Well speaking of Neptune/Saturn...this is the chart for Florida:

See how its sun is @ 13 Pisces on transiting Neptune? So Florida's sun is caught up in this Neptune/Saturn square. :-/ Florida also has Neptune square NN "natally," with transiting Scorpio Mars squaring that Neptune as well.

Florida's NN is in Scorpio, with Pluto @ 22 Aries, conjunct transiting Uranus.

The sun is transiting in Florida's first house, opposing its Mars. Florida has Mars and Jupiter in mutual reception, with Jupiter conjunct Uranus.

Chiron @ 15 Virgo conjunct transiting Jupiter/NN, trine or "hit by" transiting Pluto.

For City of ORLANDO chart...
I've been playing with that one for several years.

I found an old newspaper clipping that was tucked inside the sleeve of a used book I picked at a Christian book store here in Orlando. (They moved, but it was on East Colonial next to the Fashion Square Mall~~~ for my fellow dear Orlandians here at LL.)
Astrologer Carolyn Casey (whom I trust) said years ago, her opinion that Orlando had a Libra Rising. .... So I adopted her data, and have been trying to tweak and tweak the rising degree.

I forgot her original Libra Ascendant degree? And I HAD (for myself) been using a rectification for roughly around 935am ... 4-degrees. (esp. as I watched during the CaseyAnthony trial ordeal.) ...

But when PULSE Shooting occurred, and it had SUCH an impactive chart, with all the points located at 0-degrees cardinal...., I decided to tweak Orlando's birth time from ~9:35 back to ~9:17am LMT. Still not exactitude, but sooo really really close (is what I feel).

Just a note: any chart made for Florida's statehood is not a birth chart, but an adoption chart since its history long precedes its adoption into the union. Florida became an organized territory of the United States on March 30, 1822. That is when the merger of East Florida with West Florida (British colonies) took place under American identity with a new capital established in Tallahassee. But never ever ever forget at the end of that time period, to inject a tiny single gritty grain of Hope. Hope can wax and wane. But it's important to believe that there IS a way.

Life is a ***** and then you die.

But as soon as you can, remember to LIVE in-between those moments. Sip from it, ...always. Don't die. Wait on that... Wait till tomorrow, then tomorrow again, then still again keep watching and waiting. And maybe you'll get a sense that it's Today, too, eventually. And you'll feel better and better about inhabiting the 'now'....

I know I wasn't going to say anything more, but now I have a burning question. Kannon, do you think that the United States is reaping its karma now because of Saturn retrograde? Also, I agree with you about the United States having more controlled weapons. When someone can buy a fire-arm and they are on the no fly list I feel there is a problem. The obvious provisions should be passed, and the NRA should keep its business out of politicians pockets

This stuff goes in longer cycles than that. I think it is more related to Pluto as in the progression I mentioned above. Pluto transits as well.
