Me too. I have 10H Sun as well. I have it un-aspected save some quintiles and a semi-square, and I have it as my singleton planet as well - only planet in Air. It feels pretty special to me and it gives me hope for a better future somehow. I think that I can agree with you sadly on lacking love from both parents. My father is a ****** parent and was completely absent from my life but with some extremely awkward, emotionally constipated and cold appearances here and there. I guess I would say my most difficult aspect is Sun conjunct Neptune and Saturn in 7th house. (Neptune is technically in 6th house, but it’s 2 degrees away from my descendant). I definitely feel the push and pull of Saturn and Neptune. When things get too stressful I would much prefer to just check out and focus on distractions of any kind, but Saturn is always there to make me feel especially guilty for not staying grounded in reality and paying attention to things that are “practical”. Sun conjunct Saturn in 7th house makes me guarded and inhibited with relationships to begin with, but then I also easily pick up on the subliminal/emotional undercurrents going on in regular everyday conversations. I absorb the feelings of those around me, but since I’m so guarded in expressing myself and relating to people, it’s hard to separate what I’m actually thinking/feeling from all of the external surroundings I become so tuned into… Aquaguy, Sun conjunct Saturn isn't fun no matter what, but I'm sure it's especially difficult in your 12th house... Like others have said, just know there are plenty of people who will like and accept you for who you are, you seem to be a genuinely cool person! IP: Logged |

So sorry to hear this, sweet-scorpion! And I agree that you do uplift others...I wish you COULD uplift yourself, you deserve it, you're nice! My Cap sun is also a singleton- only earth sign. My mother died when I was 14 and my father was great but much older than me and more like a passive grandparent. So I spent my teen years like a waif, eating at friends' houses a lot of the time. Maybe this is why we both like survival stories. We raised ourselves more than a lot of people do. IP: Logged |

Awww, thank you.. Sorry to hear that you had to go through the same thing It's not easy, but then we can heal by healing others.. At least that's what I got about chiron. Over the last years my parents kind of tried to show more affection but everytime my dad hugs me, I feel sooo uncomfortable/awkward.. IP: Logged |

This is so interesting to read!My least favorite placement is probably either saturn in the 12th house, or mercury opposition neptune because I'm definitely what you'd call an "escapist". I feel like it holds me back because I spend so much time happy in my own little world that I end up not working as hard as I ought to, going after what I want, or not realizing the problems I should be dealing with until they blow up in my face. Usually they end up manifesting in horrible, horrible panic attacks. I also don't particularly love my venus/mars square pluto because it makes unbelieveably obsessive and I hate the "all or nothing"ness that comes with it. I don't know moderation, period, when it comes to anything: food, money, exercising, smoking, love, working, even just in terms of my room! it's either a complete war zone or it's cleaner than a hospital. And that's the way it always is. I'm either completely immersed in something, or it couldn't be more out of the sphere of my conciousness. Definitely wish I could be a little more easy going and less intense about, well, everything. IP: Logged |

i think you are wrong about yourself it gives you the THOUGHT of not being beautiful/handsome only YOU find yourself unattractive in MY opinion saturn square ascendant is the real aspect that gives not so much an attractive appearance

Almost the same. I have heavy Saturn but not quite all. (sun Saturn opposition is my answer btw to the OP.) Uranus is unaspected. IP: Logged |

It creates constant (I mean every. little. thing.) power struggles with my mother, and I've picked and chosen my battles with her, too. In my natal chart it's a big line. And to me it's almost like you have to cross that line, wall, barrier to get to all the action going on the other side. I never feel at ease emotionally either. Not that I'm always on the verge of a breakdown but I'm a guarded person by nature and it's hard to lighten up. I'd trade it for the world, even if it does give me a certain vibe of being a force to be reckoned with.I think my Sun and Venus square Saturn are lighter compared to the opposition, and that those can be overcome by merely changing my mindset. Moon in the 12th, Pluto in the 6th. Taurus/Scorpio.
I was just about to post this, but you already said everything about that ********* aspect! The fact that it's a Taurus/Scorpio combo (with me too) makes it even worse, and the fact that, in my case, it's in cardinal (1st-7th) houses makes it the worst ever! I have quite a few squares in my chart, but nothing compares to this... IP: Logged |

I wouldn't wish my eighth house moon on anyone, even those who have hurt me the most in life. By far my worst placement. Sun square pluto and Sun conjunct Saturn would probably come next.IP: Logged |

Sun opposite ascendant (which I have) is kind of rough. It makes people misunderstand your intentions and misread you constantly. You project differently than your actual will.IP: Logged |

It's a moon that makes an aspect to Pluto (especially conjunction, square or opposition, but can also be felt with the minor aspects, just more subdued and less critical). It is a curse. If you can, do some reading online about it. There is a book by Judy Hall. It talks about how many people with Hades moons experienced difficult births or near-death experiences in the womb (two examples I found online were a man whose mother almost aborted him, and the other whose mother ignored her water breaking and went back to bed and he almost died from that). Oftentimes the relationship with the mother is smothering and unhealthy and that is foretold by the umbilical cord wrapped around the neck during childbirth. If they do not have a near-death experience at birth there is a possibility of early death. It tends to run in families and Hades moon people have a karmic connection to other Hades moons. The Kennedy family had Hades moon prevalent and there was a history of difficult births and as we know, tragic and early deaths. Near-death experience is denoted. That's to be embraced as it can ward off the early death karma. A Scorpio moon is automatically a Hades moon as well. There is a "shadow" to the emotional nature (often secrets) so even a self-sacrificing moon position can be emotionally a lot stronger than is first evident. IP: Logged |

Here is a sample from Judy Hall's book: http://books.google.ca/books?id=AMy_jLQcVKsC&pg=PA278&lpg=PA278&dq=pisces+hades+moon&source=bl&ots=p0uv_-nzxP&sig=hASQTZYo6THzesUB3Ja7ilZYhdk&hl=en&sa=X&ei=dsSpT-3-IubK6gHItcy CCw&ved=0CFwQ6AEwAA#v=onepage&q=pisces%20hades%20moon&f=false It skips every other page but get what you can from it, I think you'll find it very interesting. My boyfriend has a Hades moon as well... rarely do Hades moons date people without this placement as it's very karmic.
