My mind is always racing but I don't get stressed much. That state is beyond my control. I rarely let my mind go beyond control. Thought of letting it control me makes me cringe. I am pessimistic, that also helps I think. I don't let it affect me much. Usually what I do is draw some boundaries in my mind and let my Gemini Moon run within it. Is your question related to position of the mercury? Me and Nahyt have the conjunction, you don't. Can you easily focus on the present, SE?IP: Logged |

Lmfao! I think stress, anxiety, and mind is related more to the Moon.My mind is so relaxed and stressless. I never experience stress or anxiety or even nervousness. My mind is never racing either. I'm trying to think of what to relate my mind to - calm water is too heavy and pristine, air is too light and changeable. Maybe a pot of flowers! Yeah...simple, colourful, but not at all busy or active. Yeah, I can focus on the present. It's almost always what has my attention - that and daydreams haha! I'm very nostalgic sometimes, but my attachment to the past and to future is almost nonexistent. That's a good way to describe me: unattached.   IP: Logged |

I'm feeling funny today. It's because we finally got snow here and it's so white and pale grey out, it is making me feel light, soft, and airy - like feathers and down. I  anonymidarkness. . Nothing will upset or irritate me today! IP: Logged |

I'm constantly stressed out. And I experience anxiety every other day. Sometimes everyday. I am easily stressed unfortunately  . There's no such thing as me being totally relaxed. Unless I'm high or drunk lol . Too much nervous energy in my case. I even look tense. people comment on that  .. My mind is aways always racing. excessive brain chatter especially at night. i suffer from insomnia as well. It's getting a lot better though. Luckily Ive never been the type to need much sleep. I don't even drink coffee or energy drinks. I'm going to blame my mercury for this. My moon doesn't do much but square Pluto and Venus. It trines my MC too.Edit! My moon is in the 6th house! So maybe this house placement is affecting my moon in this way? IP: Logged |

I've read that those who have Neptune in 12th don't need much sleep. Maybe it's because of T. Neptune in 12th? Moon in 6th is similar to Virgo Moon, dispositor of your Moon is pushed and pulled by all those outer planets, could be due to that. And you also have cardinal T-square. IP: Logged |

I just checked for transit Neptune when the insomnia started, and transit Neptune was about 13 degrees into my 12th house at the time ...Odd, I would have expected Neptune to make me drowsy and lazy. I did procrastinate A LOT during that time  . IP: Logged |
