Do you (as in Aquas) acknowledge or ever see similarities with your opposite Leo counterparts?IP: Logged |

I've known Leos who crave the spotlight. To complement that, I'd say at the minimum, I like recognition for my work. Leos are said to be famous for drama, Aquarians reinvent the drama without the "drama." I've gotten along with Leo sun signs that I've met in person so far. IP: Logged |

Well, all I can say is I like that my husband has his moon & mars in aquarius. If not for that I'm not sure that I could cope with his demanding Leo ascendant!! Aquarius - unpredictable & eccentric? Yes. But also endearing & loyal...IP: Logged |

Endearing & loyal--absolutely. I've read elsewhere on the forum that Aquarians are said to not be marriage material. Wrong! I've known Aquarians who've been married for decades who are so devoted to their spouse that they wouldn't want to go on if something tragic happened and their spouse died. And they won't see that as any sort of relationship handicap, they'll see it as true devotion. IP: Logged |

Lol and by that you mean Aquarius likes stirring things up and then backing away to watch it all unfold, right? IP: Logged |

Yeah! Excatly...I have to agree with everything you wrote. I noticed these things too. IP: Logged |

lol... I'll tell you right now, a lot of these lengthy responses are just reporting others' experiences with Aqua men, but describing Aqua men from a non-Aqua's experience doesn't really say much about them. Only what you've observed. IP: Logged |

Those men were detached emotionally. Not all Aquas are. I’m certainly not. quote: it takes a long time to build an emotional bond.
It can. It depends on the synastry involved.

Depends on how you choose to define “bizarre.” Today’s “bizarre” ideas can turn into tomorrow’s technological conveniences used by the masses. Impatient with “stupid people”? lol… it’s simply appreciated when both parties can keep up with one another. quote: very stubborn; willing to listen to your point of view but will rarely change theirs. prefer logic and reasoning over emotions and girly fits and tears won't move them
Girly fits—no. Tears—yes. I have a lot of empathy, and so do many fellow Aquas. quote: best to date in groups where they can circulate and talk to many as opposed to few
I do just fine in one-on-one dates. lol
quote: they are so completely oblivious to come-ons and flirtations too
lol, I’m hardly oblivious. quote: but together time will likely be spent watching a documentary on some foreign country or weird species and not cuddling :-)
lol, nope. And I LOVE to cuddle!

What else are they supposed to go off on if they're not Aqua men themselves. IP: Logged |

That's why you leave it to us Aqua men on this thread. lol Aqua experiences can tell only so much. Aqua men will cut to the core. We're a mystery. Just ruminate on that and you'll be fine.

^ I agree with this. Definitely depends on the synastry involved. I got close right away with my aqua friends just like i do with all the people i have been close to. (ive discovered its bc of my venus-mars conjunction square pluto). I dont find aquas any more detached or "Cold" than any other sign, just more willing to try to separate themselves from emotions and try to control emotions. I dont find aquas cold at all. Heck, they seem a lot more affectionate to me than any feminine sign i've met...And so many aqua girls i know are so sweet and friendly. ------------------ $3.50 ebay compatibility readings | testimonials | Past readings IP: Logged |

If it's by 1 degree, he'll be a 1st house Aqua. Actually a blend, but not a pure 12th house Aqua sun. IP: Logged |

Because some aquas can often be raunchy and direct of he gets sweet and sensual around you, spending a lot of time around you, spending money on you, he probably likes you a lot. But I have seen this with both Aquarius women and men. IP: Logged |

Thank you My Aquarian friend def has a sharp/sarcastic sense of humour. At times his biting remarks leave people feeling cold. Im a Sag and used to my bluntness putting some people off, so his sarcastic comments dont faze me. he is really really random though. Sometimes he is on endless funny mode, then blurts out something sentimental. Or he disappears for a few weeks, and pops out unannounced at the oddest moments. Very quirky but fascinating. The Aquarius I dated, had told me the big "I love you" and called me nearly every night. We spent a lot of time together, and he knew I loved him back. One night after a run to Taco Bell, he pulled over by the roadside and said "will you agree to be my girlfriend?" I was floored, the whole five months Id thought we were already girlfriend/boyfriend, and told him just that. He said "I said I love you, which is sincere but now its official if you say yes". Lol how random but cute is that? I think its the element of surprise that makes Aquarians so fascinating, not one other sign holds a candle to the uniqueness of Aqualand. IP: Logged |

I don't understand or get along with Leos.... they're perplexing to me. I like Leo moons though. Just not the sun sign so much.

Reinvent the drama without the drama. I like it. Leo likes to showboat and to be better than others.... being the center of attention b/c they are the best/hottest/smartest... aquas just like to stand out for being different, they don't want to be the BEST, rather they just want to be individuals & eccentric. I think aquas like to stand out without it being obvious, not too contrived. They don't necessarily want someone to say "omg, that's the NICEST dress i've ever seen" they'd rather hear "wow, how strange, i've never seen anything like that dress!" ------------------ Aqua Sun Gem Moon Aries RIsing IP: Logged |
