The only time I will actually stare at someone, is if our eyes meet. I find ti hard to drop my eyes in those cases, no matter the vibe, the attraction or lackthereof. It's the same with hugs- perhaps I'm the creepy Scorpio that lingers? lol

I have been told many times I have an evil look when I get angry, but I think most people have one.

What do Scorpios think about when they stare? Especially that hypnotizing, focused, almost angry looking stare?

When I got that stare, it made me stutter from its power, lol.

Probably, observing you, watching your behavior, looking depper than you think, maybe wondering what you are thinking, maybe just attraction lol. But, you were probably just being disected, don't worry! People are just more fun than frogs lol.

I kept up with his stare. Then looked away, took a deep breath and said "sorry" went back to gazing.

But I didn't know what I was doing. I had no idea what he was trying to do. He definitely acted really tired after it though. Soft spoken and tired as he walked away. That's what I felt it was.

It is not anger, it is intensity.
If anger, oh you will feel absolutely stung and burned. There would be no doubt if it is anger.
Sometimes it is deep concentration, feeling your vibes as they suss out every possible projection of what being with you would be like;
every combination and what ifs;
like a game of chess in a way.
If you close off they will most often walk away, sometimes with a look of indifference, sometimes with a sad yearning look if you did not let yourself open, and give any signals/vibes to reassure them it could work.
I need that stare connection at the start or I will not bother going to the next level.

I have Mars in Scorpio and catch myself staring a lot. I've noticed that when my eyes lock with someone's,sometimes I look away first. It may also be a defense mechanism because I've been told numerous times that my stare is mesmerizing. It's been my experience that if I hold someone's stare, they will either run for the hills, or approach me. Having someone that I'm not remotely interested in approach me is something I don't deal well with, so it's easier sometimes to just look away. On the other hand, there is nothing better than having your object of interest stare right at you. Yummy.

I have Mars in Scorpio, and I like a good stare, too! I do tend to try and look 'into' the person, just to determine their true motives I suppose. Often I am not aware I am doing it and get funny looks lol. I have only once been looked at myself with that intensity and it still makes my knees go weak! And it wasn't a Scorpio!

I remember glancing at this guy that ****** me off where I use to work while walking by. I wasn't even consciously giving him any eyes or face and I barely looked at him. He went WOAH! You look like you were gonna kill me!

I feel you are right about the shortness of them, I feel like I get in too deep to places where I don't want to go when I look into peoples eyes too long, unless its some special *bats eyelashes*

I've read that Scorpios and Pisces have this immediate attraction to each other. They can telepathically talk to each other, feel each other, and read each others souls with deep penetrating stares.

If a married Scorpio sees a married Pisces is there still an instantaneous magnetic attraction between them? If they are happily married to other people, is that antennae turned off?

Does this scenario change if they are unhappily married?

Does that only happen when they are single, or do they have this feeling regardless of attachment?

I was about to say the same thing, but you already said it. Scorpios do give a brief intense look, as if to show who they are for a second or two. I'm scorpio ascendant and our looks aren't as brief. I tend to give that look to others, no matter whom and sometimes it can last for minutes at a time. Almost like we are scanning your soul. I tend to avoid contact though most of the time with people because of the strong reactions I get from it, good or bad. I'll only look you in the eyes if I feel you are worth looking at. I don't look in between the eyes either, I look into the left eyes(from my perspective) with my left eye, that way I can see into them easier. From an outward point of view, the left eye is what you can look at into the soul and the right eye is what is looking into you.

I don't know if I really have the "Scorpio stare" but I know there's this Gemini friend with a Pisces Moon who always tells me to stop looking at her "like that". I intimidate her.

I'm very scorpio I have a about 4 planets in scorpio most in the 8th house too but I have a pisces ascendant . I notice I lock eyes with people a lot I usually end up looking down or away and i've been told I look sad a lot or like I hate life . I've been told I have that michael sera kind of stare like blank and innocent but I think I can stare down someone like a motherfu*cker I like eye contact but at the same time I don't I have big brown eyes I get a lot of compliments and highly arched eyebrows maybe thats what can make me look "harsh" or scorpioish i'm in between and chameleon like
