His in Virgo, mine in Pisces. Where it gets even more hilarious is how that reflects the fact that his Mercury (subtle mirroring of his Virgoanness) conjuncts my Neptune (ruler of Pisces). Now since this is also in Sagittarius, again, the same thing happens. His Mercury-dispositor in VIRGO, my Neptune-dispositor in PISCES, exactly opposite each other. It is a perfect symmetry, an interrelation between Virgo and Pisces and meeting in SAgittarius. lol as for a thread, I once started one http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/204587.html
Oh, you already had a thread on this! And yes, that's exactly what I thought - possibly another thing to consider in synastry, aspects to dispositors. Esspecially the ones of the lights and romantic planets Venus and Mars. You just gave a great example right there. Do you find you're attracted to aspects to your Jupiter? Or liking Neptunian men (Sun and men, you know). Maybe they really can ease out some of the harsh aspects in synastry, if a dispositor gets a flowing one.

Sure. Ceridwen just posted a link to an old thread that's pretty much like it, though. Or maybe I could do it in the context of attraction patterns? Like women also being interested in their Sun's and Mars' dispositors and verce visa with men + Moon and Venus. IP: Logged |

Actually, I do have an example with romance. The same Mars in Aries ex was a Capricorn, which suits my earthy/watery chart well. But his Saturn was in Sagittarius, plus his Venus and Uranus. These planets completely eclipsed his Cap Sun. Then compare it to another Capricorn ex, who had his Saturn in Capricorn, conjunct his Sun. He felt a lot more Saturnine to me, being more cool-headed, wanting to do the best he could be, very concerned about reputation and how he'd be seen, preferred to be stable, etc. Then for another contrast: Sagittarius ex, whose Jupiter was in Virgo. Though I did feel the teasing, blunt way of a Sag Mercury, the underlying influence of Virgo was definitely part of him as well. He was more modest, analytical, didn't like to grab attention, helpful, etc. Their Moons: 1st one: Leo Moon, ruled by his Cap Sun. 2nd one: Aquarius Moon, ruled by his Uranus in Capricorn. 3rd one: Leo Moon, ruled by his Sagittarius Sun. Venus: 1st: Venus in Sagittarius, ruled by Jupiter in Pisces. 2nd: Venus in Aquarius, ruled by Uranus in Capricorn. 3rd: Venus in Libra (dominant). I have Libra Rising, an angular Jupiter in T-square with my chart ruler, Moon conjunct Neptune and also Moon in Capricorn. And I'm a Leo. IP: Logged |

I totally completely NEED strong dynamic tight aspects to my Jupiter in synastry, yes. I seem to have especially a liking of Venus, Mars and also Mercury aspecting my Jupiter as it seems. And I am talking square and opposition and possibly conjunction here.Pisces guys though do not hold any appeal to me, generally speaking of course (there might be one or the other who would, but I simply don`t know them). However it is ridiculous how much I am drawn to Pisces-ASC`s, and always late in the sign, around 25 degrees, far away from my Jupiter interestingly. But my Draconic ASC and Draco Mars are on 26 and 25 Pisces, maybe that adds to it. Apart from that guys I feel drawn to hae to have some relation to Neptune, but not too much. Too much Neptune is a big turn off in fact. I am Neptunian enough myself, I probably need someone to ground me, and that is where Virgo comes into play. Have had some crushes on guys with either Sun or more frequently Mars in Virgo. Sun often happened to be late in the sign, around 25 degrees, but the Mars usually were around 10-12 Virgo opposing my Jupiter.

I think the logical side should be addressed.Just because there's strong chemistry present does not mean that either or both parties are going to act upon it. In addition, timing is crucial and just because there's strong chemistry does not mean that either or both parties can act upon it. There's all sorts of factors that play into the realization of cultivating something more beyond just strong attraction because attraction does not make anything happen. It's true that attraction can be the impetus to the start of a relationship or even be the root of what makes a relationship launch, but it's NOT the determining factor. We live in SOCIETY and there's many other variants that are unaccounted for which make or break. IP: Logged |

I also like to consider the house/sign symbolism; I think the house gives half of the energy of a planet. I will use Ceri's brilliant scoresheet and count only the sign symbolism, but I'll mention house symbolism as well. For my parents: her Sun in Sag/11th Jupiter in Cap 12th his Sun in Aqua 4th Uranus in Taurus 7th Saturn in Aries 6th we notice the aqua/11th connection Sun septile Sun 0 her Moon in Leo 7th Sun in Sag/11th hid Moon in Scorpio 1st Pluto in Leo 9th Mars in Sag 2nd we notice several connections here: his disp conjuncts her Moon ( I think it's 3 for this one, Ceri??); Sag/9th house connection; both disp in Sag (3) her ASC in Cap, Saturn in Virgo 7th his ASC in Scorpio, Pluto in Leo 9th, Mars in Sag 2nd Mars sq Saturn almost exact 0 her DSC in Cancer/Leo, Sun and Moon as above his DSC in Taurus, Venus in Cap 2nd opp Cancer/Cap 2 I'll be back lol ------------------
