Dunno about Pisces being passive. Maybe he needs reassurance, especially if you act elusive. He could be afraid of rejection. Ehhh, not sure about retrograde Mercury. I think most attempts at reconnecting fail miserably, but there's gotta be exceptions (hopefully). IP: Logged |

I wish I could tell you.It's not just a Pisces man thing, it seems. Lots of men do that. Go figure.
The way I see it... (but I'm no expert, eh), there are a few explanations possible for the back and forth behavior.
- feelings are not genuine/deep
- personal issues that prevent the flow of love e.g. fear of intimacy/commitment, insecurity, lack of trust, depression, etc.
- no time/energy, if they are honestly super busy and can't find the time to reply/talk to you because they're on overload
- jerk or player... you're like a distraction or a source of entertainment for them. They "play" with you.
Meh. All those kinda suck if you want to be in an emotionally satisfying relationship.
