Just want to share a few thoughts, Unmoved.
I was a vegetarian(vegan) for many years.
I did not feel well but did not realize it cuz I was so used to it.
Much later, I started eating raw food. Raw food has all the enyzmes and energy intact.
I started feeling much better.
Also, I juice veggies and fruit with a juicer.
Dr Richard Schult has a great product Superfood.
Everyone I have given it to loves it.
It is a green powder packed with super nutrition. He calls it a "transfusion"
If I have any craving--I satisfy it--eggs, fish, cheese etc.
I think cravings are important ways to heal.
I am here if you have any questions!

I wanted to share some songs with you, musics that I really like and hope that you might like some of them. there are so many different style to draw from but I hope I'll make you discover some artists.

let's start with camille. a pisces artist who's got a world of her own. this song sum up her latest and second album. I discovered her with this one. I don't know her first but I Love her universe, and I've seen her concert on TV and she's just a superb performer. (and totally "out there") :
camille waves

ok, now different style, here is bob sinclar, don't know if you know him. well france is big on electro music and there are 2 VERY big dj here, I mean two BIG stars, one starts to be famous abroad with works including madonna, kelly rowlands and other famous artists, it's david guetta. and there is one that I truly love: bob sinclar. his music is very positive, and ranges from crazy/stupid/not takiing oneself seriously type to "love is all" type. he's a genius in my mind. I'm in awe...

it was difficult to select only one of him to introduce him to you but here is one

bob sinclar (taurus sun)
imagine

ok, since I'm in electro... and talked about him...

david guetta (scorp sun)
open your eyes

now the next singer died a few years ago... aged 90 or something. he was/still is very famous in france. this album is his last and is very chilled. I knew him before, but not so much his music, and really discovered him through this album.

henri salvador (cancer sun)
Jardin d'hiver

now the next artist is one of the most famous songrwriter in france, he's frequently associated with celine dion since he wrote many of her songs but he also write for many other artists. he's an ultra major influence in france. during a while, he used to sing with carol fredericks (U.S) and michael jones (Welsh). his songs are "pop" they are very romantic I think, and easy to listen. they usually talk about love, but they also talk about politics, peace, diffrences, tolerance...

jean-jacques goldman (libra sun)
là-bas
this is an old song 1987, and he says that he wants to go "there" (there = là-bas) to be free because here he can't.

I wanted to share a book with you, not necessarily relevant to YOUR disease but definitely a good read. I found it on scribd but I can't recommend you enough to buy it.

Thank you for the well wishes, lists, lolcatz, music and book suggestions. I can't write more than this. Just a quick update, doctors are now looking for gall stones. So, tomorrow I'm going for an ultra sound.

My Hb has increased to 10 with daily injections and whatnot have worked, but my iron is still low. So, they said it will pick us just as my Hb has. My symptoms haven't changed, hence the search for gall stones. I'm on a fast now a few hours before the ultra sound.

Thank you again.

Hello sweets!!

Hope this day finds you better!!

(and yes, I have Lupus, and I've also had a blood transfusion, and my gallbladder removed ~ so I can relate!!! Oh boy, sister, can I ever!!)

Thinking of you....

ETA: I agree with whoever said eat what you crave. I've went a month on nothing but chicken before. And if it wasn't for salad and eggs, I would never eat!

I'm sending you healing wishes Unmoved.
Like Gypsee, I had hidden Gallbladder Disease, Kidney Cysts, Thyroid Cysts, Hidden Uterine disease, Cervical Arthritis and Myofascial Pain Syndrome. I went to around 14 doctors in three years searching for answers and solutions. You can always vent to me because I have the compassion for such issues. You are in my prayers.

Perhaps it is gallstones, Unmoved. I am glad your blood values are going up.

First of all, Diana, are you psychic? Okay, I'm not pregnant still, but we did more blood tests yesterday, and what came back was that I have incredibly high levels of Prolactin.

Normal levels of Prolactin are 5 to 23.
My levels of Prolactin are 233.

So, tomorrow I'm doing MRIs because the ultra sounds came back clear today. So, My body is not out of wack on its own. It's hormones that are shooting off so much that I'm behaving like a pregnant woman. My doctors and specialists came together today asking if I was pregnant. I laughed and told them what I told you. "Hell No."

Yesterday they even did HIV tests, and what made Mw doctor check for Prolactin levels was because my breasts are behaving as if I'm pregnant. That's all I'll say about my breasts.

So, what's happening is that my pituitary gland, in the brain, is working overtime, as I showed in the levels above. This suggests a pituitary adenoma. I don't know what any of this is. I'm still going to google.

I'm not even going to think of tumors. But, I'd have to say that Raymond and his talk of fertility also came to mind because my body is treating me like a reeeeally pregnant woman. This makes me so hopeful because it means we're finding something. My doctor and I smiled for the first time today, well... The lolcatz made me smile.

That's the update.

You should see, my family has lots of medical professionals and everyone's treating me like a freak show.

Hi levels of prolactin are often caused by high levels of cortisol which is the hormone excreted by the adrenal glands during long periods of stress...
