Is there a correlation between the 7th house cusp sign ruler placement house/ Venus in the house that articulates how you met your significant other?

E.g. I have Libra on the 7th house cusp. Venus is in the 7th in my chart (Placidus). I often meet my partners in social functions or through introductions by others.

Well my husband have the sign Capricorn on his 7th.
And it said this:

My ex is a Leo Rising with an Aquarius descendant. I don稚 know how this fits other than that I知 from a different ethnic background. His 7th house ruler Saturn is conjunct Mars. So that does fit the martial arts theme. His 5th house cusp Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter and I知 definitely taller than him.

If you have Asc in Gem, the 7th house cusp is Sag. If it's Taurus Asc, the 7th house cusp is Sco. It is the sign directly opposite your Asc.

We both had aspect of Venus quintile Uranus.
Jokes (and stories) could range from the corny silliest, to macabre gallows humor.

"bus/vehicle" .. would be Mercury?
"neighbor" .. would be 3rd House (natural ruler Mercury)

He had Virgo Sun, Virgo Venus, late Gemini Rising.
My Moon is Virgo, with a Gemini Descendant, Gemini Sun and a Gemini Mercury.

Moved-in with him as a care-taker/companion. Did so a few days after my birthday, while the Sun was travelling through the sign of Gemini: (Gem Sun 10-11deg, on June 1).

Jupiter {blessing} was in the 3rd House
(neighbors, daily routine of short distance travels by bus)
in the sign of Sagittarius (travel).

If I go further and go to the 5th,it's ruled by the Sun(Leo 5th house cusp) and conj with Nep/Jup. So there is usually alcohol(Nep) flowing and there is a marked interest I have in dating those who are "big" or "thick" in some way(Jup)

My husband has Capricorn on his 7th house (due to he Cancer Rising). His 5th house has Scorpio sign on it. His Scorpio Mars and Scorpio Saturn both in his 5th house.

So what it means?

If go by the Capricorn sign on his 7th house. Capricorn is rule by Saturn right? So I'm I suppose to look at where his Saturn planet is?
Or am I suppose to look at the Capricorn sign itself? I'm confuse.

I met my ex at night. Then on that same night, he invited over to his place.I don't know what I was thinking because he towers over me in both size snd height. But i didn't feel threatened and we hung out till dawn. And by that very day, we were a couple 🤷🏿‍♂️

I try not to "match" the experience to astrological findings beforehand. The chart should speak for itself.Typically speaking, there should be Sat/5th house themes emphasized. This too the energy of Sco.
