They over-promise and under-deliver. Sometimes they say things because it sounds good at the time, but they have no plan of action. Some do it to mend a situation for the moment to mend a leaky pipe to an argument or dispute.

What are your experiences with Mercury ❌ Neptune?

So far from the truth.

I'm either considerate of other people's feelings and therefore, make it seem lighter, or blunt as hell. But never a liar.

Mercury in Libra in the 3rd House square Neptune in Capricorn in the 6th House

I used to never break promises, but now I have become kinda flaky, so I have to say I do in a way. Except, I never say "I promise that ___".

So perhaps, in a way, breaking a promise is technically considered lying.

I'm not lying about lying.

I don't lie in the sense that "lying" is used.

All I'm saying is that "breaking a promise" is technically considered lying. And I am being "honest" about that

As far as promises go, I don't make them, and I don't let others make them to me. I try my best and see where that goes. If you have full intentions to do something and make the promise but can't because of something out of your hands, then it's still thought of as you breaking a promise. But I put a lot of weight on my words for the most part. If I say I'll do something, I will do it. This goes along with the discussion on Aquarians putting weight on words. I have an Aquarius Stellium.

Certainly not jumping to conclusions. I just feel like the 100 questions I had can be answered with similarity of asking the people I know personal with this aspect.
Sure everyone lies sometime, but not habitually or necessarily in the same way or for the same reasons.

I'm looking for (like it says in the op) people who lie or over-promise. YOU identified yourself as one of those people. You're naturally the person I was looking for to ask questions.
