AG, it is rare for people to appreciate Virgo for anything because it is always associated with being anal retentive. It's good to know that someone can see beyond that stereotype.

Unmoved, you are a Virgo! Heck yes we are sexy. haha *high fives* Virgos FTW.

Ok, I have one more picture since I stole my grandma's camera. I promised I'd take a picture of me in my new reading glasses for my friend who has a teacher fetish. I have sort of a strange sense of humor, so I went ahead and did the whole 9 yards and added a ruler. lol

I think you need to see me after class... you look like you need a spanking... hahaaa
Sorry it's so huge.

BoE!!! Thanks... and for posting the pic.

naughty

edited. I didn't word that properly.

I mean... Virgo's, whenever I read about them are boring, people who get a rush from paperclips. But, you are not like that at all, and me neither actually.

Ah, I see. Virgos do have a bad reputation for being boring. I am sort of hard to get to know, but once you get to know me I don't consider myself boring at all. lol Though I have Aquarius rising and all of my inner planets are in positive signs. All of the other Virgos I've met have been very weird folks... actually I've never met another one that I've really liked a lot, surprisingly. So far they've all been kind of... psycho is perhaps the word... I don't know, but they've all been waaaayyy too hyper for me to like hanging around. I'm generally really laid back and hyper people scare me. lol Well, I take that back actually. The Colonel and Chief were both Virgos in my AFJROTC class at my old high school. They were insanely awesome and funny as could be.

Thanks BUD.

I tend to imagine you Virgos as hot in general.

I'm with AG on this. I've noticed that Virgo Suns often have a crisp, healthy beauty that is very appealing. I don't know how to describe it better, but hopefully you Virgos know what I'm talking about! Anyhoo, a lot of people whom I consider classically beautiful are Virgo Suns: Greta Garbo, Sophia Loren, Ingrid Bergman, Lauren Bacall, Sean Connery, Richard Gere, River Phoenix. I would also include Beyonce and Shirley Manson as examples of the "clarity" of Virgo looks!

So, I think of Virgos as attractive people, not just good at organizing sock drawers.

Astralmuse - Thanks! I didn't know you were a fellow cappy...but that DOES explain why you're so cool!

Uh, YEAH! We traded charts because we have so much in common in them - Sun and Ascendant being the two big points. But our moons are different, so my Leo pride will forgive your Gemini multi-tasking which is surely responsible for you forgetting I'm a fellow Cappy.

There should be more Capricorns on earth, if that's what they think/feel about Virgos.

*crosses fingers and hopes that more people conceive children in around April-ish so that more Caps are born.*

It isn't just Caps who know Virgos are attractive folk! Think of how many guys drool over Cameron Diaz or Rosemary McGowan, or how many of us girls drool over Keanu Reeves or Hugh Grant. I have an inexplicable crush on Julian Casablancas which I didn't "get" until I found out that - yep, he's a Virgo sun.

I don't like generalizing about signs, especially sun signs... But I must admit I have found a high percentage of Virgos, male and female, are beautiful.

Awww, thank you, Purple_Chick.

The rust on the car represents the way my bones feel some days, and I have a few dents on the bumper if you know what I mean.

Just want to say that I absolutely adore Virgos. They are mischievous and playful. At least my husband is. He seldom uses my real name. He calls me any name that pops in his head. Mildred, Hortense, Gertude or whatever.

LOL Like the teacher look, Evermore. See, that's what I mean about Virgos.

Mirandee - My dad is a Virgo Sun & Moon and he calls my mom every name except her own! My faves have been "Squaw" and "Maude." He has nicknames for everyone in the family - so you know you have been accepted into the fold when Dad starts calling you by something other than your name. In fact, I don't recall my dad ever using my proper name - and I like that about him! He's a joke teller and his goal in life is to make people laugh. I find that a very Virgoan energy - serving and helping the world through wit and humor. I respect that!

He's a lot of fun, Unmoved. Weird but a lot of fun. LOL

That's so cool that your dad does the same thing, astralmuse. My husband does the same thing with everyone in the family too. All 3 of our kids had nicknames when they were little, Lialei was Gert, our oldest son was Mugwump, and the youngest son he call The Assassin. lol Once a lady in the store asked him how he could call that sweet child The Assassin and my husband said, " You don't know him very well."

Does everyone in the neighborhood and all the stores in the area know your dad by name? I bet they do. My husband is the bright spot in the check out ladie's day. He is always joking around and teasing them.

I like the way you put it.

"I find that a very Virgoan energy - serving and helping the world through wit and humor. I respect that!"

I respect that too.

Virgos are also generous to a fault. I have to tell my husband to get something just for himself. He is always buying things for others and not himself.

You know it! In fact, I recently moved to a different state and my dad came to visit for one week. Now I have people asking me when he's coming back! I love watching him interact with people because he is so flippin' quick on the uptake - witty but not ever putting others down in any way. I do relate it to service, but I think that people often misinterpret Virgo's "service" aspect as "secretary" or "grunt in an assembly line." I see people with Virgo Sun/Moon/Asc as having humanistic concerns, so they use their mental agility and intelligence to make life easier for the rest of us.

That "Assassin" line is going to crack me up at random times in the future. I love it!

LOL Evermore - I use to think it was just my husband who did that with names but now I see it's definitely a Virgo trait. It comes from that micheiveous and playful nature of a Virgo. That's what I saw in you and that is why your pictures here always make me smile. I see that mischievousness in Unmoved too. She has the virgo look. That little michieveous twinkle in the eye. Odd too, Unmoved, that my husband also doesn't smile much in his pictures. He says it's hard to smile at a camera. Once in a while I do get that smile on film though but I have to get real silly to do it. LOL

"You know it! In fact, I recently moved to a different state and my dad came to visit for one week. Now I have people asking me when he's coming back! I love watching him interact with people because he is so flippin' quick on the uptake - witty but not ever putting others down in any way."

True about not putting others down, astralmuse. Quick on the uptake, yes!! My husband loves to "get me." lol

LOL about others asking when your dad is coming back. I get the same thing from people. If I am alone they ask where he is. My own dad even used to do that. If I visted my parents alone as soon I walked in the door my dad would say, " Where's Butch? " I told my dad once, " We are married, dad, not joined at the hip."

I have a 7 yr. old grand daughter who is a Virgo and is also mischievious and playful. She even lookds mischievious like her grandpa. My oldest son has a virgo moon and he is always cracking me up with his quick wit.

They make others laugh and cheer them up when they are down. This is, as astralmuse, said, their service to the world. It's the light they carry to humanity.

My husband also has Virgo rising and his chart is loaded with Virgo aspects. True virgo.

Someone should start a tribute to Virgo's thread at astrology so we can point out this wonderful trait of Virgo and Virgo moon people to everyone at LL.

And their outstanding generosity. Another great characteristic of Virgo people.

Bet you are even prettier because we never see ourselves the same as others see us.
