Mercury opp Saturn. One of your toughest aspects, I'm sure. This was a good lesson for you.

Aspects to the ASC aren't generational. Generational aspects include those between Jupiter/Saturn/Uranus/Neptune/Pluto. They're generational because they influence events on the world stage that impacts those in society at the time. For example 9/11 was under a Saturn/Pluto opposition. A generational aspect. So anyone born around that time, is born with a theme connected to that event in their chart. But the actual manifestation of it in the person's life will vary depending on how it is placed in the chart.IP: Logged |

Yesterday my mother told me that we both almost died in childbirth. Her uterus would not contract and both of our hearts started slowing; she had to deliver in the ER. Tbh, I was a bit relieved to hear it, actually. Maybe that takes care of my Hades moon karma to an extent and I will not have to die an early and tragic death.IP: Logged |

Sorry to hear about your relationship with the parents Were the grandparents of any support? I notice many times they step in when the parents are having difficulties. Feel free to not respond to that if it's too personal.
Yes, I don't really count the Sun/Pluto conjunction but I think it's there in the background, especially since they're in Scorpio. And thank you, dear. Actually my father's family were always against my parents' relationship because of religious/cultural differences. So if anything, they disrupted the whole thing with their brainwashing my father who was young at the time and kinda got mindf***ed. IP: Logged |

I guess my facial expressions/how I appear on the outside is not at all how I tend to be feeling/am on the inside. Or it is kind of a tug and pull between wanting to express my (emotions)self and wanting to appear calm and collected.Sometimes I can seem totally into something and emotional and not actually care inside and people often do not call this "bluff" or notice, at its most negative. But, yah, kind of an internal/external power struggle, re: emotions vs. external appearence. IP: Logged |

I have this too and it sucks. Virgo Moon square Sagittarius ASC. For me I feel that in shame sometimes I try to mask the vulnerable, extremely anxious and neurotic side of myself with the expansive, sunny Sagittarius personality that gets aid from a sextile to my powerful Sun placement, peregrine in the 10th. I use a lot of my Sun and the Sagittarius traits I admire in others to try to hide the less rosy parts of myself that even I have trouble dealing with. This aspect I think can make you bittersweet emotionally and prone to hiding who you really are in fear of being rejected for your true and sometimes very sad, odd or intense feelings. It doesn't help that my Mercury squares Mars also, so I try to hide the fact that I can actually be very nervous in temperament and I have a tendency to lash out from time to time.... it's difficult to hide such a thing too, trust me!~ IP: Logged |

Thanks, hun. . Wow, there's a lot of us with a Moon/ASC square! I have it too and I can relate to what Carl and sweet-scorpion said. It can be quite frustrating, the "inner" you vs the "outer" you dichotomy.

hmm, i would say the following planets of mine feel pretty good:Sun, Mars, Mercury. my toughest aspects would have to be my ASC Square Pluto, Venus square Saturn, Venus Opposite Moon, and Moon Square Saturn. with saturn, being held back is Literal. if i had to pick, i would say Venus Square Saturn. Venus and Mars to me, are the 'Out Door' 'us' Planets. thats how we be/behave in the environment and with others more initially and generally. and so because venus is one of those my saturn touches on, i do literally, all the time, feel held back from interacting with others and expressing myself more, apart from online, not so evident there.
