The King of wands.....corresponds to the sign of aries....sometimes when people pull royalty it means that a person of this sign, or a person who personifies this sign's energy is present in the questioner's life.I usually read this to mean that you have the potential to bring this energy into your life. Perhaps the tarot is suggesting a bold new approach, beginning a new project. Aries is very physical, perhaps the tarot is suggesting this is a good time to start a new exercise regimen, or that you recently have started one. Aries is commanding and bold, this is no time for timidity, bringing forth your qualities of leadership, and extroverted optimism, are crucial at this time. With the kind of wands its not enough to initiate quietly, the king requires a flair, a dramatic entrance, something that capricorns often shy away from, but the tarot seems to indicate that this loud energy is just what you need now. One more thing, I got an intuition that you're in somewhat of career crisis or quagmire right now.....if so this aries energy is just what you need to punch on through to the next stage in yoru career......if not then for some other arena. But with caps its about career 1/2 the time anyway :P IP: Logged |

Blue I feel that you are feeling extremely intense about your son right now, he weighs heavy on your mind, even if you aren't thinking about him, your subconscious is bubbling away. You have pulled the two of cups, a really wonderful card! The two of cups often involves a romantic influence, or at least a new friend. This card is very watery, indicating you are emotional at this time, (well maybe always as a cancer), but there is either a new person or a person from that past that you seem to be forging a new alliance with. The two of cups can be platonic, but it is often romantic. This is a card of pairing, its a time for increased intimacy and not for separation. So if this person is already in your life, you probably know who they are...this card also warns that two people can be a universe, and not to exlude a third party....pairs are very powerful, especially where yin and yang energy is balanced. I hope this is indicating a romantic relationship. This energy will also allow you to call a truce if you are currently in a disupte, its a very healing card....I'm glad that you are receiving this balancing energy. IP: Logged |

you are very accurate, Blue. My son is going through alot of changes. He jsut had a birthday. He told me " I am 24 and I am suppose to be an adult, but I don't feel like an adult." He is trying to make his way and I do worry about him. He keep taling about moving to California. I would really not like it if he did.I dont really understand him feeling that way. He works and goes to school and volunteers. He also just stated "kinda" dating someone who was "Just a friend". Maybe the romance is for him. As for Emotional, I still struggle with my health problems, it is very draining. Thanks Sweetie!!!

Thanks Blue. That is very much the way I'm feeling today. Earlier I found myself asserting to myself that I am in control of my own life, and wishing to myself that I would think/meditate on that every day. Could also explain why I'm engaging Jwhop lately. (Who incidentally has an unaspected Mars in Aries) Transitting Mars is trine my ascendant, and somewhat opposed to transitting Moon. My Mars/Chiron midpoint is 3 degrees ahead of transitting Mars. Chiron's a degree away from sitting on my MC. IP: Logged |

BM~As an aquarius your son will value his freedom and independence above all else. As a cancer mother your goal will be to protect and nurture your child at all costs. One can see where this can lead to a problem...he might have to step out on his own one day, to experience the world for himself. He might find it overwhelming and return to you. Some healing light for your health problems. AG~I often see capricorns succumbing to the demon of self doubt, so this aries energy that you can manifest will be very helpful in your current goal. I'm not sure what your field of interest is...but I have observed that you are enterprising, creative, and a good judge of character. Have you considered design, human resources, advertising? I could see you thriving in many sectors of business. I also see that you're becoming much more tecnical with your astrology, nice.

I always appreciate a kind word from you. I have quite a few interests. Too many to choose from really. When Napoleon Hill says in his book that you need to decide exactly what you want to do and pursue it, it's not something I can readily do. I can imagine doing a bunch of things for which I'd have a talent and flair for. As such it's difficult for me to just pick one and ditch the others. On the other hand, it's not as if I can forever avoid my talents. Speaking of astrology, I do have a bit that can dampen my Capricorn Sun and Scorpio Mars. I do have Saturn in the 1st. Tim's simple key word lists the 1st house key words as being, action, and anger. My Saturn's sitting there discipling restricting those things to a degree. Saturn's filter isn't all bad, but it isn't always great when you want action. Also working against me are my pesky South Node influences. My South Node is in Cancer in the 2nd house. Talk about an annoying aversion to risk-taking. Sometimes I feel like it stops me altogether. At least I'm aware of these issues. Thank astrology for that! Regarding getting more technical with astrology, I consider astrology to be another language like music. It's all about expanding the connections your mind makes. I think I can play a few good astrological songs now. IP: Logged |

Interesting AG. Astrology is a lot like music in many ways. I've been studying astrology for about 7 years now, and Ive dropped almost all of it except for inner planets and the basic aspects. The only part that I truly have faith in is sun sign astrology, which is extremely powerful, I think Linda knew this which is why she mostly focused her energy here. I've seen enough manifestations of moon signs and risings to where they seem muddled to me. But man I tell ya, a scorpio is ALWAYS a scorpio. I've also noticed some really powerful affect from saturn transits, especically in aspect to the sun. IP: Logged |

It really is. People think music is this daunting thing to try to learn, but all it takes is enjoying it, being interested in it, and being persistent with it. (Not to mention there's 12 notes and 12 signs.)There was something else I thought of tonight that I was...oh, I just remembered! I'd forgotten what it was. I wanted to ask you... I know you said before something about being compatible with the signs directly before and after your own sun sign. Maybe not compatible, but that you saw a lot of those relationships working out. I was wondering if it might be due to the fact that in a composite, the composite Sun will stay within a sign/place of comfort for both members. Like between my Sag and I our composite Sun is in late Sag. She's a Sag, so she's used to the Sag energy, and I've got three planets in Sag, so I'm cool with the Sag energy as well. As a composite Sun it would seem comfortable, and maybe be a blessing. What do you think? IP: Logged |

shheesh, what is with some people? Lotus Ive tried sticking up for you in the past, and ive learned sticking up for you is pointless. I think you lash out at everyone coz you want to be accepted, and you have some issues in that area. You dont respect others, they dont respect you. Its really that simple. We all want to be accepted, I feel everyone here hurts you for some reason(not feeling loved/accepted/popular) so you try to hurt them back, you need to stop the cycle, and stop the BS.I sort of knew what was gonna happen once you befriended her again, I could see it a mile away, but I guess you wanted to see the good in her Sue, and i dont blame you...I try to do the same but when someone shows you who they are over and over, you have to accept they really are a-holes.

AG~In vedic astrology, mula, the 2nd decante of sagittarius (so mid and late saggies), is HIGHLY compatible with the first decante of capricorn (puva asada?), I've found this to be true in my life, I absolutely adore early and mid capricorns. I think there's always some compatibility if your sun sign is within 15 degrees of someone elses, there tends to be a mutual indentification, even across signs. Also those sag positions will definitely help you and your friend relate and understand one another. IP: Logged |

Our suns are about 17 degrees apart (Her Sun's at 17, and mine's at 5). Also, she's a Capricorn Rising, so there's definitely a lot of Sun sign identification between us.Anyway, sorry for hijacking the thread. Love you Sue! (Moon666Child - That's cool about you and your sister. I have two Aries sisters and an Aqua. I get along best with the Aqua. 9 year age difference, though.) IP: Logged |
