They're actually my partner's children. But after 2 years of living together (November of 2011) she & I both signed a piece of paper that gives me legal guardianship (should anything happen to her) and I'm very involved in their lives...and I do think of them as mine as well. IP: Logged |

I don't either, because come to think of it ...all the nice guys I've known never once proclaimed to be. I guess they let their actions speak louder than their words. It's like it didnt even enter their mind, they just were. IP: Logged |

It's usually different for women in that respect.
Woah. Slow down there. Gender stereotypes don't always hold true.

Faith, Not specifically addressed to you. However, having said what you've said, I'm tired of hearing that a man yielding to his wife out of love is being "whipped." I expect that sh1t to come from jackass men, whom I can easily deal with and dispense. But when it comes from women, it makes me just want to puke. No secure man needs to flaunt his manhood. The only ones who force their will repeatedly have tiny limp dicks.

That's why I said "usually". And it is something science has learned through studies, not a stereotype. IP: Logged |

I grant you that it is the general observation. Even then, makes are human and have feelings as well. Several of us don't go sticking our Johnson's around without regards for feelings. Several of us get extremely attached as well, but if course psychology calls that a dependency, and we get criticized by society for unman-like behavior. There's no winning here. Sometimes, the results of what's scientifically observed aren't the most pleasant topics of conversation. There are things that go in all directions, including the polar opposite of what you said, but I won't go into those since the discussion at hand is about extending Richards without emotions. ....is this guy really telling me this right now? YTA, I'm sorry you thought I was implying or thinking that several of you go "sticking your Johnson's around without regards to feelings". I was talking about something that happens to some women and that's it. You've taken that and somehow turned it into something else.

No actually my comment was about the feelings some women develop after sex. Which is well known by most. You are making it out to be something else now and are acting like what I was saying was men are ***** who sleep around and have no feelings. That's not what I was saying. So why don't you calm down.
