With Pluto close to the IC, you've " inherited" issues of Plutorian nature from former past lives. That could be abuse of power, extreme feelings or attitudes toward others, jealousy, envy, hatred, aloofness, selfishness, bitterness and so much more. Theoretically speaking, I'd say you could've been a victim of a traumatic experience in a past life such as rape or physical abuse. Or you could've been the one who did it to someone else. Both cases are possible.
Now you have to let go of all these negative feelings and adapt the positive atributes of Plutorian energy, attributes such as strength, endurance, empathy, depth, healing, powerful intellect and loyalty .
You need to learn to love and appreciate yourself. You must stop being hard in yourself, life isn't all about pain, darkness and gloominess. There is a beauty in the simply act/state of being alive. Embrace it and breath it. Learn to love life, the feeling will liberate you.

I have these placements....and what you said was simply wonderful!
Thanks

I'm taking things from a Karmic astrology prescriptive and not from the Natal one.

Ok, let's see here.
The karmic houses are the fourth ( IC), the eighth and the twelveth.
The fourth house ( IC) holds the deep emotional baggage that the soul had to carry with it into to the next life.
In a way, this emotional baggage was not resolved/released in the previous life so that's why it gets transmitted to the next one and it will keep doing so until it's finally overcome by the native.

I will give you a simple example.
A painter started working on a painting. It was half-way done and he died.
Now comes another painter who is asked/assigned to finish this painting.
This new painter has to understand the previous work of the dead painter and his purpose so he can finish it.
Once he does, the painting is complete. If does not understand it, he will ruin the painting and will have to start anew.
He will also die and the painting is will also remain half-way done.
Then comes another painter and then another. The same chain/cycle will repeat itself again and again until the painting gets done and complete by one of the many next painters.
That's exactly the same case with the 4th House.
We "inhert" emotional issues/baggage from previous lives. so in every presnet lifetime, we are assigned with the task of overcoming those " emotional issues" and of ceasing their repetition.

Unlike the two other houses, issues with the 4th house/ IC remain subconscious since the they are placed within the darkest and lowest area in the birth chart.

Now, You have North Node in the 4th house. That's mean that's your soul purpose is to resolve the issues regarding this house in order to move forward in your life.

Fortunately for you, Pluto is at 27° degree. Your soul is getting closer in its quest of resolving past this life issue. In another lifetime or two, you won't have to deal with it anymore and Karma will reward you.

Now Saturn, the lord of Karma, is sitting in your 7th House. That means that you are in this lifetime stuck with Karmic romantic relationships and enemies whom you failed to learn from in previous lives.
With Saturn here, you need to work on your relationships with others and in the way you perceive them. Give people a chance to get to know you, be more open to the world. You never know who will cross your path and what lesson he or she could teach you.

The eighth house is empty, its ruler Mars is in the sixth house of work, routine and health. This possibly means that you had encountered significant conflicts within your work environment in a past life, specially with bosses/authority figures. There could have been a lot of tension, heated arguments and maybe even violence.
You were probably prone to fevers and headaches which resulted from hard working conditions. Or you could've worked with arms and weapons, something war-related.

Regarding your twelveth house, you have Moon in there at a critical degree of 29°. This is apparently your last chance at resolving the karmic test concerning this planet.
With Moon here, you could've had issues in past lives with mothers or the simple act of nutruting others, whether materially or emotionally.
It's possible that you weren't caring enough toward your family/those who matter to you or you could've been too caring for your own good.It works both ways.
One of my friends has this placement, she used to be a nun in her past life.

That's generally what caught my eye the most, I hope I helped

WOW!!!! ^____^ THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!! <3 <3 <3

Interesting read, I enjoyed it. Never would have thought of that.

A good friend of mine has her sun on the IC and she had a horrible time growing up. She's an Aries and her Mercury is here too, so I bet she's looking for a safe space without drama. What you said about Aries is so her!

As for me, my IC is in Capricorn and I have my moon and Neptune there, plus Saturn sitting on it. My childhood was strict and everything had to go by the rules, it was very conditional. We grew up with less money than my peers, which made me feel restricted too. My bedroom was sacred for me, I would fantasize about all kinds of adventures and daydream like crazy. I do want to have children if I find the right man.

Ideal house? Near the sea! Getting to walk along the beach everyday and just the smell of fresh water. Yeah, that'd be perfect.

That's good !! I'm happy for you. Remember to always be nice to your Mom. Never hesitate to show her how much you love/appreciate her, do it every chance you get .
Apparently you've arrived to understand and learn from the Karmic lesson of your twelfth house Moon. That's great !! Karma will likely reward you in your next life.

Capricorn IC embodies a childhood or a domestic environment which is characterized by restriction, structure and discipline. A constant emphasis on academic success and a general lack of affection displays.

Having Saturn, the lord of Karma, on your IC likely describes an inherited sense of limitation, weariness, material deprivation and loneliness which was carried to your present lifetime from a past life.
With Neptune in the 4th House, you've likely sought refuge in the realm of imagination in order to escape the harshness of a restricted/oppressive childhood. In this realm of fantasy, you felt in a sense "liberated" and " free" thus the world of the imagined became your safe haven.
It will be spiritually soothing for your soul to live by the open water, specially large lakes or seas.

Wow, yes, that's exactly what happened. I often felt like art or doing well at school were the only ways to "earn" compliments. My mother was very sweet about it, but I can't remember much from my dad growing up, which links to Saturn. Neptune really saved me there with all of those escapist fantasies. Not the best way to cope, but I had to do it some way. Good escape from Saturn's restriction as well. Most of it was through self-expression, especially emotionally. Depraved... funny you used that word, that fits me even more. I did feel depraved from the kind of luxury that my classmates had sometimes.

It's odd. I would dream of moving through windows and walls like a ghost, or jumping off things and landing gracefully without being scared. I'm not that good with symbolism, so I wonder if it has to do with the Saturn-IC, with Saturn as the walls.

Yes, more water <3 It definitely feels good to be around streams or at the beach. Very calming and peaceful. I like those moments where I don't have to care about anyone but myself and my dog when I take her there.

Your Sagittarius ideal home description was just beautiful. Keep striving for that!
