Aries, Scorpio and Pisces mercs though the third one really has the tendency to spew out some harsh words that cuts you to the core.

I like (envious, even) of how an Aries mercury thinks. No-nonsense and very straight to the point. Scorp mercs conjunct my Scorp planets so I guess that's self-explanatory?

It is written that this aspect makes me a born investigator and also makes me fascinated by secrets and mysteries and unanswered questions of any kind.
Mercury nearly conjuncts with Neptune (3 degrees). I'm not quite sure what this should mean. But someday I'll find the answer.

Well I feel like anyone can have a good/bad experience with any sign.
But from my experience, this is what I got!...

Aries:
Confident talking to new people

Taurus:
My closest friend has this placement too. She's not the typical quiet, keeps to her self type. Maybe because sun conjuncts her Merc, and has some Gem planets. She is very verbal. And will blast her opinions when she knows others don't agree with her. I kind of wanted to her to shut up yesterday. Like hmmm "Stawr doesn't agree with me, maybe I'm not talking loud enough and I need to yell them at her" She is like an older sister to me, and sometimes bossier than my older sister! "YOU NEED TO DO THIS!, you need to do that!" Ahh!! Usually I'll just let her talk. And don't say anything, not gonna agree with her, not going to disagree.(BECAUSE I DO!) But anything she says behind someones back she will also say to their face. But yeah she definitely put me on edge last night. And I might blow up one day.
One of my cousins who has her Mercury here is the opposite, quiet around most and keeps things to her self. She is someone that needs to warm up to people, and that is not a very easy thing to do. She comes across as "stuck up" to people that don't know her...and lots of people try to get her to talk to them. But she does have a wild cooky fun side...definitely doesn't seem like it on the surface at all though. But she isn't one to be pushed around either.
My uncle is also an Aries with Mercury here. Nice has a sense of humor, but is definitely opinionated, family man.
Another friend from high school very chill easy going person.
All the one I know well are so different from each other.

Cancer:
Sorry that I don't have any better examples...but the two I got to know where so manipulative! I knew what they are doing...and they still pretty much get to manipulate me and kind of get what they want.
Oh wait I had a friend that had her Mercury here and she was not like that at all. Polite to everyone. A little bit quiet.
(maybe I just don't like this placement for guys)

Leo:
Know two who are talkative, so talkative that it can make me edgy. And can really put a foot in their mouth.
But then there are two I know that don't but me on edge. Lots of good memories with people of this sign.

Virgo:
My other cousin has this placement. We crack each other up. She is pretty blunt no sugar coating with her. Oh yeah though she's 2 years younger than me, when we where little she use to correct my grammar. It use to annoy me. haha

Libra:
So many enjoy their company, including my self. The ones I know have a quiet side, but a funny side too. My dad and sister are both Libra sun and Mercury...and when they sound like they are making a suggestion it's actually a "do it right now". My sister gets mad when I don't immediately do what she "suggests". And I just know better to do what my dad suggests.

Scorpio:
We are mutually drawn to each other

Sagittarius:
They are so fascinating I am drawn to them, I must be friends with them!

Pisces:
Most of them are pleasant people, but some of them are crazy.

Mercury in Aquarius, Mercury in Gemini.

Mercury in Leo's thought process is too caught up in their ego .

Mercury in Sagittarius speaks in fragmented , broken ways.

Mercury in Pisces is confusing to follow and poor at verbalizing things.

Mercury in Cancer is caught up in memories as a point of reference instead of logic.

I like talking about taboo topics. WRT abstract subjects, I'll jump right in. Where rejection is a possibility I'll be a bit more cautious, but will make a move once I work up the nerve, whether the time is right or not. I try to make my delivery poetic and flowery, passive even.

To reassure an admirer I confused with hot-cold behavior I said:

A lot of people I am close with have Mercury here. But once in a while I am on the verge of saying "STOP TALKING!!!" to most of them at some point. MOST, not all...like my mom, my ex friend from highschool
AND my friend I've known since pre school that I hung out with last night.

We had a good time, also spending time with him he barely texted anyone, so I felt like I couldn't text anyone else here and there. haha No big deal...but after we got ice cream I told him after this I need to go...cause I am in a long distance relationship, and how we both like to call each other everyday day(if we can) because it's more intimate than texting.(My guy has Mercury Scorpio and my Mercury is in the 12th house. So we really like having that more personal time for each other.)And that he needs to go to bed soon cause he has work very early.

So my Mercury Leo friend understands...but after we get in the car he starts talking more about him and his boyfriend AND WONT START THE CAR!!! I was kinda freaking out...thinking "OMG he keeps talking and wont start the car!! And I told my guy I'd call him in 10 minutes!! Why can't he talk AND DRIVE!? What do I do???"
So when he brings up my guy I say "speaking of my guy, I need to get going so we can talk before he goes to bed"
haha whew that was close I almost didn't get to talk to my guy that night. As soon as I got home I had a text from him like "I'm just gonna go to sleep" but I was thinking "nooo not fair...I just got home" so I called him and he picked up. haha

But yeah I have two good Mercury Leo friends that I have never ever had the urge to say "STOP TALKING" to.
