AS I see it (and of course I can be wrong, needless to say it), an effect could be that your physicality, your appearance (your ASC) triggers nearly "somatic" reactions in her. Maybe she feels an electric tingle within her entrails, when she is near to you, or she just experiences as you "getting under her skin".
As this is a pretty tight conjunction, the reaction is probably instant.

yepalso you can dedicate yourself to love,relationships. oh yeah...I forgot. I believe that Vesta could also be about work,service, and so very similar to Virgo. in my own chart Vesta in 3'01 Aquarius

You better post this question in IQ`s questionthread.
Personally I think people we form relationships with, that hit us to the core and transform us inwardly, will have tight conjunctions (no more than 3 degrees, prefereable 1 degree) to the angles, ASC, DESC, IC and MC and probably also to the lunar Nodes (still have to research the other nodes).
