Rainbow, those are some great pics! That guy is good. And you're so lucky to be surrounded by such breathtaking samples of Mother Nature. Bless her AG, do you just walk around town snapping pictures all day? Don't you work? No seriously, you take awesome pictures, guy. I'm jealous. I'm sooo going out and buying a digital camera next pay day. IP: Logged |

There are still some reminders that our city was once a rancher/cowboy city. IP: Logged |

Yeah, this thread had just started, and I was out one night, so I just decided I'd go downtown and take some pictures. I've traveled all over the place, so I know how fascinating it is to see different places, so I'm just trying to give a good representation/tour. Maybe this weekend I'll take some more pictures of another part of town or something. My area's a cool mix of urban, rural and natural.
It would be neat for me if other people did what I'm doing. Let me explore their city, and see what people look like, what kind of cars they drive, what kind of structures they inhabit, what kind of foliage they have around. quote: Don't you work?
There's lots of light left after work now. I think I left downtown at 8:30 after being there an hour. IP: Logged |

This is the last picture from my downtown set. I liked the fuzzy leaves in this planter. IP: Logged |

I like all the pictures around town AG; it really gives us the "feel" of the city.I love, love, love the picture of the storm on the lake! It would be cool matted and framed. I haven't visited Russia YET, but I will......one day... I think I will take a camera around town myself; this is fun. IP: Logged |

Little lunch excursion. Here's the former PeopleSoft: Those parking signs say, "Van Pool Parking Only," and we see an Infiniti and a Toyota. There are more buildings for it. There's one on the side of the street that I'm on as well. There were two sites in Pleasanton when PeopleSoft was here. I'm not sure if Oracle's using that other site or not.

Kamilla........wow! thanks for the pics of St. Petersburg.....From pictures I've seen before, I've always thought it was a beautiful city... AG......keep the pictures coming....I'm really enjoying them..... MoonChild.......thank you for adding more....what is that in the water? ********** Just wanted to show you guys another part of Michigan which is not too far from me.... It's called Mackinac Island and no cars are allowed there.....you'll find instead, horses and carriages, and bicycles.......and you get there on a ferry..... It's my plan to post a pic of the Grand Hotel on the Island in the next post, if everything turns out okay.... IP: Logged |
