Heart.

I did not see it as a tarnishing of this thead, which is dedicated to TRUTH.
TRUTH is not always lovely. TRUTH is not always Pleasant.
TRUTH does not wear a pretty pretty happy happy joy joy face of denial,
delusion, illusion and lies.
PURE TRUTH is tactless, brash, brutal, blunt and unvarnished.
To Drape or disguise or try to mask TRUTH is to kill truth by smothering
it in lies and false kindness of telling one ONLY what they DESIRE to hear,
NOT what they NEED to hear.
TRUE LOVE will not lie. TRUE LOVE will risk the loved one hating them
forever, rather than perpetuate a lie.
When one lies to a beloved one to sheild them from the
AGONY of TRUTH....
One is not showing love,
But instead, the fear they will lose that person's love by being true.

I do understand, and that is what hurts. Watching you hurt. Knowing that only
you can open "it", when you are ready. I can only watch, and listen, and feel
your agony. Or be brutally honest when you ask my opinion. And then wait.

quote:
Please forgive me, Fayte.

Forgive yourself.
Love You first.
You will not be healed by giving to those whose needs surpass yours.
They will not heal as long as they can feed upon you instead of finding their
own inner strength by facing themselves.
Until one is at peace with self, one cannot truly love.
Yes, one can have compassion.
Compassion, rejection, compassion, rejection, ever giving, ever draining,
hungry to be refilled. Both the giver and the taker, taking turns, reversing roles, over and over both starving the other.
Desperately needing love and to give love, hoping to receive love.

But love eludes them both or all..

Love thyself first.

You will not need love, but become love, and can give it away freely, forever
replenished, because real love sustains itself, and never diminishes or weakens
with the giving. Giving love should not drain you and weaken you. Do not
confuse pity and compassion, and understanding, with love.

quote:
I can handle anything, any challenge in this world but that I might have hurt you.

Do not worry about me. Find a way to love yourself. I am hurt because it hurts
to see you in pain.
quote:
Everything I touch anymore is cursed/I curse.

That is not true. If it be cursed it was cursed before you touched it. You only came to
finally realize, that all was not as you had believed, and wanted, and desired it to be.
You wanted/want, to see the good in all. But all is not good, and it pains you to
discover this. Your touch has cursed nothing. You do not curse. That which is
accursed was so long before you tried to heal or fix it all.
quote:
They all want me to save them,
I can barely save myself.

You and I have discussed this before.
Remember this:

~God helps those who help themselves.~

~God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
courage to change the things I can,
and (the) wisdom to know the difference.~

~There will always be suffering~
you cannot save them all, nor is it your job to do so.

Forgive yourself. Love yourself. Find Time for You.

quote:
I'm *ucked up.

Firstly...STOP insulting and demeaning, degrading and judging and condeming,
a person I love!
~YOU!~
Second....you are human, you have been through alot in all areas of your life. You have
neglected Yourself and Your needs. You have seen the emotional vampires and those
begging for you to save them from their own self made hells and tortures by their own
inner demons. And because you are compassionate and caring you have attempted to
enter their hells and save them. They reach out to you with pleading words, and hungry
desperate pleas for attention and for love, but so many are so devoid of love for themselves, within themselves,
that this passion to help and love and heal them...soon subjects you to more a kind of soul rape, from which no one comes away from unscathed...... rather than
a passionate soul love sharing, which can lead to healing.

Take care of yourself for now.

Those who truly love you will not ask of you anything but for you to love yourself.{{{*}}}

Wow, Fayte

Your post to Lisa is just awesome and so very, very true.

This part was very profound:

quote:
You have seen the emotional vampires and those
begging for you to save them from their own self made hells and tortures by their own
inner demons. And because you are compassionate and caring you have attempted to
enter their hells and save them. They reach out to you with pleading words, and hungry
desperate pleas for attention and for love, but so many are so devoid of love for themselves, within themselves,
that this passion to help and love and heal them...soon subjects you to more a kind of soul rape, from which no one comes away from unscathed......

This is similar to something that I said to Lisa just this morning ( maybe the universe is trying to tell her something)only I used different terms. Something that Lisa said to me made me think of it. One of my teachers at the seminary had used this metaphor. Of course coming from a Christian source no one will pay attention.

What you described here is what Msgr. Zenz said about Jesus. He used the metaphor of Jesus as our "savior lifeguard." Jesus tried to save us from our own self-made hells and the torment of our own inner demons all created out of our lack of love for ourselves and along with that our feeling of unworthiness. Compassionate and loving God heard the voices crying out to save us and entered into our self-made hells by becoming one of us.

Humanity resisted and struggled against that unconditional love and compassion that Jesus offered to save us from drowning in our own sins born out of our own inner comtempt for ourselves but beyond that, our fear held us back. Fear of change. Fear of the unknown. Fear. We struggled against the truth and saving grace that Jesus offered us.

Just as a drowning victim out of fear resists and struggles against the lifeguard while his rescuer is attempting to save him/her, we resisted our "savior lifeguard" and in our struggles we drug him down to drown with us. We drug Jesus down to death because we resisted the truth he offered that would set us all free from our own self-inflicted pain and chains. Just as we dragged down to death all the prophets that came before Jesus.

Sorry, Fayte, but what you stated here in your words to Lisa is very Christian. hee hee Just teasing you, because Christian or otherwise, what you said here is a very, very awesome spiritual truth.

Over 2000 years later we are still resisting the love, compassion and saving grace of God working through others who we encounter in our life and,who out of their love and compassion, are willing to take the risk to reach out and be our "savior lifeguards." We are still struggling against being saved and still dragging those who would reach out to help us down to drown with us.

No one who loves comes out unscathed. It's the risk we take when we love. When we love we open ourselves up to the vulnerability that goes along with it and we are often hurt. It's the chance we take. The world to this day still resists love because NONE OF US feel worthy of the love that God himself offers us and we don't feel worthy of the love that God offers us through other people who come into our lives either.

The beauty is that, though none of us truly are worthy of the total unconditional love God offers each and everyone of us, he gives it freely to all of us anyway. Being worthy and being perfect were never a requirement. Never will be.

Go on loving even if it hurts. No, we won't come out unscathed, but those stripes on our backs that were inflicted on us because we loved are what God is going to ask us to show him when we leave this realm and go into the next one.

As you say, beautiful Fayte, rant over.

Also wanted to add that it very true what you said to Lisa about loving herself.

We cannot possibly love others unless we first love ourselves. I mean a healthy love of self. Not a narcissitic self-centered love. Our first responsibility is to tend to ourselves, nurture ourselves and love ourselves. It is only in tending to our own needs first and healing ourselves first and loving ourselves first are we able to tend to others.

We are at least worthy of the love and nurturing that we give to others. Putting other peoples needs always before our own needs is not healthy for us and only breeds resentment.

Only God can meet all the needs in human beings. No one person can possibly meet all our needs and it should not be expected of anyone. We are only frail, weak humans and very, very few humans have ever mastered unconditional love - agape.

Truth is we all want back something of what we give to others. And that's okay because unconditional love or agape is something we should all strive for but few of us will ever master in the short lifetimes we have on this earth. It perfectly okay to be human. That IS what we were created to be. There is the spirituality of imperfection. We all need to embrace our imperfections and accept and love ourselves as we are. Stive to be better people. But spirituality is not about being higher and perfect. Spirituality is just BEING. And trying to help others and give love along the way.

thank you

Everything is ok.
I've been reading/remembering.

Pathology

When the truest of true truths becomes evident it suddenly becomes void. When the void is immersed in so completely that we "become" the void then new truths appear that go way beyond the truths we so comfortably resonated to.

Truth is ephemeral. It changes with each new moment. Just like we could. If we so choose.

What do you see? Whatever it is, it is divine.

When you close your eyes and go beyond, what do you see? When you go yet another step beyond, what do you see? Are you comfortable with the fact that whatever you see will change as soon as you see what is meant to be seen? Once you see it, you are thrust beyond what you see. You cannot proceed three steps without proceeding one step first.

Will there be a new world? Are you willing to go beyond the feelings of it? Those feelings cannot manifest until you've gone beyond them and are exploring even newer feelings. The piece of sidewalk you are walking over does not become real until you are walking over the next piece of sidewalk. Not until you have touched it will it become a reality for you. Not until you have walked over it will it become an actual path. Not until you follow it will you reach the turn off onto the path you've dreamt about.

Eventually, we will no longer follow paths. We will instead create them. We all follow a path until it leads to a new path which leads to a new path which eventually takes us to a point where there is no longer a path. It will be up to us to blaze a new path. Not until we are blazing our own new path will we be creating our own reality. The world is before us and each of us are gods ready to blaze a new path through that world. Are we ready to step into that world? Are we ready to create our own very unique and distinct path? While there are many paths that lead us partway there, we must all create our own path the rest of the way there. We will never get there following a path because all paths lead only to a stopping point where we must thereafter blaze our own path the rest of the way.

Are you ready for the journey? Are you ready to create your new path? Are you ready to follow it? Are you ready to go beyond it? Are you ready to go where all paths lead towards but no path takes you fully there? Are you ready to step beyond all the paths? Are you ready to be there?

To You Lia

quote:
Jesus said, "let him who seeks continue seeking until he finds. When he finds, he will become troubled. When he becomes troubled, he will be astonished, and he will rule over the all."
Jesus said, "Recognize what is in your sight, and that which is hidden from you will become plain to you. For there is nothing hidden which will not become manifest."

From Kahlil Gibran's "The Prophet"

-...Then a woman said, "Speak to us of Joy and Sorrow."

And he answered:

Your joy is your sorrow unmasked.

And the selfsame well from which your laughter rises was oftentimes filled with your tears.

And how else can it be?

The deeper that sorrow carves into your being, the more joy you can contain.

Is not the cup that hold your wine the very cup that was burned in the potter's oven?

And is not the lute that soothes your spirit, the very wood that was hollowed with knives?

When you are joyous, look deep into your heart and you shall find it is only that which has given you sorrow that is giving you joy.

When you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight.

Some of you say, "Joy is greater than sorrow," and others say, "Nay, sorrow is the greater."

But I say unto you, they are inseparable.

Together they come, and when one sits alone with you at your board, remember that the other is asleep upon your bed.

Verily you are suspended like scales between your sorrow and your joy.

Only when you are empty are you at standstill and balanced.

When the treasure-keeper lifts you to weigh his gold and his silver, needs must your joy or your sorrow rise or fall. -

to all you wonderful people here

~The Poet~

He is a link between this
and the coming world.
He is a pure spring from
which all thirsty souls
may drink.
He is a tree watered by
the River of Beauty, bearing
Fruit which the hungry
heart craves;
He is a nightingale,
soothing the depressed
Spirit with his beautiful
melodies;
He is a white cloud
appearing over the horizon,
ascending and growing until
it fills the face of the sky.

Then it falls on the flows
in the field of life,
opening their petals
to admit the light.
He is an angel, sent by
the Goddess to
Preach the Deity's gospel;
He is a brilliant lamp,
unconquered by darkness
And inextinguishable by the wind.
It is filled with Oil
by Istar of Love, and
lighted by Apollon of Music.

He is a solitary figure,
robed in simplicity and kindness;
He sits upon the lap of Nature
to draw his inspiration,
and stays up in the
silence of the night,
awaiting the descending
of the Spirit.

He is a sower who sows the seeds of his heart
in the Prairies of affection,
and humanity reaps the
Harvest for her nourishment.

This is the poet -- whom
the people ignore in this life,
and who is recognized only
when he bids the earthly
world farewell and
returns to his arbor in heaven.

This is the poet-- who asks
naught of humanity but a smile.
This is the poet -- whose
spirit ascends and
Fills the firmanent
with beautiful sayings;
Yet the people deny
themselves his radiance.

Until when shall the people
remain asleep?
Until when shall they
continue to glorify those
who enable them to see
the Beauty of their Spirit,
symbol of peace and love?
Until when shall human beings
honor the dead
and forget the Living,
who spend their lives
encircled in misery, and who
consume themselves
Like burning candles
to illuminate the way
For the ignorant and lead
them into the path of light?

Poet, you are the life of
this life, and you have
Triumphed over the ages
despite their severity.

Poet, you will one day rule the Hearts, and Therfore
your Kingdom has no ending.
Poet, examine your
crown of thorns;
you will find concealed in it
a budding wreath of laurel.

~Kahlil Gibran
