Your voices are so pleasant, guys..MsPrism, I can totally hear the Gemini influence. So lively! Teasel.. I told you that before, but your voice is really beautiful. Love the accent. Lulz - Love it! A pre trainer? Those stuff work? I can't straighten my arms from doing biceps ugh!  i hired this old man to get me into shape. jeez he has me doing rocky workouts. i think i almost cried yesterday haha! i prefer to be dolph lundgren though or that style of training. high tech, everything measured, cheats lulz! Well, my pre-trainer is more like a placebo but I'm sure some of them actually work. It's all in the mind anyway. ha.Did you do arms yesterday? I love watching people pump iron. It's such a painful act for symmetry. I might be sadistic that way. Are your triceps naturally proportioned to your arm length? Men usually have great triceps because it's the pushing away muscle, whereas women usually have great biceps because it's the holding things muscle. Along with various other muscles of course. Men were the fighters and women were there holding the kids. Haha evolution is sexy. Haha old man, I just imagined this:
