As of now, no. But I could see how this could apply in the future. In a way.. I've always wanted to open a nice fancy beauty salon/spa. My mothers a cosmetologist/beautician. And I know she'd enjoy owning, or co-owning one... Getting my Real estate license appealed to me for a while (when I was unsure what I wanted to major in in college).
