I rarely procrastinate by choice. Sigh My body prevents me from living a normal life. Have 3 days of dishes piled up. No bathroom sink or kitchen sink, and do them whilst on knees using a dishpan in bathtub. Yippie. Just not up to it. I need to do so much here but body fights me so I post instead until I get too tired. Yes, mood is better today despite sick ex and another partial blindness episode last night, and bad spasms all night. Tired so tired. Off to rest and hot pack. {{{hugs}}} to you TxGirl IP: Logged |

Prayer to your Higher Power (as you know him/her) give your sadness and fears to your HP and have faith that things will be ok. I can attest to seeing miracles due to my faith that all will be ok IP: Logged |

Thank you I try but feel I am failing to a degree as I have to keep folks on hold too often. Some are blessedly patient , others get angry when I cannot jump too right off. There are so many and I am glad to try and help, and really do appreciate those who patiently understand and wait until I can get back to them.TxGirl.... you are one of those. I just have not been up to delving deeply into the things you asked about. It will take some in depth explaining. Otherwise I will just cause you more confusion. I have not forgotten though. ------------------ ~The present time is theirs, but the future is mine.~Nikola Tesla ~There is no box.~H♥ ~Balance is not letting anyone love you less than you love yourself.~Felipe ~I remember, therefore I am immortal~LEXX }><}}}(*>~ IP: Logged |

Well, I had a good few days, but it's back big time. It could be the usual, or I could be picking up on someone else (it's also happened to me when something was going on that I had yet to be privy to - something hurtful). Love to you, Lexx. IP: Logged |

This is what I am finding with my readings,Lexx. *I* must grow in VERY hard ways as I venture out. I learn by pain, only. I learn by being hurt, betrayed and stepped on. Then,I adjust a little here. Then, I get courage to go out there ,again, which I have NOT,btw. I am working it up.I think one learns in life,ONLY this way. I don;t know cuz I ,only, have my limited experience . ------------------ Jesus never put his trust in man cuz he knew what was in man. I am learning to sing. When I started,I would start sobbing. My teacher would just sit there, not fazed. He said that when people sing,it brings up pain particularly pain of not feeling good enough, worthy enough at a deep level. It has been a year and I have not been able to make my voice project for longer than a few minutes. I am like a turtle. If I get out of the shell,I want to hurry back in. However,in these past few weeks,I had an emotional epiphany. It is that I CAN look stupid.I can make a mistake.I can be humiliated . I can be naked which is to let my true face show. This has helped me let go of some depression .I think a big part of depression is shame which is the feeling that we are "bad",in a global sense. Shame is an overall feeling that you cannot show WHO you are. You fear rejection .Rejection hurts so badly when your self is fragile, anyway. Singing is the process of thrusting yourself out there. It feels like running naked down the street lol ------------------ Jesus never put his trust in man cuz he knew what was in man. i'm depressed as hell too after i ruined my entire life because i was utterly ignorant of how devastating transits can actually be...WOW. ANYHOO, i started researching what was wrong with the world to cope by answering that question in hopes i could find a solutions, or at least ways around the problems. what i have discovered is enough to send someone to the nut-hut!! once i adjusted to a TOTAL PARADIGM SHIFT and dealt with REAL depression (not subjective situations in my life - not commenting on your state of affairs, btw), i have been able to transcend myself (for the most part) and my mind has improved significantly....well, my "inside" world at any rate. my outside world is in utter RUIN, but i haven't jumped in front of a bus yet. just A FEW MORE YEARS of horrible transits, haha...sniff. I'm still stuck in the trenches, emotionally - I've been having trouble getting out of bed, and finally got a up a little while ago - but I'm hoping for more days like last Sunday. If I could get a couple of heaters up to you, I would (or one to you, and one to Gypsee). I don't know how to drive, but I have heating. In a pinch, I use a hairdryer - cover myself up with a quilt, leaving one part exposed, and point the hairdryer at that space (safely, and you have to be careful to not fall asleep if you're like me). I started that when I was eight, and we were living in a council-type house, in which the heaters didn't feel as though they were working, and it remained a habit for quickly warming up. IP: Logged |

Yes you made me VERY HAPPY! Well.... electric space heaters we have a couple little ones but they keep tripping circuit breakers. We have dangerous old time knob and tube wiring mixed with ungrounded circa 1920s creepy wiring, so its not really safe to run space heaters. Sigh We will survive. Yeah I use the hairdryer trick too and my hot packs. Would use my cats but they are sadly infested with the ninja fleas from hell we have tried to get rid of for several months. IP: Logged |

My ex's mom just loaned us money to to get furnace fixed, or at least looked at. but check won't clear until tomorrow at best. But what freaky timing! She lives like 120+ miles away and just got back from Texas. She was the last person I expected to pull into our driveway a few minutes ago! Even though she knows her son is my ex now; she is still very kind to me. God Bless you B IP: Logged |

I have found Yoga, as well as the "pranayma" breathing practices help me stave off the Seasonal Depression I am prone to up here in the North...Yoga is the only reason I survived this first winter back Also, I find the inspirational music, like Karen Drucker, lifts my moods too! IP: Logged |
