They didn't go to Vegas  but they did end up at a bar somewhere in between their 2nd and 3rd convent stay. The one between Chigago and Kentucky, if I remember correctly.I remember watching that episode that thinking they were definitely being "set up" for "reality tv". Only two of them went into the bathrooms to roll up their skirts (like they said all catholic school girls used to do, so there was nothing wrong with it) and put on high heels and make-up. They were the same two that from the beginning I thought might be paid actors for the show. Obviously there to liven it up. If you have watched the earlier episodes, did you not find it extremely creepy when that one girl was referring to her "husband" (Jesus) as that "hot surfer dude".  Gross & weird.. While I have been slightly intrigued ( i guess you could say) by the show and am nearing the last episode, I am not impressed with the people they followed to make the show. Most of the girls seem really lost and a couple of them maybe just paid actors. The girl who freaked out when Mother Superior told her they couldn't wear make up and needed to go wash it off and explained the reasons why, really disturbed me. How could she not understand that make-up, and cell phones had no place in the convent? You're trying to be a nun. No longer any need for the caked on foundation and smokey sexy eye make up and fake nails. It no longer matters how many zits you have. You are here to do God's work now. Oh yeah and the twerking issue. The even more awkward part when the one girl was ratting the twerkers out to a Sister in a pew and trying to explain to her what it was. The poor nun had no idea what was going on although she seemed to be really trying listen to the girl's gripe. How awkward was that to watch? The word "twerking" should never be brought up to a nun in a pew in church ever. I don't care how much it bothered you. Please do not damage their sweet and innocent minds in that way. Reading through the thread earlier, I definitely had a few chuckles. I don't know what you all are talking about with the sparkles and unicorns and polyamory but i somehow found it funny anyway.You are all invited to my etheric humble abode  On the menu tonight is fresh sushi, mojitos & margaritas among other things (yes, calamari and other surprises). I guarantee it will be some of the most delicious food you have ever had in your life. And you can't find a better sunset anywhere this side of the country. If you want to bring something besides yourself to the party, please post a photo of what it is. The party doesn't start until 7 pm. You don't need to bring anything at all. As you all know, I'm Irish and a raging psychotic alcoholic so there will of course be sh*t loads of booze to guzzle up. Not to mention a handful of hot bartenders and servers to serve the drinks and food to us. I will instruct them to have everything ready and light the tiki torches by 6 pm. The beach! I would love to be there, right now. I've been depressed and anxious all week. The lack of sleep didn't help, so I'm back to listening to the subliminal CD that I mentioned. I really need to be spending more time with my parents, and also more time outside of this house. I don't know if I should try to sleep now, or shower, get dressed, and ask Dad if I can go out with him today. (Twerking for Jesus.  I meant to look that up, and forgot, because I was half-asleep.) DeepFreeze, at least you are able to recognize the positive going on in your life even though things aren't perfect (they never are nor will be, as I'm sure you already know). teasel, I still say you need to get your ass down here someday. Even if only for a short visit. I think we could make it happen and yes, the ocean can work wonders on mind and soul. Intrusion - Although making things clear is actually my weakness. Let me sum this up for the "intruders". Yes, anyone can post anywhere. Having DONE your exact behavior before, I (we) am not ignorant about your behavior. It looks all sweet and innocent and MOST I would say, particularly other mods, buy into it.
However, clearly, with the recent fights and things it's obvious that this is a display of power. It's purpose is intimidation as if, "you can't stop us, we're mods and this is everyone's freedom to post." True, but it doesn't mean we have to like it. It's annoying. Again, trying to continue things in the most subtle, well disguised way. Standing there in front of us, smiling, with one hand holding a knife, hidden behind you. My personal advice to the "users". Ignore them, completely. Even if they address you personally. Ignore them. It's like showing up to a party and NOBODY talks to you. Don't even show annoyance. They're a ghost.

Again, you are missing the point. H&H and this thread specifically is a personal thread. If people want to comment in 2.0 or other impersonal forums/threads, then I agree with you. But no one is forced to "get to know" someone who hates them and antagonizes them. It is common courtesy to avoid each other in these situations. No one should be forced to tolerate someone else's intrusion when it is unnecessary. This thread of T's is a personal thread, a space where some of us want to chat in peace and comfort.
