What is your opinion of typical descriptions of the Capricorn personality? Does it describe you well?

yes in many ways it does- im pretty organised and determined and RUTHLESS in getting what i want- i just so rarely know what i want- right now i am just back in london and so directionless and....a mess-a very pretty mess but a mess all the same.

2. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being "extremely important," how important do you think regular schooling is?

i dont have it but i think it helps- i dont regret not having it though.

3. Did you learn about what you were really interested in, in school?

nope. i found school boring, had no interest in it- as a teenager i just wanted to be pretty.

4. In your opinion, do Capricorns tend to be very interested in metaphysical studies?

i think so yes id say more than other signs because they say capricorns plunge to great depths to rise to great heights- having a deep understanding of how society works and the energy of the world works helps you get ahead- and the average cap will do anything to get ahead

5. If you answered "yes" above, do you think our interest in metaphysics is downplayed or ignored in most astrology books?

depends which ones your read- read alan oken or other more metaphysically inclined astrologers and no.

6. Are you a hard worker?

yes if i am getting rewarded- if not then no

7. Be honest...do you use people to get ahead in life? If so, how? If not, does it annoy you to be accused of using people?

yes i do.

8. Are you consistently there for your loved ones, even when you have to make great sacrifices to do so?

no but when i have a husband i will do anything for him.

9. In your opinion, is Capricorn more or less artistic than other signs?

i dont think they are either more or less artistic- i dont think your sun sign has much influence on how artistic you are tbh.

10. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the most sentimental, how sentimental are you?

hard to say- i dont like valentines day but i love lana del rey- she is pretty sentimental

11. What is the one thing about Capricorns that you wish other people would realize?

nothing- i dont care what people realise about capricorns or not- not that many people are even interested in astrology

I was accused for being tyrannical a few time and also for being ruthless. They say Capricorn tend to love others more than their own family members.. Sometimes this indeed is true. I left home early cause I couldn't deal with people trying to order me around, on the contrary; it is I who orders.

Still, I will always love my family. Things are better now compared to my teenage years.

you have aries moon and gemini rising right?
i dont understand though, why you having trouble in what you really want..

Aries moon is a very nice moon to have! can be very assertive and direct, ready to go attitude, so whats the fuzz? sometimes id think it would be better to have a Aries rising instead of Libra, but then again I do have mars and pluto in scorpio and both in 1st house. So I have no trouble to act Arien like.
btw, i have also strong neptunian aspects.

this is my chart http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=359k9dy&s=6

Ohh fun..I'm about a week late on this one but I wanna fill it out anyway. I love filling out forms and answering questions..is that a Capricornian trait?

1. What is your opinion of typical descriptions of the Capricorn personality? Does it describe you well? The overall description of a Capricorn is boring and doesn't even scratch the surface. I know MANY Capricorns that are the opposite of most Capricorn descriptions. I don't fit the bill for the most part, either.

2. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being "extremely important," how important do you think regular schooling is? I don't know what you mean by regular schooling..I'm going to assume you mean the typical idea of school (in the U.S.)...I think it's very important, so an 8 or 9, but I don't think our curriculum or structure is ideal at all. I question and reject a lot of the traditional ideas of school these days.

3. Did you learn about what you were really interested in, in school? No. I had a "good" education but they didn't teach me about the things I was passionate about..like alternative religions, lesser known foreign cultures, the occult, etc. And I don't blame them, in a snobby conservative Christian town lol

4. In your opinion, do Capricorns tend to be very interested in metaphysical studies? From my experience..no. My sister and I are both Capricorns and she even has Cap moon..I think I'm waaaaay more into that stuff than she is. I don't think I've ever even heard her state her opinion on those things. Most other Capricorns I know aren't heavily into it, either.

5. If you answered "yes" above, do you think our interest in metaphysics is downplayed or ignored in most astrology books? n/a

6. Are you a hard worker? It totally depends on what the work is and how I feel about it. I can be a very hard worker when I am enjoying the work OR if I want to look good to others/upper management. Sometimes it just depends on my mood.

7. Be honest...do you use people to get ahead in life? If so, how? If not, does it annoy you to be accused of using people? In ways, yes I do use people to get ahead. I make sure I am on good terms with them so that if I need to ask them for help/assistance, they won't say no. I will even offer to do a lot of things for them as long as they do something that works to my advantage.

8. Are you consistently there for your loved ones, even when you have to make great sacrifices to do so? Yes

9. In your opinion, is Capricorn more or less artistic than other signs? More. I am very artistic, in the sense that I both SEE and CREATE art. But that doesn't mean all Capricorns are good at art..I think it just means that most Capricorns RECOGNIZE and APPRECIATE art..in whatever form.

10. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the most sentimental, how sentimental are you? 10

11. What is the one thing about Capricorns that you wish other people would realize? We're way more fun, hilarious, and kinky than anyone could imagine

Not even on this forum? Have you ventured down to some of the weirder forums like Universal Codes, Oranges & Hyacinths, and the Spider Line?

Yes, helping other people is important and praiseworthy; but it should never be done without a considered judgment of its consequences, for help given to other people, when it is misplaced, may become on the contrary, poison to those being helped.

Reminds me of a Chinese saying,"When you save a fish from drowning, you are responsible for it for the rest of your life." Makes ya think.

As for me, this country is way too small. I need space, alot of it and being able to roam free. Life in the Netherlands is more indoors. I need the outdoors.

That's surprising...I always picture outdoorsy stuff when I think of the Netherlands...bicycles (much more common than here), street vendors, windmills, canals, flowers.

At least you have easy access to Europe and a while range of cultures nearby. America, huge as it is, can be too socially homogenous, unless you go to the bigger cities. I wouldn't want to live in a big city.

Well, no personal questions at the moment but I jotted down your email just in case something comes to mind. Thanks.
