Betelgeuse, if you have studied and worked with chakras for 10 yrs then i'm sure you know what a blown out chakra is.zzzz anyone can see aura's and chakra's, disease and so forth in another. Ever heard of the power of thought? to make things move.. for instance turning traffic lights green? You should try it sometimes, it's great 3rd eye exercise and you are never late on school run! you can make things disappear, for instance if you are on a chair you can make yourself and the chair go and people walk past you and don't see you. It's not rocket science and l am nothing special. YOU make out that i'm special; i'm simply sharing my experiences and trying to share ways to ground energy because of the results on this thread. I don't really know why you felt the need to come in guns blazing and shoot the sh1t out of me in such a manner as you did though. Even now you are still being a condescending person whom lives in Europe.

No LEXX, it was not to insult. If it wanted to insult him trust me l would have with no problem at all.I simply wasn't about to lie down and take crap from someone who knows less than me about chakra's and likes to think he knows more. Either way i don't actually care. The point is, he shouldn't be initially insulting to me. I don't see you looking at that now do i? I don't even care if you all hate me cos i'll still be here, head above the parapet taking the shots with my teeth and spitting out the cartridges. IP: Logged |

As I said earlier, a chakra is always open and functioning. If a Chakra ceased to function, physical reality would rip apart and more dangerously your energy body would be in peril. Maybe you are cofusing it with the time your tyre blew out on your car?

Yes, I reiterate - if you possess these abilities, then you are without the most advanced human on the planet. The third eye doesnt control telekinesis. The 3rd chakra does. The 3rd eye acts as a balancer of energy within the body to ensure it flows. If you give me your mobile number, next time I'm stuck in a traffic jam, I could call you. French or no French, yes I am being condescending. Généralement, les gens qui savant peu parlent becoup, et les gens qui savant beaucoup parlent peu. Rousseau IP: Logged |

I know Peri, and you are a sweetie - l only meant that it doesn't bother me at all what people think as long as there is respect and compassion, give and take. There are so few moments i am able to really give to this forum and balancing chakras is a way i can truly give back, having been involved with them for 36 years now.My father first taught me about energy when l was 5, before anyone has a go at me!! Anyway, Peace out Peri and hope your pregnancy is going well IP: Logged |

I make no excuses for myself, I have held nothing back in challenging you. But I hope you are not discluding yourself in this statement. I would hardly call your comments to me as 'respectful or compassionate'. If you are going to teach respect and compassion, then set them by example, live them yourself. Otherwise, don't mention them at all.

ok now i know i'm wasting my time and you know little. you have never actually seen or worked with chakra's have you? So don't presume your lil book tells you everything because blown out chakra's happen, i have seen them and they DO NOT WORK!!!! In fact it can take the best part of a day to repair them. I give up! You live in your lil world and i'm remain in mine because you really are not open to anything beyond basic energy states and language. I seriously doubt you have meditated consistently for 10 years and are stilll so narrow-minded. Peri - he taught me how to feel energy, control it, use it and heal with it. He taught me all the way through my childhood and by age 19 l was seeing clear aura's and chakra's. If you are open; you receive everything you need to progress in whatever way you want to. My belief is unswerving whereas Betel's is obviously not just to his critical and skeptical outlook which is why tomorrow he will be stuck at the lights and l will not haha IP: Logged |

I asked you before maybe you have not noticed: do you see auras in colour? I do see auras too but not in colours!I need to learn to feel, control and use my energy; I dont know maybe my depression is the reason but I almost always feel exhausted or apathetic IP: Logged |

Yeah I can imagine it takes quite a while to repair them. First you have to call the Automobile Service, then jack up the car, then ... surely a day is a little excessive though isnt it? I've known guys swap a tyre within half an hour. You know, I don't know what is more concerning. The fact that you believe these things yourself, or the fact that you expect others to believe them. Either way it shows a distinct lack of self awareness. IP: Logged |

Yes Peri in colours and in layers too now. Like an onion l can see a chakra and remove a section and replace it. Sounds weird but it is simply concentrated energy.Let me ask you... when you look, do you focus with your 3rd eye or your normal eyes? Next time notice which because if you exercise the 3rd and let it do the work you will see colour in no time. A good way i strengthened my 3rd was to lie in my bed and change the colour of the room's energy, then observe it changing and watching it move. May i ask what your scores are again? A fairly closed base and 2nd can make one depressed and lethargic because the energy is not moving and so grounding oneself is more work, plus the unconscious's natural need to show itself is not happening. Do you relate to any of this? IP: Logged |

I see auras with my 'usual' eyes my scores are: Root: under-active (-50%) Sacral: under-active (-19%) Navel: under-active (-6%) Heart: open (31%) Throat: open (19%) Third Eye: over-active (69%) Crown: open (13%) obviously, I am disconnected from the lower part of my body, from the animalistic part of my Self, it seems like. Betel, I believe it because l have spent a lifetime using energy and half of that working with chakra's!!!!!Maybe you should google a bit more? I just did and found all of these for you to munch on. http://healing.about.com/cs/chakras/a/alignchakras.htm http://books.google.co.uk/books?id=fH70iXWhBmoC&pg=PA167&lpg=PA167&dq=can+a+chakra+blow+out&source=bl&ots=wbjog7Ojsw&sig=O5NZCcx-achiUosbRNbm3UQKXbc&hl=en&ei=wuAFSp3mH8iZjAeA7sCVCw &sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=6 http://www.indianetzone.com/24/chakras_healing.htm Just so you know, it happens when a soul mate dies and the mate is suddenly seen to be the walking dead. I have seen LOTS of blown out heart chakra's and a few 2nd/3rd ones from people who simply push their lessons and their life path under the rug over and over.

Google, its the only way you pretend to be an authority on any subject. This isn;t the only thread you have done it on. You will start with uneducated comments, and gradually as you google more pages, you are able to infuse other people wise words into your own posts, therefore giving an impression of validation. Certainly don't fool me. I no longer read anything about Chakras. Instead I use my own experience. IP: Logged |

I would say that your 3rd eye is compensating for your sacral chakra. Your crown is being restricted by your navel/3rd chakra and your heart is closing down your throat. I'm sorry Peri, you have had some heart ache like most of us and it has closed your heart off a bit, affecting your emotional expression. I actually blew out my heart and throat when l was in my 20's from too much trauma. If we are sensitives, if can affect us more deeply. If you were here i would very gently and slowly channel pale pink and leaf green energy into your body to heal the trauma and the residual memory of pain. You can do this yourself. In fact, if you buy some aromatherapy ROSE oil and use 2 drops in a bath with a base oil (olive or grapeseed or sunflower oil) every few days. Then every morning rub a drop of the rose oil neat into your heart chakra in a clockwise motion, imagining it responding and opening up you will find that it will help a lot. I think the lethargy is due to the crown not bringing in enough energy due to being quite under-active. Imagine a chakra as a sieve. If the sieve is clean the water runs through it. The more blocked the holes of the sieve, the less time and less water it passes. You see? IQ's violet meditation would be good for you too. It will move the energy and help your chakra's bloom like flowers, ground you and protect you which is the most important. http://www.tamsoft.co.in/violet.html PS. If you try to practise with your 3rd then you will see colour and it's so exciting. I can remember the 1st time and it was 22 years ago now. I'm excited for you now!! woo hoo.

Actually Betel, i just googled it for you LOLI read nothing either. come to London and l will show you some healing work that will blow your mind, and knock all the skeptical criticism out of those poor chakra's of yours. Have you done the test? I'd like to see what your 2nd, 3rd and 4th look like IP: Logged |

hey. i don't know anything about chakras, really, but i do know this. when i'm feeling AMAZING, i mean really connected to people and myself and life, when i walk down the street (i don't drive) i *always*, *consistently* get walk lights. in fact, during those states they turn to walk lights, usually, the moment i get to the corner. it's odd, but it happens consistently. i think it's just being in tune with life. call it what you want, but i think there is something to being in 'the flow' or whatever. ease with yourself = ease with the world.IP: Logged |

you see Woah, you can do it too... Now you can remember that feeling and use it on purpose! It's really easy, you just tell the light it's green and it goes green. I do it from when l can see the light ahead. I'm so happy for you Betel. Maybe you can go and breathe some openness into them to be able to accept that which you seem to have a problem accepting. I am no fake, i assure you!! and if you look at my posts l am consistent in my beliefs

Peri, it's easier if you can have tools at your disposal.Try IQ's violet visualization and next week l will have a think about what would be best for you to do in work on yourself. I was in denial for so long too - no one is perfect but we can change our state and therefore our well-being. Do you think you could see yourself benefiting from it? Betel, well l put up those links knowing you would probably think i'd just read up about it and spouted it back on the thread so why don't you take a chance. Which was your most over-active and under-active? IP: Logged |
