My Mercury is at 26deg Libra, 3rd house. Conjunct Pluto & Saturn exact. My favourite Mercury's are: -Virgo (I seem to intuitively understand them with my Virgo Asc) -Late Aquarius/early Pisces -Late Gemini/early Cancer -Scorpio (Probably because they conjunct my sun&venus) edit: Whenever I consciously dislike someone's communication style they always tend to be Aries Mercury!

Libra merc conjunct chiron in the 8th ( and thats about it)I really like other libra mercs becuse they know how to hold a good conversation with no pressure. I like pisces mercs since they have that sort of calmness and acceptance when they talk...at least from my experience (met too few people with such placements) Gemini mercury can also be a good conversationalist. Scorpio mercs can put a lot of pressure on people to get information from them and i usually dont like that kind of blund "information sucking" but then again i only met sags with that placement. Didnt have interaction with other mercs to form an opinion. IP: Logged |

My favorite is Aries mercury. I have Virgo mercury, but I really like the quickness, decisiveness, and directness of Aries mercury. What you see is what you get with them (usually) and I appreciate that a lot. Yes, they can be brutally honest, but they're often also funny as hell. My absolute least favorite is Pisces mercury. They take SO LONG to get to the point. Sometimes they don't even have a point or they forget what it is because they go off on so many tangents. I dated a guy who was Aquarius sun and Pisces mercury and he seemed really insane. His stories didn't make sense and he lied a lot, which he wasn't even good at, lol. My aunt is a Pisces sun with Pisces mercury and she is the most frustrating person to have a disagreement with. When someone disagrees with her, she automatically perceives it as a personal attack on her and she gets overly defensive and emotional. I've witnessed her in several arguments and 99% of the time she ends up storming away acting like a victim. IP: Logged |

What is your degree Of Mercury? I have Gem Sun 18. Mer 21 and Venus 9, which we talked about conjunct Aldebaran

My Mercury RETROGRADE is in 9 degrees Leo. It is conjunct my Moon and North Node, squares my Mars, Jupiter and Saturn, trines my Pluto and semi-sextiles my Vesta.I love Mercury in Water signs. Sun is the dispositor of my Mercury and Moon is the dispositor of my Sun. My sun is in Cancer and Moon is in Leo so I guess they dispositors of each other IP: Logged |

My mercury is in 7 degrees aquarius in the 3rd house. That placement makes me a smooth communicator who expresses emotions intellectually. It also makes a conjunction to both my moon and venus in quirky and unconventional aquarius. They're also in the 3rd house.IP: Logged |

My Mercury 24 degrees in Virgo - 12th house. Conjunct Venus Conjunct Mars Square Moon Trine Jupiter I feel all of the aspects really. Interesting tidbit that I read is a 12th house thing. I did NOT speak as a child. I could, and did to certain people. I wasn't mute, I just didn't talk to most people. When I was 13 this kid at school was genuine when he asked me to say something because he had never heard me talk in the previous year and however long into the current year that we were. Favorite Mercury placements? Hmmmm...... it's difficult for me to say. In my head I think maybe another earth sign. I see a pattern though of people who's Mercury shares the same sign as my Asc/Sun/Moon. My best friend though, our communication is sometimes spooky due to having the same thought at the same time. Just last night I was over there. It's several times each visit that we are on EXACT wavelengths! He has Pisces Rising (12th house connection), Virgo Sun (my mercury sign), Gemini Moon, (same as mine) and Virgo Mercury (Same as mine). IP: Logged |

Everything is direct in my chart except the nodes and Saturn. Are the nodes always retrograde no matter what? IP: Logged |

The Nodes are pretty much always retro, yes. They move clockwise while all the other planets move counterclockwise.IP: Logged |

I have Libra Mercury and my favourite Mercuries are Libra as well. I also like Aries Mercuries, for the reason that i almost always like Aries Suns as well. IP: Logged |

I have Virgo mercury at the end of 2nd house trine Mars, Trine Saturn, and sextile Chiron. I get along very easily or attract Capricorn mercuries especially the ones who trine my mercury/mars and conjunct Saturn. Also like Taurus mercuries who fall in that grand trine. Even though Gemini mercuries square my own I really like talking to them and feel they get me on a different level because all my Leo personal planets. I think Gem qualities work best for Leo/Virgo placements with mercury rulers in common and being Leo and Gem sextile each other. IP: Logged |

I have Mercury Gemini 27+. I love all and any Mercuries. Mercury Gem is very adaptable. When I encounter others with Mercury Geminis, it's almost like we have instant-connection. My '3rd eye' is much more activated. The experience is almost telepathic and instant. The communications and interchange is speedy and immediate. Three years ago I worked in an office with four other geminis, who also had mercury in gemini. (haha, that office was very congenial) Maybe it's unusual and very very unique, but when 'new' people were interviewed and accepted into the office, {volunteer office}, they were informed that I would be asking them what their birthday is, and that I needed a valid TOB (found on their original birth-certificate). They had been 'sold' on astrology when I had mentioned transits some had, and it was validated by events in their life. hahaha.. With the information exchanges in work, it was as though we could finish each other's sentences. Was a REALLY fun office, with lots of amicable affable energies. And if we were just 'chatting about life', it was generally hard to get a word in edgewise!! Info sharing was FAST!!!! As the office people changed jobs and positions, and new people continued to come, it was interesting to 'sit' in the energies, and to watch dynamics change with the different charts represented. I stopped sharing specifics of transits-- the accuracy was spooking them. I didn't want them upset... I shared less and less, and kept it very shallow afterwards. I'm not in contact with that office anymore, since January this year. They closed the office because of coronavirus. I am an older person too, so, there was more need that I (and those who were older) be protected from contracting the virus. .. That office used to have the lobby filled with many general-public people coming in to make face-to-face applications for help they needed with their situations. So, that 'time' ended. And, I will still call-in to wish my former Gemini mates a Happy Birthday soon. - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/COVID-19_pandemic IP: Logged |

The only Mercury that I've known from experience wise to bug the Hell out of me is Mercury in Cancer, but maybe that's because my Moon is in Aries. Whoever said that Mercury sign compatibility is important in a relationship is right, even if everything else seems so swimmingly perfect, because my last relationship ended up being a train wreck so seemingly from apparently some kind of lack of communication issues. (I'm assuming at least). Is Moon in Aries too much to handle for Mercury in Cancer? I don't know if I've ever personally dealt with a Merc in Pisces but Merc in all other signs don't seem to have been any issues for me. Mercury in Virgo always seems to be sort of a pleasant trip for me, but good fun "banter" I guess since I'm a Mercury in Gemini. I enjoy talking to them and I feel like they ground me. (maybe it's bc I'm so Neptunian?) If I had to "guess" what my favorite one was I guess I'd go with Mercury in Leo just based off of experience...he's also my best friend.IP: Logged |
