Enjoy it while you can.

I'm in New Hampshire.
Today, it's pouring rain, but still warm and muggy. *shrugs*

Wow, New Hampshire ~ you're far away in a tiny little state

We are really starting to feel fall here ~ cooler, windy, and allergies!! Ah-choo! I am all stuffed up, sneezy, etc.

It's warm in the sun but you can feel the tiny bite of coolness.

26,

is your flooding from rain?

Here, on Saturday it was cool and we had a tiny bit of sprinkles. It was our first sprinkles since early in the year.

Now, since Sunday, it's been HOT!

Last night and tonight it is like a hot summer night! The days are up to 90 degrees! We call it "Indian Summer"......... they say it's supposed to cool down later in the week. Can't believe they already have Xmas decor.'s in the stores already! sheesh!

Hi Nephthys,

Yes, it's from rain. My gosh, I hadnt been paying attention to the news but large areas of New England are in rough shape. RI is in a state of emergency now. A dam is about to burst in Mass. and if it does will seriously damamge and flood the city. Theyve evacuated 2000 people. There is serious flooding all over NH and VT. Rivers are flooded, bridges and roads washed out. Where I live though, it's not that bad, thankfully. I think there have been a few deaths as well.
Today it sprinkled a bit in the morning, and is still cloudy, but we arent expecting anymore rain until tomorrow night. And it should be light. *fingers crossed*

Wow, the 'first sprinkles since earlier in the year', in your area!? Sounds like we're getting all of your rain.

I know! I already cant wait until Christmas is over. Not my favorite time of year. Seems like it's all about spending money nowadays.

26 and lotus ~

Wow, that's crazy about the rain and flooding in your areas!!! I hope everything comes out fine.

You see, here in California, we have no precipitation at all from early in the year, like March-ish until October-November. Everything is dry. So this is normal.
The thing about California weather is that it can be hot one day and cold the next. For example, as I stated, we had 2 90 degree days (Sunday and Monday). Well, yesterday (Tuesday) was cold, foggy, overcast and misty sprinkly all day. Today is cool, cloudy, sunshine off and on, light wind.

Hey, I should be a weather forecaster, huh? Couldn't you just picture me on the 6 o'clock news?

St-Sylvestre, a tiny little village near the town of Ste-Marie-de-Beauce, a small town about an hour from Quebec City.

I have relatives all around Quebec City, and then closer around Ste-Marie area.

Well it was sunny this morning,
and now it's all cloudy
boo hoo
I didn't get to take my walk in the woods
it's getting scary now
dark so early
and the deer are everywhere
you have to watch where you step
Gosh I love this time of year
trees becoming bare
Can't wait for hallow's Eve

Love and Light to ALL

What kind of deer (species) do you have up there? I think ours is the California Blacktail Deer.
