I felt so sad for you when I read that. I wish I could give you a hug.

I'm sorry to hear you're so miserable at home.
Glad to see you posting, I wondered where you'd gone.
Take care.

Leaping, you sounded just like me when you were talking about feeling ugly etc.
I wonder if there are some hard transits going on right now because I feel like I need to do all this maintenance on my body right now in order to feel better.
Hope you are feeling better...

YEAH!! I'm glad you're gonna write more about yourself. I had to laugh:

quote:
I'm about the least artistic person I know......
..............yet I think of myself as artistic. In my head...

LOL! That is so like me...deny reality and substitute my own! LOL! Oh yea, I can relate to that!

Jeez louise. This all sounds rough. Is there anything you can do to get out from under all these people? Sounds like they're sucking the life force out of you. Is it possible to move? Even to a house-share or something?

Darn that's too bad, about your mom losing her job just when your begining to earn money.

Do you like waitressing? I used to be a waitress (resturants) and I really liked it. Good tips too. Are you working full or part time?

Dear Leaping
Didja know that one of the first things you learn in Art Therapy is how to determine what a persons childhood was like by asking them to draw a pic of the house they grew up in? I thought i`de throw that in there since you mentioned liking to draw houses and your interest in Art Therapy. Best Wishes in a truly AMAZING field.

I wish I could give you a hug right now.

You're such a wonderful, loving person, and so full of life. I think you're just a very decent, good human being, and that is not something you can become, it's just who you are.

Please be kind to yourself
I wish I could make you a nice meal right about now

@leapinglemur14

Well whatever happens always try your best to be in positive mood, imagine your future to be the perfect way you would like to, well to imagine you don't have to pay anything ...
never give any importance to negative things in life,

I believe you will soon come across brighter side of your life. Believe it and it will be there right in your life.

"We believe what we are..."

Well, wasn't your Jupiter/MC ruler in Gemini?
I'd say it's possible you might change your mind a few times....which isn't really a bad thing, considering it's about refinement.

But as a random comment/advice, I'd say try not to put yourself under too much pressure and pin yourself to one thing entirely, maybe just don't think TOO far ahead (unforeseeable changes, etc) because the picture will get clearer with time.
You seem passionate about massage, so maybe take a course/certification/something like that, and educate yourself. The body healing stuff has so many avenues...massage, homeopathy, flower essences, herbalism, Reiki.
I have a client who's opening her own practice and she was trying to think of what to offer, and I was amazed at how many types of massage they've got. Aromatherapy massage, hot stone...it's endless.

So maybe something that gives you lots of options to explore. It can be like a good job you like on your own time in the future, and would even free up time for you to explore other things you'd like to study!
I think it's just good to give yourself breathing room, and not lock yourself into something that won't allow you to grow. I feel it's all about making choices that are a step in the direction of what you like, but nothing etched in stone.
But that's just me.

leaping, please be careful. i am not a fly on the wall so i don't know your real situation with the BF but it can be dangerous to feel you are here to save someone from themselves. i don't know how bad these arguments are but the breakup/apologize, etc scenario sounds a little red flaggy to me.

please be careful. loving someone doesn't mean taking their garbage lying down, or rolling around in it. pluto opp mars is a potentially volatile combination...there are a lot of ways to defuse abusive behaviour and some of them are very simple and effective...

and i hope you don't mind my saying so.

Wow, I don't get here to LL as much as I used to and I miss so much. Sounds like you have a lot on your plate...{hug}

Man I'm worried about you with your boyfriend (I completely understand that feeling of wanting to save someone from themselves), just don't let that be an excuse for taking abusive behaviour. Maybe medication will help, I hope. How long have you guys been together? Is he your first serious boyfriend? Is he physically abusive?

Looking at your chart I think some sort of teaching is right up your alley, that and there is a strong tie to the 12th to your career. Counseling seems to go well with your chart. But I think whatever you choose, in a few years there will be a change in the direction you're going anyway. When pluto conjuncts your neptune in the 10th.

Anyway, keep us posted. I feel for you, and hope things take an upswing.
