I think a combination of swimming, walking and digging (!) works best for me. I'm not a fan of gyms or even classes particularly.
Actually the digging was the best! I lost a ton of weight in a short space of time doing that (my weight tends to fluctuate). I have to do something I enjoy and probably combine with another activity rather than do something repetitive like treadmills (although sometimes treadmills are good for testing how fit you actually are). I tried a boxercise class once and I felt like I was dying! Everyone else seemed to be marine level fit! It was embarrassing (although I think I throw a good punch!) IP: Logged |

I've deleted my pictures now, but I meant to add that I those pictures were taken before I showered and washed my hair - it's a mess that I have to tame. Whenever I think I've found a way, it foils me.  IP: Logged |

Well you looked gorgeous anyway!Once as a teenager I walked down down the main street looking a right mess, wearing any old thing and my hair was so greasy you could have fried chips with it.

Thank you  I definitely have a dark side but 3 personal planets in Libra help with some sweetness hehe. And you are right about the Neptune it's one of the planets exact conjunct my ASC, Saturn is the other exact and Uranus 7 deg away in the 12th house (I guess that kinda gives away my ASC haha). Aw thanks hannaramaa! I think I'm pretty intuitive, although I can be gullible/naive thanks to Neptune too though so it can get mixed up if I get caught up in a Neptunian ideal/fantasy. But yeah I pick up on a lot of subtleties from my environment that not everyone does, soak up vibrations like a sponge, I pick up on body language really easily and the looks in peoples eyes give away so much more that most know, so revealing.. It's draining but I've always wished to be more intuitive/psychic. I hope I can open up that third eye/pineal gland one day. And I am water and fixed for my Sun sign so you were close! Good job
