Duality ~ Wow, well said.
Zoka ~ I hope your sister finds peace in her heart, whether she is blessed with children or not. Is she a great aunt?

Aphrodite,

I would like to have your entire chart, if possible. You have a lot of planets on the last degrees in exotic positions. As most of the planets are in the sign of their domicile, their exaltation or fall (Moon on the EXACT position of the exaltation of Mars) this is considered to be the chart of "special" people. The last degrees of every sign are the "Phoenix" degrees and truly a blessing, if you have spiritual aspirations. This is the chart of the "healer" or the chart of the great "suffering". It would be better to have the entire chart.

my sister also has EXACT Mercury/Saturn square and she is a mathematic genius, first in math in the whole bloody University. Her Mercury is heavily afflicted(in her 6th house) and she is not a criminal by any possibale means.

Zoka,
your interpretaions are interesting but you are morbid to the bones and that much one-side brained (not much intelectual creativity). Your methods of reading are ancient (I guess you strictly follow the rules of Raphael or Lilly) and trust me - the life has changed since medieval era.
And the story about your sister is horribly presented here (you must have Leo Mercury= seeking drama in speech), I do believe most of this stuff was exagerated by you and blown out of proportion, no nurse in the WHOLE damned world will put that kind of monsterous baby on the chest of their mother, except if the nurse is a complete idiot herself. And even the stupidest doctor will notice missing limbs on the ultrasound during the pregnancy, if not in the begining - then a bit later. I am only grateful that I dont know many people morbid like yourself around my every-day life. That would have brought me down constantly. I am ouuta here, not going to read this again...wish you the best, because by heart I guess you are a good soul.

Aphrodite, we have so much in common, Aries Sun, Aries Merc, moon in Cappy, and each another planet in Aries!
In fact my Venus is in Aries/Mars in Pisces, while yours is the opposite.

I'm sure we've extremely different people, I have a cousin born the same day as me and we're very different...but, it's interesting none the less.

A sweet reply Zoka, and thanks for your interest :-)

My son's data is:

16th June 1988 - 10.am King's Lynn (UK)

He has an asc. of 25 Leo.... and more oppositions than you can shake a very sticky stick at. In spite of it all he's an easy-going cheerful chap.... but extraordinarily messy.... and very stubborn!

Very interested in all things Japanese at the moment.... is learning the language and wants to go to Tokyo.

Hi Zoka,

A question, do you do general readings? I find your explanations and insights facinating, and other worldly, if you will.
If so, would you look at my chart? If not I understand. Cindi

Oh Tanzin!

You must be kidding? This is the chart of a smart boy which you can spot from an airplane! Combustus Gemini (Mercury out of Sun's reach, but in his domicile) in the Aquarius house! Saturn and Uranus in conjunction on the 29th of Sagittarius? The one who will unite old and new! He is a smart kid and the Pisces Mars squre in the VIIIth will make him think deep. The Moon in Cancer trines Pluto and Pluto in the IIIrd in Scorpio? Trine with Mars in Pices? He intuitive feels what to do. Too easy!

But, the motbid me noticed something else (please do not judge me). His Neptune is in the Vth house and squares his Mars in Pisces in the VIIIth. This is someone who can have problems with alcohol, drugs and medications. The Vth house shows sport, party places and the school after the primary school. The square with Mars shows strong liqour or heavy drugs. But he is too smart to do something stupid, but too good and kind to see the negative in people. He won't do it out of free will, but someone could slip something into his drink. Please sit him down and have a good conversation with him - not to drink or eat strange stuff. Dirty water is a no-no and chemicals should be avoided. Does he have problems with his hips? Or his liver (blood count)? What an unusual and good kid!

Phew! A nice reading ;-)

He's allergic to penicillin, so maybe that's what you can see. Also, he's a bit clumsy, tends to crash around a lot and has had a couple of broken bones.... other than that, he's a bright-eyed, bushy-tailed chap. Chose to be a vegetarian at the age of eight, and likes good healthy food... possibly the result of a well-aspected Cancer Moon. He knows how to meet his sustenance needs in a healthy, nurturing way. As for alcohol - unlikely. He's a bit stuffy when it comes to parties etc and like to hang around the library with friends.... yeah, he's a geek, but it makes life much easier for me :-) Also yes, he does tend to see the good in people, and never bitches... but also says he can spot a 'kiddy fiddler' a mile off - oh, the language of youth!

Thanks again ;-)

Zoka....what do you mean about the last degree of a sign??? I have both Saturn and Jupiter at 29 something...and I hate that part of the "great suffering". AND they are both retro...is there any hope for me?

my neptune is onj MC - does that count for "spiritual aspirations"?

Well,

if you all have been doing your homework, many of you will notice the "critical points" in astrology. That is the 0th degree of Aries, then the 13th and the 26th ... add 13 degrees until you reach Pisces and you will have the critical point. Every point has it's own meaning, but we will discuss that some other time.

There are some other degrees: the 15th degree of Scorpio is the degree of magic (deep thinkers and great warriors have their Mercury or Mars in that position), the 15th of any sign (the "royal degree", especially in the fixed signs). The 0th and the 29th degree are special. The first one shows the beginning of something new; the planets entered a new sign and is like a kid who is at school for the first time. The 29th degree has the opposite meaning - the planets has mastered everything that sing had to tech it and is ready to leave: for new and higher things ... but is stuck! It will take extra time and strength to generate that planets, as it is not interested in the 'everyday' happenings, but in something new and fresh. This is the "Phoenix" point and most people with personal planets on the 29th are psychics, have visions or 'extra' talents.

Jupiter and Saturn are the planets that connect the outer and the inner world, the world of personal things vs. the world of happenings out of my reach. I do not know in what houses there are in or what aspects they make, but in a banal sense, Saturn is connected to time and you could be to late for everything in your life trying to study everything further and deeper; and the moral and financial system (Jupiter) of your time could suffocate you. If Saturn is the ruler of your VIIth, you could decide never to get married and to lead a clustered life. The Rx position shows that those planets were moving slower from our position and that they usually show their talents and abilities later in life or when least expected.

Neptune in the Xth shows illusions and crushed dreams and hopes about the career and - unfortunately - mother in a woman's chart, if the aspects are bad and dreams, visions and high hopes if the aspects are good. This shows problems with the boss or unrealistic professional expectations. But it shows music, poetry, ballet and every other form of art. If it is in Scorpio, it could show liquor, drugs and medications, oil and chemicals, a trine with Moon in the IInd or the VIth could show money from a bar with hard liquor, pharmacy, oil company etc. You all get the idea.

Greetings Zoka.

Just had another look at this string and wanted to reply regarding the "bad news" question, as I've often been the receipient.
I've had my chart read a few times. Apparently it's not so good. I don't know enough on the subject to judge it myself but the uncomfortable, stricken look on the astrologer's face was enough. I did not find your interpretation "morbid". Admittedly, the mention of divorce in my chart threw me a bit and the post regarding Saturn/Mercury aspects wasn't much fun (I have a Saturn/Merc opposition, ouch) but, hey, I'll make do. I am a firm believer in the "forewarned is forearmed" method of dealing with life. I know marriage takes effort. Unfortunately, my natural state is self-absorbtion. I choose to believe your little warning was just the stern reminder I needed. Please don't hold back with anything nasty you might have seen in my chart. Bring it on! With timely warning and sufficient effort even the stars can be overcome.

There is one thing that did disturb me. You mentioned a "special, unusual" child. When I reported this to a friend she thought it referred to a mentally or physically challenged child. Is that true?

Your sister's story is terribly sad. I sincerely hope she is well. I will include her in my prayers tonight. Peace to you both.

thanx, Zoka.

you did strike a chord in me when you said "late for everything". That is the feeling I 've had all my life, kinda strange opposite to the feeling that I "know everything". My moon in conj Uranus, and I do have tremendous intuition.

my rx 29:59 degrees leo Saturn is in the 7th, rules 11th and 12th. (11 hold Sun-conj-Ven).

my rx 29:18 gem jup is in 4th, but less than 3 degrees to the 5th (some people put it there).

Neptune is in Sag, conj MC, but also Mercury.

you know so much, don't you...

Do you play an instrument? The Mercury/Neptune aspect shows someone who likes music and "string" instruments. The piano, the violine or something like that. Most people with that aspect play the guitarre, especially if it trines the Saturnus in your VIIth (Renessaince or Barock music). Uranus/Moon aspects usually show a broken home and a need for freedom. As your Moon MUST be in Scorpio (fall), the Uranus in the sing og it's exaltation, you probably never were able to endure a boring and peaceful domestic environment.
Anyway, this Mc can show a profession where you will work with your hands, a massage parlour, dermatologist, work with hanidacped children etc. But there is not much I can tell you without the entire birth chart.

Hi Zoka,

When you have time could you please look into my chart. I would like to know if I would be able to conceive children soon. I do have a little bit of hormonal problem that is why I am asking and I do love children and want to have some of my own. My DOB is, Dec 14, 1973, 11:46 pm, Buffalo, NY. If anybody else has any feedback in regards to my chart I would be glad to hear it.
Thanks

Zoka,

You are right about one thing: my broken home. Dad died when I was 7, mum never remarried and the two of us live somewhat different lives: I'm in my room, she's in hers, sometimes we meet in the kitchen...

I studied piano for a short while back when I was 7-8 years old, but no more. No musical instruments here...I think I would like to produce my own music, but never really got into playing an instrument or even close.

I don't know about Uranus-Moon and what you said....I've had the same bf for 8 years now. I might stir things up a bit every now and then....but...

why work with debilitated kids? My moon rules 5th and 6th, is in Scorpio as you say, in the 9th. I'm a psychologist, working on my masters degree in psychodiagnosis & therapy, but my main interest is gender studies, women problem, not kids'. so why do you say that?

I've been thinking or about 2 years now to quit therapy and psychology all together, go into film industries, become a director or whatever. But i'm very unsure about things. Neptune conj MC must be to blame for it. I'm very interested in what you say. This is going to be a very decisive year for my life in the future....so, anything you can say is more than welcomed.

my data: 5 jan 1978, 10:00am
44N27, 26E04.

Thanx a lot. Cristina

You did not give me in the earlier post the entire birth data, just a few aspects and positions, so I was not able to be precize.

Mercury/Neptune shows usually someone who lives in his/her own world of fantasy and illusions. It shows great intuition and vision and the love for music. But there is a great difference if this aspect conjuncts the Vth or the Xth or another house. You never gave me the house cusps or precise positions, so this was just a shot in the dark.

The birth info will show me another picture and I will give you more info. Most of the people with the Uranus/Moon aspect are interested in the human soul. I bet that 90% of the people here have that aspect, as it is one of the aspects that make a good astrologer. I know that the high education (I do not know how the educational system works in the USA or another place) is ruled by the IXth house; the Master's Degree is the XIth, and the Ph.Dr. (hope I got that one right) is ruled by the first ... so you can figure things out for yourself.
