I like to think of the draconic chart as the crazy relative you have locked up in the basement/attic... They are out of sight and out of mind most of time but sometimes they come out and humiliate you in front of your company. Lol... With me I'm invariably calm and laidback but every once in awhile that aries/cancer energy will come out and people will be like "where the f*ck did that come from?" It usually happens when i'm angry... I really try to keep that shiz under wraps because I like to be in control of myself and my emotions and when that side of me comes out i'm very impulsive and usually regret it.IP: Logged |

Right.I mean...we know you well enough. But hey, I've got a draco Cancer moon, too, soooo, it's not like I can throw stones while living in my glass house. What degree is your draco moon, AG? If you don't mind me asking. Mine is at 28. And Violets: Sag-Cap cusp is cool. It figures that we are talking about this while the sun is transiting here...that happens to me all the time... In fact, I was just tracking my progressed chart's moon at various points in my life and realized that when I had my sudden fall-out with my ex-soulmate, my pr moon was at 29 Sag, pr Venus at 2 Cap. In case anyone is wondering, I can't sleep anymore. Last night my Taurus son wanted me to camp with him and that was cute except when he sprawls out on me, I don't sleep, I suffocate. Now I'm overtired and wired. IP: Logged |

2 amNot tired at all. Hi Bella, nice to see you at this hour. I'm going through my life looking at my progressed moon as I said...just realized that in one of the worst phases, a serious low point, my pr moon was in Pisces conjunct my natal moon. Interestingly I've credited a dream about Elvis with lifting me out of this...and it came pretty much out of the blue. I wasn't a fan or anything. Just looked up his draco chart and his draco sun is conjunct my moon. Funny how he shows up when my pr moon met his draco sun. Astrology is weird. IP: Logged |

Pshaw, you called me something really bad..."YOU ARE THE MOST PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE MANIPULATIVE B*TCH I EVER MET!!!!!" Something along those lines. I guess you were mad. Thanks for answering my question, though. IP: Logged |

Heh.Faith, where is your Part of Fortune? I've always found that to be a really interesting point on the chart. Mine is in 12th, and it is so weird how it plays out into my life. IP: Logged |

Yes, I remember that but I did not use the B word. I have mars in gemini in the 3rd house so I can say mean things when I'm mad, words are my weapon. When I talk about my draconic placements coming out i'm talking about a whole other can of worms. It's not the same thing. IP: Logged |

Admit it, you were *thinking* the B word weren't you???I know all about Gem Mars from personal experience. I also know all about second decan Cancer...this is one area of the zodiac that God or Captain Planets or whoever is in charge wants me to deal with, hard-core. But that's a long story. Bella, my POF is conjunct my Psyche at 7 Gemini, in the 11th house. Yours? How does it play out in your life...that you make money as a fortune teller on the sly? IP: Logged |

Not sure I understand, actually. Is it that your Draco Aries sun shows up in situations that bring you to like a fever pitch of anger?

Probably, but thinking something and saying it out loud are not the same thing. The only time I truly "lost it" on this forum was when sand/ redscorp pushed my buttons. My blood pressure went way down after they left. IP: Logged |

Ok, so dum dum here posted this to the wrong thread. Here, we go. It makes sense....it fits my life path number 9. Well, for one, I am much more intuitive than I am willing to admit. It frightens me tbh, because most things I have predicted to happen have come true. And I've always felt that the more I help people and do the right thing, the more I can heal myself. POF in 12th house also has to do with your enemies changing their attitudes towards respect, which has turned out to happen a lot. IP: Logged |

SO weird that your moon is right on sand's sun. I wonder if that's how he got on your nerves so much. Red annoyed me sometimes...I think he was the reason RegardesPlatero quit and deleted all her posts. Last I remember, he was taunting her about her Cancer moon, and she was out. (Since we're talking about Cancer moons.) I'm babbling and should go to bed finally. Night

My sun was also conjunct red's moon. Hera said that she looked at my synastry with them and both were really nasty. She said that me and red had the worst synastry she had ever seen, which isn't hard to believe. IP: Logged |

Faith, I just absolutely love all your comments! I laughed at how you repeated "ravenously attuned", it just really confirmed it all the more. Very evocative speaker. It's almost as though I can actually hear your voice or imagine your manner of speech. NO PLS CLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But tbh, I only have bouts of severe clinginess. Then they disappear and I transform back into the cool, awesome, chill Aqua that I am T, thaaaaaaanksssssssssssss girl You are too awesome for words. The more I see you interact here, there more my fondness for you grows! Bella, love the quotes. Thanks for the Pisces appreciation bae. You da bestest. Violets, I saw that parenthesized compliment you snuck in there, thank you so much. Believe me, I put a conscious effort because otherwise my laziness would far outdo about anything else in my life. It's nice to have you on this thread, fellow Pisces! Now onto some Draconic stuff... IP: Logged |

I just looked back at my earlier post and what I said was misleading. It's not like it always happens when i'm already angry . In truth the littlest things can send me into that state and sometimes my reaction to things are completely irrational and unwarranted. Aries and cancer energy is really impulsive imo and that's the way it comes out.... Impulsively and without warning. Most of the time I can take tons of abuse and keep my cool but other times you can say one little thing and i'm in your face screaming and yelling and wanting to fight. Does that clear things up? If it doesn't don't feel bad, I don't completely understand it myself. All I know is it has caused me problems. In fact it was partly responsible for ending the best relationship of my life. So... This is my Draconic stuff:Sun - Cancer Moon - Libra Mercury - Cancer Venus - Cancer Mars - Gemini Saturn - Cancer ASC - Gemini I know that while we still maintain the same aspects, I noticed that everyone's chart shows an interesting Draconic-Natal relationship. For example, my Draconic chart is trine my Natal (dPlanet corresponding to nPlanet, i.e Sun in Pisces trine Sun in Cancer)... However, some people would have it differently, the relationship shows that of an inconjunction or square or whatever. I'm very curious as to what that means. The elemental energies in both my Draconic and Natal are still the same (Air/Water). Is the general, thematic relationship between the two (Natal/Draconic) indicative of how similar your soul is to your embodiment? Or how tense and removed the relationship is, for example? If there's anything I relate to, it would be some of the Cancer I've got going on. I've always felt like a nurturer and that my role as "mother" has been summoned quite a few times. I realized I am also quite uncomfortable when people associate that role with me or impose that I assume it. My mother, for example, always tells me that when she is gone I am the mother. I have always been put in situations where I needed to mother my own mother and father. I sometimes despise that role. It comes very naturally to me but I dislike it. Having South Node in the 4th is quite telling too. IP: Logged |

Hi again people! Festivus ~ I'm sorry, I have a holiday/mythology learning disability and have no idea what this is. Is it important? Thanks for the Cappy posters....the Ritalin one is very insightful. Hot chocolate also applies...but I cannot handle the kind that is very weak, scalding hot, served in styrofoam cups, like they served at the concession stand at high school football games. Please...that's not me! Now Bella I wanted to share a tidbit from my favorite astro book, The Secret Language of Destiny....but I just looked it up and realized that your NN is in "The Week of Spirit" in this system, not on the "Cusp of Sensitivity," as I thought (which is where my friend's NN is.) So the precise line I was going to share with you doesn't exactly apply. But this comes close: quote: Those born during the Way of Extension take their talent for structuring their ideas, work, and lives and extend it beyond mundane concerns and average thinking into the structuring of universal or spiritual ideas or inspirations. Moreover, they teach their theories to others so that they can be put to practical use. To do this, they must learn to orient themselves to the metaphysical. No matter how practical or down-to-earth they may be, they need to strive toward the higher realms of consciousness. Transcending barriers of space and time, such individuals must push their powers of discrimination to the maximum so that they can perceive a kind of order in the chaotic realms of spirituality, philosophical or political ideas, even conceptual systems.Sometimes this process requires a period of retreat or reflection to gather ideas followed by a return to everyday life with an understanding of higher concepts in tow. At such a point they can share their unique system of thought with the world. For these people, even the most earthbound or practical individuals, those who embrace little or no spiritual or religious belief system, will engage in meditation on what larger forces are at work in the world. Whether they want to or not, they must apply their analytical minds to such musings to extend their need for structure outward, much like a lasso, to rope in and tame such ideas for the benefit of all.
quote: In the end, they will come to realize that the theoretical and spiritual are simply natural extensions of the physical and will become just as comfortable rearranging these more ethereal sides of life in better-designed, more useful ways as they are with ordering their physical world.
quote: If they are successful, what they will offer the world is an easier grasp of larger concepts or ideas, often spiritual or at least collective. These folks can make the big picture accessible and useful to the “little guy.”
This whole reading ( Click Here ) is excellent and IMO matches a lot of what you have already noticed and expressed about yourself.

I am extremely grateful for all of the food we have to work with and eat, and am grateful that I've barely been sick for several days, so I might be able to enjoy the holiday food... but I hate being in the kitchen all day. And trying to clean out the fridge and cupboards, and do laundry, wash floors, soak fridge shelves in bath and scrub them off, tidy bedroom, make bed, feed animals load dishwasher, unload dishwasher (again), and there's more.. the day before Christmas Eve. This is what I was supposed to be doing last week, when I hardly had any sleep, and didn't feel well. I have no presents wrapped, either. All first-world problems, so I'm grateful for that, too. I started out this morning all cheerful, and now I'm the opposite. IP: Logged |
