You need to practice visualization when you're calm and relaxed. And alone (no kitty around ). This is a must. You cannot have Any distractions.

If you cannot relax, find a way to do so. Listening to soft music (nothing that excites you though) on low, while you lie down....you mentioned knowing how to meditate didn't you? Do that to get rid of the mental chatter then.

For me the point of visualization is getting rid of self doubt And motivating me to get into action to achieve a speciifc goal...With visualization you need to believe the specific goal in mind is achievable. Visualize what it is you want..Create a vivid mental 'movie' starring you...Imagine the scenario where youve finally achieved that goal. feel it as if it were truly happening... Kind of like acting.. get into character. add as many REALISTIC details as possible to his movie..this image you're creating should feel more like a vivid memory, than a fantasy...Visualization is kind of like how kids play pretend. A lot of people also refer to visualization as "mental rehearsal" .

I do this before I go to sleep. Or in those moments when I'm able to lie down and just relax. You need to practice visualization everyday though. This isn't something you do half a55ed. Because you have to condition your mind into believing what your imagining. and this doesnt take one day, or a week.

I strongly suggest you use google, because there is soo much more to creative visualization than what I've mentioned.... Especially Since I don't really follow the technique to the T (as I mentioned in our other thread)

Even though it may feel like fun and a break getting away from the day to day busyness of work and life, it is more likely that in the end this is your most productive time of the day. You may get more accomplished by laying back and taking your mind on a creative visualization trip than you ever thought possible.

Visualisation of course. It's all pretty and tranquil and then flips to dark and morbid..and how to get revenge on the jerk that was driving like an idiot the day before..if I see him him again that is.

Idk I never payed attention -_- . Because remember, I have been doing this visualization thing for years without realizing it. i didn't know it was an actual technique that many people practiced. I just thought it was a mix of my dreamy tendencies+ my ego and me believing I can accomplish w.e I wanted LOL..

I remember looking for that aspect about a month ago. I didn't find much except for the conjunct aspect. I guess i'm glad I don't have Algol aspecting any of my planets woohoo
