Did you check NPD or Covert NPD? It may help you to heal.
If we look at to the question:
-Heavy neptune aspects to asc and sun
-Sun square/opposite asc (I have the square and I can tell you my first impression is complete opposite compared to when people begin to know me)

Yes, I think some years ago I suspect him a NPD here, but, you know, it's very confusing and a lot of questions come to mind because he really is very good at making people feel sorry for him, AGAIN. And I read someone here also said that is Neptune, no matter what they are doing, you just feel sorry for them. IP: Logged |

My guy has Neptune conjunct ASC but I wouldn't call him two-faced. However, he's very different from my first impression of him (though it's not entirely his fault because I projected my ideal into him as well). I've Neptune in 7H. IP: Logged |

Wanting to be seen as victim while also manipulating people is a trait of Covert NPD (not overt NPD). NPD people choose empaths as their partners. Don't make yourself sad over a toxic people. It is a usually a cycle behavior for example.
Treat badly to you, then realizes he is pushing you away, then lovebombes you with gifts, promises, good sex etc. Again after 1 week or 1 month same cycle continues. Was it like this ?IP: Logged |

Squares/oppositions to Suns/Asc/Moon or Mars I think. This because the 3 are the holy trinity of "identity". Whilst Marsis the archetype extension of the Asc imo.If the squares/opp is from Plu/Nep, the layers run deep. This too the conjunction. With the two above, one can feel like tjey didn't know the other AT ALL. IP: Logged |

Whenever he feels guilty by getting caught or simply he realizes I put some distance or not talking as usual because he knows it's because of his "behavior", there will always a forceful "good sex" or spoil me with my favorite food or giving me extra money (at first I thought he sees his Mother tactics to win over people again and apply it to me but then I found his Mother told him to) until he feels I accept him again. And, yes, our relationship feels like a push-pull-push-pull-push-pull-all over again. I think, we are in that cycle. I've read somewhere, a common pattern: a narcissistic children is created from a narcissistic parents. I didn't know about covert NPD before, but now reading a cover NPD mother, his mother fits as well. He sees his mother "a helpful mother" but I see his mother doesn't know what boundaries is and involve herself too much in our marriage where I feel like she is the head of our marriage. And his mother sees him as a "good boy" while I know how he is exactly. Healing process is a long journey, you know it's not an easy route. IP: Logged |

I know from first hand it is not easy. No matter what happens you should be stay strong like "grey rock" method (you can search that). No contact, no reply to his lovebombings if that happens, or provocations. Eventually time will heal... I have Algol Conjunct Chiron Conjunct Asc. Also Sun Square Pluto. Also Pluto Conjunct Mars. Rahu in 2nd House. May be because of this my face tells different stories. Most women goes by outer appearance and looks. So this is applied to them mostly. And most men are cunning. Then took advantage of my idiocy, stupidity and innocence. From both ways I become Loser because of my looks.
Venus Conjunct Moon makes me very soft person. As a man this softness only bring harm to me. When I was kid these planets could not effect me much. Now these become dominant and I become too soft in nature. In this cruel filthy world one must be tough and hard to survive unless he are super lucky.

I hate it when people, myself included, judge a person according to his/her looks. We should know better already. And even those with the so called "good looks" can be judged and manipulated no less than those with a different suit. Don't despair because of the shallow minded. I wish you to find good friends who are deeper than that, or a woman who will know to value your softness and kind heart, or both.
I think that if you have, or find along the way, good people to stand by your side, you will not feel the world is still this ruthless environmrnt in which one has to survive. Look for allies. I feel it is more brave to keep being true and loyal to yourself in the face of this world, than to act or put a facade. But maybe with time you would learn to protect yourself from unkind people, and let no one take advantage of your good nature. IP: Logged |

Last time you helped to choose better name numerologically. I'm currently using that name on social media and getting better response I think. Unfortunately I always end up with bad people. All are unkind, selfish people around me. Yes if I get in touch with good people in real life then my perspective on this world would be different. But alas I'm not that lucky. I'm still a one man team. My hope got high when I found a young women last year. But time passed and now I realized that she is manipulating me. She is secretive. I don't give much weight to her now. Slowly I will make distance to her. I will not fall for her lies and fake promises. I'm trying to find similar transit in my chart for next encounter. May I suggest something? I don't know if you have the time and/or energy for it, but perhaps you may dedicate even a very small portion of your time to volunteering. If you volunteer, you're more likely to encounter GIVERS, good, positive people. Could that be a possibility for you?IP: Logged |

Unfortunately I really Lack Time, Energy and Money etc. Doing free work mean that I have to starve to death. After doing job I can't even feed my family(me and my mom) properly. I live in poor country and I'm poor citizen. But trust me I'm not illiterate or uneducated. I'm way better in academic level compare to other common people of same level. Only problem I can't earn enough money. Money is one and only problem in my life so far.
I have to wake up before 5am Monday then I will ride my cheap $60(not in perfect condition) bicycle 30km and will reach to work before 8am. My work will end Tuesday after 4pm. Then I will ride again 30Km to reach home. then next day on Wednesday I will again go to Job and this cycle will keep continue. ultimately I will get Rs.8000(US $115) at end of the month. Note that we did not got one month salary yet in the excuse of virus 19. Now tell me when and how I will do volunteering ? Until I quit this filthy job without any money, respect and no social status. Nothing will change in my life. I'm stuck now...
