I smoked. Was bored and angry and had to wait for someone who left me waiting for 5 hours. Bought a whole pack and have smoked most of it. It feels bad, ugh.. the taste is horrible. But I keep on doing it. I hope to finish it and not buy another one. I dont want to start again.  IP: Logged |

Aww, sorry Hera.Don't worry, it happens sometimes.. you must have been anxious to smoke an entire pack, though. I hope that the person who had you waiting for so long had a good darn reason for it! Take it a day a time.  ------------------

Yay! Good, fight those tempations!I don't get any at all. Maybe managing stress better and being busy helps. It's more of a mind set - I think. Many people who have quit smoking for many years still do get an occasional craving. The best test would also be when in the company of smokers to see if you can handle it, although not really advised when temptations are still as strong. Glad to hear you are doing well.  ------------------
