lol, yeah, gotta be specific about how you're using dp in this thread.

I enjoy the entire male anatomy, but it's the back that's always turned me on the most. So I really enjoy that pic of WM on the bed. I sense the photo was taken for his gay male audience, but it works for me too.

Hey Meta
I was thinking about Bass God again! (surprised?)

You know how you said before the crash that it was amazing that I could accept he was not to be mine? I was thinking further and the only thing I'd really seek from him is recognition, recognition that I exist, hopefully (as in any dreamer's heart) that I am a catch. I don't really need the intimacy or closeness, remember I'm nearly all air.

No, it's not what you think. Here, you can see it more clearly in this picture.

I'm a huge James Bond fan - not as much as I used to be - when I was a kid I was really into them. I didn't really like Pierce Brosnan in the role so it kind of lost me. I loved Timothy Dalton - gave Bond a darker edge. Loved that.

Yeah love Bond. Have you read any of the books, some of them are superb (Casino Royale, Diamonds are Forever). I think Dalton did a very good job in Living Daylights. He was very tortured. I like OHMSS, I think Lazenby did a good job, shame he didn't do any more, you could see the Australian cheek coming out. All of the Bonds more or less did a good job but I agree that Brosnan was the weakest link. Connery was in some ways the best because of the physicality (Goldfinger is awesome), Moore because he was so handsome and charming. However Q's the best

Would you feed Wentworth pork scratchings? BM would eat some while rooting Sean Bean.

Ew, pork rinds? BM likes those? I'm having a hard time picturing someone in all black student wear chowing down on those. Oh, she must get high first and is satisfying the munchies. That I can see.

With the tramp stamp and come hither ass, I think the photographer was really going for the "I'm your b1tch" look with that WM pic. My Sco Asc approves.

lol, well, he does star in a show that takes place in prison.

For rising, I've been thinking Sco or Taurus. He looks a lot like my ex who was a double Sco (Sun & Moon) and Taurus Asc. My ex who was not in the least bit strange looking!

My ipod also died today, all the songs wiped out. It's been acting very funny the last while but I think it might be seriously ill. I've had it now for nearly 4 years, I guess it has served its time. We've just come out of Merc rx right?

23, I like your discussion with meta. It's actually educational because you go in-depth and you talk about people "we know" (though it's just on LL). And the bit about your mother made me think about me and other Scorpios I know, and you are right. And thanks I'm redeemed by my many Libra planets. I will keep those things in mind when and if I become a mother to an Aqua or other air sign.

The synastries with celebs are also helpful to astro novice me. It may seem like play to others but if one were to pay attention they will learn a lot.

And learning is so much fun because the atmosphere feels like it's one unending recess time, the visual aids are yummy, it's ok to call each other wh0res and b1tches inside the classroom, sharing men and fantasies is encouraged in the name of sisterhood, plus the teachers (with their hands-on experience behind pubs with interesting names) are the coolest on earth. And we should not forget Rafe, who has brought all of us together.

*end of eulogy*

Well, I thought initially Sco rising, then I thought Tau because of the nose. I thought Tau rising such that the Sco planets in his chart are opp his ASC, giving him the grey sheen in the eyes (that Sco risers have). Then I saw some more pictures of him that I put up this morning and I thought Virgo Rising. Virgo rising because he has neat features, the Virgo upper lip and eyebrows. Face shape too, its long and oval. Also I'd put him at Tau decanate which might give him the nose. Also Meta made us yesterday watch a youtube clip of him and he seemed kind of meticulous, neat or something, I thought it was venus or mercury influenced.

I also think that Sean Bean is Sco rising.

Wow! Someone actually READS my posts?! I often feel like I'm talking to myself sometimes on Lindaland

I really enjoy looking at other people's charts, I like seeing how they operate. I should stress it's not to manipulate them but for my own curiousity and a genuine desire to give them another opinion of themselves which might open a new way of seeing themselves or learn something new about themselves. As you see, it depends on the candidate, sometimes it works really well, other times it comes out really badly. Depends on the recipient and their astrodetails I guess.

Wow again?! So do you think my description was accurate? I thought everyone was going to come here and shout me down. I have had people tell me that I don't know how a Sco operates on this site or at least insinuate it yet I lived with my mum for many years and saw how she operated. This is one of the things that annoys me about this website, people tell you astrostuff, yet you might know more because you've seen the reality. Anyway in relation to myself and Scorpios and others, I guess what hurts me is that when I give, I give freely and with goodwill, no strings attached. People either use me to their benefit (I even feel that sometimes on this site too) or they think I want something. It sometimes makes me feel that there is something wrong with me As a result of what has happened in my life, I've gone a bit cold and I don't care much to help out people any more. In relation to mum, she logically understands that I mean well and that I am loyal and I will always be around to help (I've seen her comfort my Leo dad when feels that he is losing his favourite subject - me, telling him that his daughter loves him and that I will always be around), subconsciously she manipulates. I think Meta is right, maybe it is done without thinking. I don't think it is right or healthy behaviour and what upsets me is that I can consciously see my mum and other Scorpios do it and I can't seem to turn a blind eye to it.

It has also tweaked another thought about what Meta said and whether I was happy with having my mum as my mum. I've just made a link between with my NN/Vx. Both of these are in Sco/8th in my chart. My mum's Sun and Merc fall in my 7th but her Sun and Merc (and the squaring Pluto) are all Scorpionic in character and it has taught me Scorpionic lessons that I need to fulfil through my NN (and Vx).

I knew you were double Sco but couldn't understand why I liked you, so its all that Libra I have vague recollection now of seeing your chart. Anyway, if you do have Libra and from what I remember quite a few planets, you should be ok. You've got some understanding in the airy world.

Anyway, sorry about the downer.

Jane - that's a vague summary of what has happened when I talked about my mum and my feelings about Scorpios. I also said originally that not all Scorpios are bad, I've met some good ones and the good ones seem to have a lot of Libra. I have Libra Moon and Pluto so it has something to do with that. Maybe they have rational qualities that makes them see what they do or maybe it makes them more gentle and balanced, I don't know.

Yes, it's a lot of fun and the great thing is that we all know each other reasonably well. I find the problem with the astro forum is that a lot of people come and go and it can be a bit bitty sometimes. Here the visual aids are very helpful, especially the bass playing ones

I'd toast Rafe now except Meta's Scorpionic streak will come out and accuse me of going behind her back with her man. Little does she know that this Aqu has a complete and freely given loyalty to the Bass God

Is it me? It seems that things have sped up since I've come here. I think it's because Meta, PA and I tend to be on around the same time. But I could be on all day actually....
