You are very respectful, which I appreciate, but the VALUES of your generation, exemplified in your posts, are scary to me.

I will explain later, my Friend

@Blue

Little by little, the indoctrination of the current generation(s) is for the government to take care of you.

This is somewhat subtle, but it is a point of view/lens through which many people of your age group see life.

The government is seen as the answer, rather than YOUR hard work.

The thing is that the government has gotten so entangled in regular life that you do not have the opportunities I did.

When I got out of college, I was offered 4 great jobs, just with a BA

When I got out of Grad school, it was the same

When I was in high school, in the summers, I had job opportunities galore.

The economy was great.

The government was smaller

One could start a business without the plethora of government regulations which blocks people from being able to succeed, unless they are super lucky or have a great deal of money.

The government makes business comply with sooo much that most people can't afford to own a business.

Hence, little by little, people of your age group expect little.

They don't dream of wonderful things they can do.

They try to get by.

You may not understand this because it may be too close for you even to see, but I have tried to offer you something of value, given with love and I hope you can take it that way

@ Ami

i appreciate your candor and sharing what value means in your perspectives.

in my last post, i did share my own values --the values of not taking things and life for granted-- and was not implying of the government taking care of us at all.

based on your post above, it seems as though your generation are the ones expecting the government to take care of you. where you mentioned about government and creating small businesses. i don't own a small business, and have no idea what entails to get one besides applying for bank loans to purchase and build that business. not sure how the government gets involved in it? what are your frustrations with gov't and small businesses? what do you need and want from the government so you are able to create your small business?

i am not even sure where you got the idea what i am part of a totally different generation? i was born in 1979, generation X where we value dreams, and working hard....which generation did you think i am? a millennial? (not that there's something wrong being one in my perspectives) most importantly, what generation do you belong that you feel secluded, left out?

the American Dream is for ALL generations, all races, all creed, all sexual orientation. That's what makes America so great! if you feel frustrated that you're not fully living this American Dream, then have the willpower to create it on your own. use that anger, and frustration to build your creativity --to make something happen, instead of getting angry at who's getting lucky or helped by the government. that is not constructive, but destructive mind set. it closes one's heart and mind. blaming presidents, and presidential candidates are not useful either. that just brews more hate and more fear.

i am somewhat bemused/baffled where you get all your presumptions on your above posts. ie about my generation, and having to rely on governments?? what are you trying to say?

it's obvious that we differ in our presidential candidate, and i am not here to change your mind or anyone else for that matter. i just don't value/like when people project and blame their angers towards a person and a generation, without looking at their own shadow aspects.

happy sunday!

It would be interesting to analyse Hillary's chart as well.

If the chart I've seen is correct the Mars conjunct Pluto in Leo explain why see comes to me accross as overly agressive and dominant. It's like she will do whatever necessary to do what she want's. I'm not so sure she can be reasoned with.

Also the sun is unaspected. If somehow this causes the personality to dissociate from actions this can mean someone who believes her own lies.

Feel free to disagree. I'm justing giving an opinion.

I'm very left in my political opinions, but I also vote for people not parties. And this person I just don't like.

This. Also, Trump is not the brightest choice, but man, do I have a bad feeling about Hillary, that woman scares me. Also I've read some things about her and I do think she's pure evil. Luckily, I'm not American so I don't have to make a choice, I'm afraid for America...

I don't know if it has been mentioned here in this thread but with elections and these kind of events it is important to look at eclipses.

This year's Total Solar Eclipse was on 18°56' Pisces opposite Jupiter at 18°13' Virgo (Jupiter symbolizes kings and statesmen).

And guess what? It's conjunct Hillary's Moon.
Orb: 0°17'

She's probably going to make it.

Nice one! I don't know why everyone think she is so horrible, just because she isn't attractive, a good speaker and a woman at the same time. I think it is a really good sign though, that a non-attractive woman can be able to become Americas next president, she is of course going to be much more empathetic and listen to the people than Trump ever will.

And Hillary got a pisces moon right? So it is absolutely guaranteed that she would have her heart the right spot, of course except her moon is totally messed up, which doesn't seem to be the case either.

And so what if she is dominating and power-hungry? That's just qualities you got to have, especially as a woman, if you want to become the president of such a corrupt country as America. Everyone is like that in the top, one more than the other. It's not really a surprise, and it's not like Hillary is a totalt psychopath compared to Trump, which clearly got something wrong in his head.

I am very intuitive. For those of you who don't know my chart, I'm heavily Pisces/Plutonian. I often get random hunches of information that just pop into my head, which have (as for now) all turned out to be true.

It's weird to explain how this information comes to me, but it does. It doesn't come as a thought, it just comes to me like someone telling me a concrete fact. I don't tell people this because I sound crazy lol.

But during the last election I had a "fact" come to me that Obama would win. I'm not even into politics. I stay away from it because it divides people and I think it's plain nasty. But one day it just came to me, and I turned to my boyfriend and told him, Obama will win this fall. He didn't believe me and said he thought it might be Romney because there was a lot of hype about Romney. I remember going to a restaurant the night that the news was reporting the totals from each state, and people talking about who would win. I didn't even bother because I just knew with certainty that it didn't matter because it would be Obama.

Last summer I got one of those "facts" again that Clinton would be the next president. This was still when many people were running. She wasn't even my candidate of choice.

I've had a few other "facts" that I get from time to time. They aren't related to politics. In fact, these are the only two "facts" I've ever gotten about politics. It's weird how they just come to me... and a little unnerving.

besides your heavy pisces/pluto energy.. perhaps your cognitive functions is Ni? Introverted Intuition. Are you an INFJ? they get those AHA, hunches very well, and it comes out of nowhere.

I'm very psychic as well. I'm an ENFP... so my dominant function is Ne -Extraverted Intuition. I can read reality, people and put the puzzle pieces, to create future possibilites etc very well. I also see Hillary as our next president. (not being bias either) i just feel she will be the next president.

Ha, yes I am an INFJ! We are a very intuitive bunch.

Another "fact" I had that came out of no where for me is that a few months after my last relationship ended, I had the fact come to me that my next boyfriend would be my husband. Mind you, at the time I was in the stage of "I never want another relationship again". I was enjoying my independence, had no faith in men, and viewed relationships very condescendingly. A few months later, a friendship with an acquantice turned into the best relationship I've ever had. We are coming up on a year together, and I could easily see this, without doubt, turning into marriage later.

But I guess this is all off topic of the original posting.

I wasn't as hyped up about Obama when he was elected but now that he's about to be gone, I'm gonna miss him.

Obama was greeted internationally everywhere he went. The Jrish came out and cheered for him. Not one shows up for Trump. And I really like what Michael Bloomberg said at the DNC

So you think tax return, which does your sources of income, bankruptcy etc which Presidential candidates have been showing post Nixon to prove that they are transparent, is NOT as important as some speech transcript. Words are cheap. I don't care what someone says. I care what someone does. If trump is all for tradition then why would he refuse to respect some basic courtesy. It's shameful to think anyone would see American values in Trump.

If you say the Koch brothers, or George Bush or Reagan, I can see where youre coming from. But to nominate someone that even international leaders refuse to talk to because he lashes out on his Twitter acct and call that American values... Very strange indeed. Now he's going after Bloomberg's size, instead of records. I'm sure good republicans or any decent human being would question his morality

I looked at Donald Trump's chart a few years ago when he kept going on and on about Obama's birth certificate and the only thing I distinctly remember (and also thought was kind of funny) was that the asteroid "Munchausen" was directly on his MARS/ASC conjunction.

i totally agree. i don't see what is the big deal with Hillary's wall street speeches, vs to Trump refusing to be transparent with his tax returns. isn't that part of the process in running for president...that they ALL must show their tax returns? once again, Trump and his "i am better than anyone" ego attitude spills out once again.

what about him going after that Muslim military hero, who's father called him out at the DNC? Mr. Kahn and his wife? I don't understand for the life of me, why Trump lies, and lies that he's for military and vetarns. YET, he attacks a Gold Star mother, Ghazala Khan!

This election will be extremelly important so I think is important to have an open mind and think about all the possibilities.Even when you think you choose your final candidate.
Attack or not?? In both cases USA have the risk to suffer the effects of this decision for years.Honestly guys I dont want to be on your shoes.TOUGH DECISION!
