Ironically, both boyfriends I considered "marriage material" had their ascendants in Aquarius conj my Jupiter within 4 degrees of this point and one of them I actually was engaged to. I had another boyfriend with his Sun/Moon/Rising close to this axis Aqu/Leo 13 also conj my Venus/Mars MP. His Venus was also on my DESC. Unfortunately, we were defeated by and bunch of Saturn squares.

Many of my very good girlfriends have their sun and sometimes Jupiter around this point (my Jupiter is also at 2 Aquarius.) We are always instant friends so it can work for good friends too.

The Part of Love (mine is 11 Scorp conj my Moon ans opp my Mars) is a point where I am likely to fall in love but it's not a mutual point of attraction in and of itself. It's particular to me.

Weirdly, my Part of Marriage is also exactly conjunct my sisters' moons (they're twins) and I believe its also conjunct Sun in my parent's wedding chart.

Earlier last year, I dated a younger guy who's Moon was conjunct my Jupiter/Part of Marriage in my 5th and trine my Sun/ASC/Pluto and inconjunct my Saturn. My Mars squares his Moon too but he was crazy about me! He still calls. ;}
