Good examples aj. Yeah I think Paul Newman's OK (too old for me) but Leonardo...creepy. Another creepy looking Scorp actor: Joaquin Pheonix.

(I'm laughing cuz I thought I was the only one who thought phoenix looked creepy...)

*In hushed tone* I truly think Natasha is so worried about INADVERTENTLY having it out with a Scorpio, that she's totally avoiding this thread.

Natasha? Are you there?

I am a scorp asc so I don't know if this applies to me or not! LOl I have a weakness for scorpios, both men and women (though I married a taurus with cancer asc so go figure!) but hubby always scolds me for "staring" at people. Stop staring! he'll say and I always incur that I'm not, I'm just watching (love to watch. never judgementally, just enjoy watching people. ) But he scolds me and says I stare! hmph! LOl

I am a Scorpio Rising with Pluto conjunct ASC, and I find that alot of people get very uncomfortable when I look them in the eye. Whenever I talk to someone, I like to make eye contact - it makes it more personal. But I find that alot of people can't look me in the eye for more than a few seconds! When I am uncomfortable, or am talking to someone I think is cute, I get all nervous and can't make eye contact though...I think that has to do w/ my Saturn in the 1st. Anyway...when I get hurt or angry, I do give very dirty looks....but b/c of my Cancer Moon I am very sensitive, and my eyes start to water. Haha, it works though b/c it makes people feel really bad for me! "I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you!". I can definately pick out a 'Scorpio stare'... a couple of weeks ago, I was at work and felt as if someone was staring at me. I looked up and found the most attractive man staring right at me w/ those dark, intense eyes...I knew he had to be a Scorpio, and later I found out that he was. His stare didn't intimidate or scare me, but made me feel very sexy and confident, like "look at this hot guy checking me out". lol. anywhoo, thats all for now I think.

Hey Pixelpixie!

Well, not much to tell about me.. always thought I was an atypical Scorpio.. friendly, easygoing, and most people wouldn't guess I am Scorpio until they get halfway through the list of 12. After reading the articles at ScorpioSite69 (mentioned in another thread) I found out that I'm typical after all! I think my most typical trait would be my alone time. I take every Sunday as a Me day. And noone dares to call me or disturb me.

The power of Scorpio!

It's funny... I, too, am a Scorpio rising (Sun/ moon are both Pisces) and I have always had a problem maintaining eye contact. It has always felt like such an intense thing for me. I have been working on forcing myself to look others in the eye & everyone ALWAYS looks away nervously after only a few seconds.

ScotScorp welcome! I have always done that one eyebrow raise. People tease me about it and try to do it but they usually can't. I didn't even realize I did it until I was almost out of high school, and I do it for all different reactions but mostly when I'm intrigued or think someone is being weird. You're right, it does lower the intensity of our stare, unless of course, you are like Scarlett O'Hara.

Take care,
Sunny

Hey Sunny!

Yes yes yes... I do my eyebrow lift for those reasons, and when I think I'm bein' one-upped. Cutest thing to see kids mimic me by pushing one eyebrow up with their finger.

Btw, everyone else mentions it, so I'll say it:

sun, moon, asc.

I am reading up on my planets in my natal chart, and starting to understand that there's a reason why people don't take me for a at first...

Or Johnny Bravo?

I also do the one-eyebrow thing, but I'm a Scorpio Rising. alot of people find it amusing. I usually do it when I'm confused, or just when I'm being a weirdo.

No, Scorps don't stare. They gaze, and you realize you can't pull the wool over their eyes. But I'm not scared by it.
On the other hand - people have said MY eyes are pretty scary. They're dark blue-grey, with an amber ring around the pupil like an eclipsed sun, and, unlike Scorpio eyes, they show absolutely every emotion in tenfold intensity!!! You know how tigers look from underneath their eyebrows? Well, my eyes are a little like that, too.

My mom is a Scorp and jeez, when she gets that stare, there is no escaping! Although she has many stares: "Who do you think YOU are?!"; the ever popular "Does it look like I really care?" (which is similar to the "Do I look stupid . . ."). Then, there is "Did you really just say/do that?" But, many times it can be a more vague watching-type look, and she doesn't miss a thing. When things are really hurting her or she's really mad, she doesn't make eye-contact. I don't know what her bedroom eyes look like and I don't wanna! But, she always has a boyfriend or a date, so . . .

Dorkus--we live in the same crap town! Woo-Hoo! Ribs for everyone!!!

Hello All!

I just got out of a relationship with a quadruple Scorpio-- Nothing like a Leo and Scorpio in the same room. But boy was that BADDDDD!!

I find Scorpio's have this ability to manipulate you without you even knowing until it is all over and then you are sitting there like, "what the H#ll just happened?" I swear it was like the "jedi mind trick" for the whole time i was with him.
I wasn't even attracted to him. Damn that Scorpio magnetism! LOL

I really look at alot of people. Really look.
Few people really look back. Usually those that do, I am quite drawn to. One person in particular recently comes to mind. We have this loud communication going on with our eyes. There is always something unsaid, yet said.. and during the course of a conversation, we kinda' look at each other at the end of it, puzzled, as so much more was said than was actually said.... We each pick up on it and sort of squint at each other and grin after... like a shared joke.
This might help~ He is a Taurus. I am a Scorpio. *raises eyebrow*

Pixie -

Is this real life? Or is this one of those games where we can add parts to the story. OK - say that's the beginning -

Then I'll say "One day, he pulled the pen out of my top pocket to admire the personal engravement I had put on it. And he said, "You have good taste." And before he could put the pen back in, I took it from his hand."

Hola.
