Truth? ... It's your 'tone of voice' ~maybe sorta weird to say that, when we're all just 'reading' here-- Maybe folks are mishearing your 'passionate voice'?? but ...

Gently, I'm letting you know that you come across (unconsciously?) as having a chip-attitude. (Maybe something else is going on in your life, and it's coming through?)

I've had experiences in another website back in 2007 with persons who have this same kind of 'signature' energy (and by coincidence they came from your region, Michigan-- )

I lived there once for a year or two, both the East AND the West side of the mitten LOL). I had belonged to 'black' churches while living there...

I was the only white in this one church in Detroit, near Grosse Point. Some of the black families there 'objected' to a 'white' worshipping with them. Did they have a right to "exclude" me because I wasn't of their race? Their pastor was lividly angry at them for the way they treated me.

Finally, I tried to sneak in to sit at the back of the church, but that pastor stopped the singing, pointed at me, and waved me up front, and INSISTED I be in the 'front pew'!! (humorously) And you willlll DO what a righteous angry blackwoman pastor say, you know?? LOL

(I had to stop going there-- I could have been "right" and stayed, but that was not Peaceful. I chose to not 'disrupt' their worship-experience or self-peace. I'm sure their pastor chastised them about that later. It was a "lesson" for them in THEIR own HATREDs, bias and prejudice.... late 1990s).

After I was born again in 1987, I always preferred black congregations because I LOVE the Holy Spirit of God. Nobody expresses it better than the black soul... (OR, a reincarnated one with a different birthday suit on??? LOL So shocking to look in that mirror and 'discover' that I'm 'white' after long prayer services... SO Deep, so moving.)

I'm sensitive to 'attitude', and I guess others here are too. We have some Beautiful Souls here, and they speak their truth. We may have our faults?... But there's a lot of Love to be had going around here, too.

I just wanted to interject about the church in or close by Grosse Point, MI. I recall that town being incredible white, I remember hearing that close to 97% of that pop. was white. So being a "black" identifying church in such an area might have been there spot to vent concerns about being black in that area (even though it is a suburb to Detroit which is primarily black, the Detroit suburbs are very often wealthy or upper-class white people). Some members could have been possibly threatened by your presence, through no fault of your own. The race tensions around the Detroit area were especially tense in the 90's. So I hope I brought you some clarity because I noticed you said you only lived in the Mitten for a couple of years. Furthermore, I understand what it's like to feel like your not wanted somewhere, and from your post it seems like you felt that way.
I'm sorry about that sucky experience.

I see the good intentions everywhere on this site, and I even believe that everyone on this thread has a good heart. I think with all the yucky transits going on that everything was exacerbated, maybe in a few days we can all come together and become friendly.

It's also ironic that Mars is in Libra, it's squaring my own Cap mars. Perhaps today was not the best day to post such a hot button issue thread. Also as a note, I didn't start over with the rising signs that was posted 4 days before this one.

I guess I'm also trying to understand what you mean about people being sensitive to my attitude? I know you say it seems like I have a chip on my shoulder but I believe I have been very diplomatic and tolerant in my approach. Perhaps I shall try again when Libra Mars isn't also squaring my sun and without pluto conjunction my sun. Maybe that also contributed to my intensity? Thank you for contributing, I am quite ill which is why I might not be presenting myself in the way I usually do. So I appreciate you trying to understand my position

Can I just say also that I found this incredibly offensive? I no where put anyone else down, no insults were given I just posted about people and their sun signs.
What I experienced was also deeply ingrained in the world's history. Antisemitism is extremely old, and I do not think it's appropriate to compare my experiences to people's experiences with this thread, it's apples to oranges here.
