i am grateful today, that i bought chocolate for myself although i really should have bought a broccoli with that money!

i am grateful that after some days of not much progress with my project, i finished that stage with satisfaction and moved on to the next.

i am grateful for the guy who let me go first at the cash register today. there ARE nice people, how trivial their gestures might be.

i am actually thankful for the kids on the street who came up to me and spoke "Chinese" to make fun of me, (because i'm Asian). come to think of it, when i was at school boys made fun of me because they liked me, right? so these kids must have thought i was an attractive woman worth picking on! next time i should greet back to them "namaste" and confuse them, heheh...

I'm grateful for sleeping well, waking up and feeling peaceful, for the nice dreams, that Rita seems to have perked up again, and that it's only lunchtime. I wish I could be grateful for the dark evenings, but I'm not. I'm not in the Christmas spirit at all, which is unlike me; a year ago, I was trying, and felt almost manic with my ups and downs, but this year it doesn't feel like Christmas for any of us. It feels more like the beginning of October to me now.

Day 40!!!

i'm so grateful that i have finished with journalling my thankfulness for 40 days. i am, spiritually, at a better place, and materially should follow the spiritual path.

i am grateful for my guy, and my 2 lovely pets, who brighten my days and in support of me unconditionally.

i am grateful for the technology that lets me connect with the people in distant places.

i am grateful for my enthusiasm and perseverance.

i am grateful for gypsee who created this thread. it made a difference.
