As a runaway I overheard a lot about fetishes of johns that was really a WTF moment. As just ONE example, one john was called "shoe man" who would not only pay a kid (boy or girl didn't matter) as well as buy new shoes but in exchange the kid had to watch him use an old shoe of the kid (always belonging to the same foot, IIRC, that is all left or all right foot) for pleasure (and he kept the shoes). And that was fairly tame, one of the few examples I think I can share here without getting the thread locked.
